We LOVE our patio cover. It changed everything about how we use our yard.

We had some delays with permitting, but this was not our contractors fault and they were very communicative with us throughout the entire process. Our patio cover is BEAUTIFUL. We love it and use it as an additional room in our yard.

First Source came in with the best bid. When the parts for my patio cover were not at the warehouse due to shortages they kept in touch with me, apologizing for the delay. The parts arrived and the workers did a great job, they were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall great experience with this company as the main Contractor. Very good communication and good pricing.

Recently had a large patio cover put on the back of my house by First Source. They did an excellent job. it was up in less than a day. makes such a huge difference to have shade in the back yard. it looks amazing.

There were some delays as a result, but we were always kept informed of what was happening, and when there was a snag at the end, they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Great job!

This is not the first time ive had First source help me out. I first contacted them a year ago to install an alumawood desert sand color in my backyard when i just bought a home. recently, i asked them to come and extend that same patio cover to cover the whole back of my house. The owner Jeremy personally came over to do the consultation and he was very helpful from the start. On both occasions, I can honestly say that the whole staff from Shar at the office, the Owner and the workers who did the job were very professional, fast and friendly. My newly installed patio cover turned out better than I expected. I shopped around for about two months looking for the best deal. First Source Services bid a GREAT DEAL I could not refuse. Tom was GREAT he explained the whole process and the material in great detail. He answered every question I asked. Eugene came out and installed my cover in just a couple of hours! I was blown away on how fast it went up. I am EXTREMELY happy with everything this company has done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone.

I Called to get a patio estimate and someone was out and gave me a terrific estimate. They came out and put the patio cover in like 4 hours and did a great job. I get so many compliments. Love the staff they were very helpful, would for sure use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Greg was wonderful. I called the office for an estimate and Greg came the same day. He was very knowledgeable, kind and kept in touch about the whole process from the ordering the material to the installation. The price that was given was under what I expected. I highly recommend using First Source Services the pricing met my budget and they did wonderful work that surpassed my expectations.

Always go with your first impression. They didn’t show up to do the estimate, but we decided to give them another chance. Then the concrete work we PAID IN FULL for didn’t get completed. Then we find out that our patio cover leaks between the house and the cover, and one of the two drain pipes didn’t have a hole cut to drain water. Talk about sloppy work. We’ve called multiple times to get this fixed and keep getting empty promises that it will be fixed. Two weeks later still nothing. I would never recommend this company for any work. It’s sad. We should have said no thanks from the initial bad experience and that’s our fault.

This company is thorough, professional and does quick and excellent work! We have over 400 homes that we manage and they are the go to vendor for us. Solution oriented and priced affordably.

Great job on our patio cover! It took about a week after we gave them a deposit and the guys put it up all in a day. It looks great and we were soo happy when it rained the other day we sat under it.

They came in under the other quotes and stuck to the schedule. Very happy with the job they did.

These guys painted, installed flooring, granite counters, refinished cabinets and had our flip back on the market in less than 2 weeks.
