I called and requested an appointment for a quote. Waited roughly a week and no callback. Called again and asked for another callback. Was told the project manager would call and set up an appointment. Waited 2 to 3 weeks. Isaac is slow to call but a genuine nice guy who seems to care about his customers and what he is doing. Still communicating about the project with him.

If there were 10 stars available, I would use 10 stars. From start to finish, the work done was top-notch. The crew was amazing, attending to details above and beyond my expectations. The communication with the Foreman was consistently attentive, friendly but professional and always timely. The Foreman executed my wishes, answered all of my questions and assuaged every concern, every day of the project. I couldnt ask for a better flow of communication. The follow-thru and follow-up during and after the project far exceeded industry practice, at least from my experience. I will definitely be using G I Construction for my next project. This remodeling company was recommended to me by a friend. i hired GI construction to remodel my master bedroom bathroom and shower. the project manager who came out to my house was very knowledgeable and had great ideas and suggestions as it became very confusing what tile should i choose and other construction materials. they referred me to some good stores i should buy it from and hooked me up with their contractor discount on some of the items witch was a nice amount of savings. the project lasted about 3 weeks as promised and all workers were very professional and always on time. the job was done in a very clean matter witch was a big concern for me and i didnt want my whole house become a mess. the bathroom came out amazingly beautiful and it feels like a high end resort now in my house every time i go in.

After interviewing dozens of contractors, we ultimately chose GI Construction and couldnt be happier. Jack was prompt in every appointment we had, listened attentively to all of our dreams, and then showed us pictures, demonstrating the talent of the GI Construction crew. He warned us that GI Construction was not the cheapest in town, but that they had the best crew that anyone could find to get the job done, and done right. He was absolutely right. Every other construction company interviewed either refused to work within our budget, or turned out to be unlicensed. Jack presented an initial quote that fit within our budget, and included all of the areas we wanted done. More importantly, I could not find one negative review anywhere on the internet, and I confirmed that they were licensed with the Nevada State Contractors Board with absolutely no administrative proceedings against them.Work began on time, and progressed faster than initially anticipated. Our new tile was installed within a short two week period, along with other repair work and changes. The tile work was simply beautiful! Grout lines are 1/16th of an inch and even throughout the entirety of our home. It was so amazing that I commissioned GI Construction to complete additional work, such as tiling the remaining tub/shower combinations; so that all of the bathrooms in my home would have a consistent and beautiful look as well.Jack kept in constant daily contact, even during weekends and holidays. He was very patient, and always willing to answer my questions and explain the different processes for each aspect of the job to make sure that we could make informed decisions regarding the project.The experience of the whole team at GI Construction cannot be overstated. Jack knew from the beginning that we would need to paint (and in some areas, repaint), and exercised lots of patience and professionalism until I came to the same conclusion. Painting was not initially included in the quote. Jack and I were able to negotiate terms that allowed us to have the finished home we dreamt of, including new paint.Jack assured me that when his company encountered construction defect (or similar) issues, they would be immediately brought to our attention. Jack delivered on this promise 100% every time, even when he expected me to freak out. Jack gave us options, pricing, as well as provided a detailed explanation of how his crew would repair them. Once again, the professionalism and flexibility of both GI Construction and Jack was impeccable, as we again were able to negotiate terms to resolve the issues.GI Construction and Jack continuously demonstrated how much they cared about our home in numerous ways. When my husband decided that he wanted a mop sink instead of the plastic utility sink that existed in the laundry room, GI Construction went the extra mile (and then some!) to make this a practical reality.Every home and construction project is different, and each comes with their unique challenges. Our project experienced its share of frustrating issues and unexpected delays. Jack fought on our behalf to keep costs down and stuck to the negotiated terms with other suppliers. We would not have been able to continue to work with some of the suppliers without GI Constructions complete involvement.Our home is our greatest financial asset. The work that GI Construction did substantially improved our investment. GI remodeling did a perfect job in renovating my Bathroom, I was concerned i wouldnt get the look i was after but after consulting with Isaac, the result is better than i ever expected. I was also concerned about some of the other quotes i received, they were super high from 2 other builders but Isaac quote seemed fair and reasonable. They really delivered a fantastic bathroom look and the whole experience was top notch. I highly recommend these guys to deliver an awesome bathroom that you will love and enjoy for many years, I will recommend them to anyone I know.

