Friendly staff, quick and clean. Price is what it is, hard to find a cheaper place that is consistent. I rarely have the same person cutting my hair but my cut is pretty simple so I dont mind. Use the app! Check-in and your wait time will be a lot faster/smoother than just walking in.

Barbara was very nice, but she did not do a good job on my hair.I asked for a medium fade, 4 on top, 2 on the side and she just started doing her own thing it seemed. She brought my hair in the back all the way to the top of my head when I wanted a medium fade in the back. The top of my head is choppy and cut unevenly because she insisted on using scissors, which usually is never an issue, but it just doesnt looks good.I would avoid this location.

Was there at open, they had me check in and wait in my truck. I sat there for an hour as multiple people walked in and were sat immediately. Wasted my time and I understand why I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this location.

Ive been going to this place since 2014 and obviously, Im still enjoying it 7 years later. Although Im not keen on the price I have to pay compared to 7 years ago, you also cannot deny paying for a quality cut. Only recommendation for this location is to take down all the Raiders stuff in the store!! 😝

Im trying to be fair....Ive been here 4 times always slow and never more than 2 people working....I go here because I have to walk and its close but didnt know it was going to take a couple hours to get a haircut......and each time I come they seem to be more interested in chit chat with each other and updating app / computer info than the service itself

Got my hair cut and when she asked me what I thought? I asked her (Shelby) what she thought and she just shrugged he shoulders and told me she couldnt tell me because she is married. They are all about the money, and not even common courtesy to tell me the haircut you just gave me looks good. I wont be back. Ever.

Good stable of hair stylists. Loss of a star because of turnover. Makes it difficult to get comfortable with one stylist that “knows” you and how you like your hair cut without looking at the last persons notes.

Weekdays in the morning there is barely any wait, haircut was as requested no complaints!

My hair stylist (Abby) did a very good job cutting my hair, and making great conversation. I have very difficult hair to cut and she did an excellent job figuring out exactly what i wanted, and making it look great!

I am scared to death of the virus for starters. I do trust Sport Clips and they are doing a very good job. I have found a stylist, Shelby, who makes it a very positive experience!

This Sports Clips has outstanding customer service and my son and I have been regular customers for over 5 years. We’ve never had a bad experience here and always get a great haircut!

Even though I had to wear a mask bc of covid, it was still a good experience. I got a great cut, and will be going back.

I’ve given them a few chances now with 3 different stylists and they cannot do what you ask. You’re always the one who’s wrong and they have never done simply what I asked for. I go in just wanting a simple undercut and have come out looking like a thumb every time. The most recent stylist I got was extremely rough and was using both hands with the trimmer and nothing is even and my head still hurts from it. She was also treating me more like an animal rather than a person by basically pushing and pulled me around. I tried to lean in to see my haircut when she had stopped because I didn’t have my glass on and she had just pulled the cape back to sit me straight. I am never going there again and I don’t recommend anyone over the age of 8 going.

I tend to take my boy here about every two weeks. I’m always treated fairly rude, but until today they had still been doing a decent job w his hair. The visit today became too much. I asked for his usual and for some reason they now no longer do lines or hard parts?... calling false on this I asked if it were possible if any one could. EVERYONE there apparently couldn’t. My child is well behaved and I left kindly. Went to downtown Summerlin location instead and the staff was amazing! They also assured me I wasn’t the only customer who’s told them of the rudeness at the Durango location.

They charged my debit card twice! Enough said

Well its not a place to go if you want a good haircut. Its more for guys wanting to look around at the Female only Staff. I took my 20 year old grandson there because looking for a barber shop near me Sports Clips came up. How disappointing, it was clearly a Great Clips (not as good as great clips). She didnt listen to anything my grandson told her he wanted so he wasnt happy with me for picking that place. So if you just want to be around a Female only team & dont care how she cuts your hair this place is for you. Otherwise.... Keep going!

Ive been going to this location since I moved to Las Vegas in October 18, and have worked with many stylists, all of which have been professional, friendly and done a great job. The check-in online feature is great, and I highly recommend it, as this site can sometimes have longer wait times (probably cause they do a great job!)

They did a nice job on my sons haircut. It cost $26 FOR VIP I believe. This included hot towels, wash, cut, and shoulder massage.

Just had the worst haircut of my life here. My usual barber was closed, and unfortunately this was the only time I had to get a cut so I decided to give this place a try. The girl took off the cape and said I was done without asking how I liked it. She rushed through the job so bad I just got home and had to shave my head to make it look halfway decent. Even my dog laughed at my cut. What a waste of money. I will never go to another Sport Clips for the rest of my life. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Place is and absolute joke. Worst service I’ve ever seen. The manager is more concerned with taking selfies with her pizza than she is with actually taking care of paying customers. Check in system is a joke. I checked in online and when I showed up was on deck. This was my first experience with Sports Clips so I just waited to be called. After 3 people were brought up before me I asked. They informed me that I needed to check in again. So I did but that just created a duplicate which put me to the bottom. No one cared I was on deck and next up they just kept pulling people behind me and told me I needed to wait for my other check in cause the first one showed that I hadn’t shown up. Horrible horrible service waited an hour for nothing

This place is AMAZING got my haircut done here a year ago and I havent been back due to personal issues. Ask for Barb the manager shes fantastic I remember telling her what I wanted even showed a picture she nailed the haircut soooo pleased with the haircut!.

Checked in online since there was a 30 min wait. I show up when the website told me to, I was marked as “on deck”. The available barber took a different client back and moved me behind two other people resulting in a 15 min extra wait time. What is the point of checking in online to just be put behind other people when I showed up at my scheduled time? After waiting behind those two people I get pushed back again, at which time I was told I have to check in again even though my name was listed as “on deck” two times. Again, what is the point of checking in online and waiting 30 minutes at home to have to check in again at the store and be placed behind people there? I will never be using sport clips again.

Request Monica or Ebony. These two ladies do an especially amazing job at cutting hair, and are personable and friendly! I dont get my hair cut anywhere else!

Worst sports clips in Las Vegas! My 7 year old sons hair cut was more expensive than my adult cut, my son was asked if he wanted the MVP treatment, the blonde yelled at him for not sitting still, I wasnt even asked if I wanted a message even though I paid for is . Do not go here if you have children. They are trained to take full advantage of your childs inability to make purchasing decisions. $50 for two cuts no facial hair and the fohawk I wanted for my sons cut looked nothing like a fohawk. I advise you to stay away from this place if you have children.

Reasonably priced place for guys to get haircuts. They havent screwed my hair up yet so I keep coming back.

Get the pro service. They wash and massage your head, then put teetree oil which smells like mint.