My 20+ year old master bathroom needed an update! Isaac from GI Construction gave me a great bid, either less than or roughly the same as my other two bids. They took out a small shower and installed much needed extra storage, took out a large soaking tub and installed a huge shower... and of course, new vanity, sinks etc..The entire project took approximately 12 days. The crew were knowledgeable, clean and considerate. They went above and beyond in keeping my home clean and always showing up on time. Valentin, the supervising contractor was here every morning to go over the schedule with his crew and keeping me updated.Ive had several large remodeling projects in past homes and Ive never had such a wonderful experience. I would like to share my experience with GI construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was looking for help to remodel bathrooms in my house. It has been over 10 years since I had it remodeled and I was thrilled to bring a new life to my master bathroom- a place where I pamper myself every day.I wanted to add a walk-in shower with frameless shower glass, install new vanities and countertops, change bathroom flooring, and streamline the design with durability. When I called GI Construction, I had a very pleasant conversation with Isaac(owner) about how I would like to have my bathroom remodeled and he walked me through every possible step and shared his opinion and ideas. He really took his time to explain how they work and what to expect. I was more than happy and ready to set an in-home appointment. A few days later, they showed up on time and I was completely satisfied with their proposal and budget I had in mind.The whole bathroom remodeling took about 3 weeks and I was patiently waiting to see final results. My shower looks amazing! I rarely have time to Yelp or review anything, but I did want to take a moment to shoot off a quick review to say hats off to GI Construction because you really take care of your customers and do amazing work. They remodeled my guest bathroom and it’s so beautiful that I basically have taken it over and left the master bath to my husband haha I recommend them to everyone out there wanting to upgrade their home because they truly care about your home and can see your vision. My neighbor had gone with another construction company last year that did their bathroom and the difference in the workmanship is night and day. G.I. Construction is the best Ive ever worked with!I have used many contractors over the last twelve years. I have never met anyone like Isaac Reuven at GI Construction. At first I thought he was too good to be true. Within a short time I realized he was the real deal. Communication is unmatched, he is on top of everything, on time, gives intelligent recommendations, does what he promises, when he promises. I have used him for four major projects over the last year, and plan to use him for even bigger projects over the next year because I have found someone I can trust. One of my biggest stresses with other contractors has been unreliability, unexpected costs, not respecting my property, etc.. After the first week I knew it wasnt going to be that way with Isaac and his team. All projects have setbacks. How a contractor handles these situations is a measure of the character of the company. BATHROOM REMODELA friend highly recommended GI Construction. They did an amazing kitchen remodeling job for him. We needed bathroom remodeling -- a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting two guestrooms. It was time to give it a brand new look after our kids left for college. At the time of our estimate, there was only a tub/shower with curtain etc. We wanted something more unique and were hoping to convert that area into a walk-in rain shower with a long bench. We still wanted to have a tub in this bathroom, so we asked about the possibility of expanding the closet and installing a new tub in that area with a new window addition.We met with Jack and his team who were very professional and understanding of our exact needs. GI Construction also provided an option to use 3D modeling to see exactly how our vision would look. We were happy to have made that choice. We were pleasantly surprised our dream design was possible. Jack and his team helped us make all the material and accessory choices for our bathroom remodeling project. We got a very positive vibe from all the GI Construction staff and decided not to shop around for another company estimate. We were impressed not only by their knowledge and expertise, but with how they truly cared about every aspect of our project.During the remodeling the crew couldn’t have been more courteous of our privacy and needs. It was all a positive experience. It was exciting to see the day-to-day results and to be able to contact our project manager any time with any questions. The project was completed right on schedule. We loved working with Isaac and GI Construction so much on our kitchen renovations that we didnt bother getting a bid for our second round of changes about 4 months later.After our first project, our beautiful new kitchen stood out against dated hardwood and orange tile on the floor that had to go! Isaac and Valentin were amazing at managing a team that removed all of the flooring in three bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, office, and hallways. They removed walls in two bathrooms, along with pony walls in the entry way (can you believe they were fashionable at one time??). They renovated doorways with different ceiling levels in various rooms and added stone to two very dull fireplaces. Their expert craftsmen transformed three bathrooms into beautiful areas with a new bathtub and tile, fully tiled shower and glass door, new plumbing, and other details that created a high quality look. Once the renos were finished, the best painter in Vegas completed the project by matching our existing wall colors. Truly amazing! I cant thank Isaac and Valentin enough! They always responded quickly to my texts. Isaac sent photos when we were traveling so we could see the progress. Valentin keep the project on schedule and didnt hesitate to monitor progress on weekends. I highly recommend GI Construction, especially if you work with Isaac and Valentin. Pat K.

I was very nervous about the work on my house because I was out of town for the entire duration the remodeling so I had to trust GI Construction and my project manager, Chris, with a key to my house and actual work. However, the whole process was very easy! Chris sent me pictures and videos at every step, sometimes asking me twice of how I wanted certain things to make sure they got everything exactly how wanted. After two months, I came back home and the entire work was completely done and my house was in perfect condition and clean. One of the projects completed was replacing wood paneling on columns with tile. The new tile looks so good, you cant tell that it was not there from the beginning. Just today I had a friend visit me at my house and she could hardly remember how the wood panels looked lie because the new tile was installed so perfectly.

I own several properties throughout the southwestern states which had multiple renovations to be done--some mainstream, but others more complex. Prior to expanding business in Las Vegas, I had several properties in AZ and CA where I had worked with general contractors remodeling mostly homes and apartments, some offices.When I began renovating properties in Las Vegas, I started working with other general contractors who hadn’t met my expectations. The electrical company I was working with referred us to GI Construction. Shortly afterwards, I began working with them on a few homes in the Southwest part of the valley. Each project was done to the utmost perfection, and therefore I have continued to have GI Construction at the top of my list of general contractors to work with. Their staff in office and out in the field are outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

I highly recommend GI Construction...very reliable... went above and beyond on all aspects of the kitchen remodel and flooring job.. Our sales representative Henry kept us informed... if there was any changes in the schedule... even if they we going to be 10 minutes late we got the call...as in all construction Jobs there are some changes & unforseen issues...our issue was with our kitchen cabinets...not only was the issue addressed immediately but the owner of the cabinet company came and dealt with it himself...our job was done ahead of schedule and we are 110% satisfied... thanks again Henry!

KITCHEN REMODELWhen my friend told me that her heroes were GI Construction, I was already on board when it came time to finally do some kitchen remodeling.We had rented for several years until we were finally able to buy a house in 2017.  The kitchen was adequate space, but the design was so poor.Enter the GI Construction team to the rescue, Tony who now I know was the main hero my friend told us about.  Every question was answered, every dream of this or that was validated as in “Yes we can do that for you.”  It’s almost as if this guy knew us personally because he seemed to be able to read our minds in exactly what we wanted.  We entertained a lot and we needed not only a kitchen that was efficient, but one that people could all gather in with an open room design.Our project went smoothly right from the beginning.  The team was never late and always cleaned up everything. Our project manager worked closely with us and we always felt being taken care of.  The end result was far beyond our expectations. I dreamed of having a chefs kitchen but in all actuality, mine is well beyond spectacular. We couldn’t be happier, and now we are ready to entertain in style!  Thank you Gi for building my dream kitchen. I will definitely hire them again for all my future projects.

Called Tuesday morning to have an estimate done. A lady took my information and was told that someone will call back within 48 hours for actual appointment time. Now it’s Saturday as of this posting, no call or text yet. Not a good impression with a potential customer.

This year we were finally able to begin upgrades on our home. We met with a project manager from GI Construction who helped us decide what room needed an overhaul most. We decided to put our kitchen at the top of the list. It was very outdated with the block countertops which were always so difficult to clean. Our project manager met us at the vendor to choose our new granite countertops that would best go with our new cabinetry we had picked out. He also helped us decide on a backsplash to tie everything together. We were very excited when the GI Construction team began work on our kitchen. The workmanship was A+ and the team of workers were wonderful—answering any questions we had and very pleasant, always cleaned up at the end of the day. Our kitchen is The whole experience was enjoyable and we are very happy we choose GI Construction as they will be starting on our new flooring at the first of the year.

GI Construction was hired to do a major remodel of my master bathroom. The project was handled with the upmost professionalism from both the Project Manager to the highly skilled and polite work force. The project manager Issac was very attentive to all aspects of the project, he was at the project daily to provide leadership to the crew and answer any questions I had. He was also available to us at any time by phone to answer questions and always replied in short order. I am having GI construction do a remodel of a home I purchased this year that needed an updating . I must say they are a fantastic company, Its just me my mother and our dogs. My highest praise to Issac as to making sure my home is wheelchair accessible for my Mom. Including doorways, walls, bathrooms. Hes very compassionate and loves his Grandmother!( I can tell!). It may take a little longer as hes not a flipper! His Construction manager and his team are just wonderful and are making sure its exactly as I want it.4 stars so far and Im sure it will be 5 when the job is completed.
