I experienced Very Poor customer service and overpriced for the maintenance in my opinion, but I wasn’t the only one who was unsatisfied with my haircut my little brother was also unsatisfied with his haircut please save yourself from going to Dylon Duong the barber I would suggest not going to him.

This place is nice & clean. Everyone there seemed very friendly. My son had an appt. with Dylon yesterday for the 1st time. My son who is really picky about his hair was really happy with his haircut. One thing I really appreciated was that Dylon was keeping in contact with me because he was running a little late. Dylon just got a new client.

I was a walk in. as a truck driver. I visit a lot of shops and its nice to walk in and someone knows what the hell there doing .thank you Joey first booth to the right awesome and professional job I give you a 20 star

Walked in and asked if they had any openings. Bobby, who sits right in the front on the right said he could get my son in at 1:00 so we came back at 1:00, waited a 1/2 hour, finally asked someone where Bobby was, he told me he would text him. Was told he’s not coming back. Bobbie waisted our time when he could have just said no opening and we could have gone somewhere else. If I wouldn’t have asked someone, who knows how long we would have Waited for nothing. The other guy I asked was rude too. This is the kind of customer service you get for a haircut that costs $25.00. The other guy I finally asked No thanks, never again! Don’t waist you time or your money!

I waited over an hour and a half as a walk-in not one person greeted me don’t go here if you don’t have an appointment you’re just waste your time I didn’t even get a haircut I walked out

Keeps canceling my appointments waisting my time that I suggest you don’t got to them for a cut or book a appointment with them.....worst barbershop in Henderson....feeling someone works their doesn’t want me their that keeps having barbers cancel my appointments for no reason every time I’m headed to the barbershop.....would not recommended the shop

Ive tried a couple of different places since Ive moved on this side of town and they gave my son okay haircuts and then I found this spot. Excellent service, great prices and Raen did an excellent job on my sons hair!!! This will be our go to spot for sure!!!

Just wanted to share I appreciate the convenience of the shops location however, the atmosphere within the shop is less than desirable. I was recently there for my sons cut and experienced disrespectful conversation, demeanor, and language. A barber in the front near the lobby was speaking derogatorily about women and his sexual experiences, there were barbers cursing, and fighting over who had the next cut. There was clearly a lack of professionalism. My son, nor any other child woman or man, should not be subjected to an inappropriate atmosphere while waiting in a lobby for a haircut.

Great atmosphere,l fun people, and very happy with my haircut. Rain cut my hair and she was such a nice lady. Will definately be returning in the future.

Kaleb was with tha biz, cleanest cut I’ve had since I moved back to Vegas. Price is right. I found my barber.

I’m actually not sure how this happened.I stopped in for a haircut, but there was just one guy working. He didn’t seem to know what was going on or where everyone was.He asked if I’d mind waiting for 15-20 min, but never said what for. I assume for him to finish with the customer he was with.He also kept looking at his watch. Again, potentially because it was 6pm on Memorial Day and an hour until closing.I said I’d just come back tomorrow (today) when it was more convenient, but I didn’t really mean it. I’m not going back. I lied to your employee. I’m sorry.

I needed hair cut and walked into Sin City Cutz 2 great customer service I was greeted upon entrance was attended to quickly and was very satisfied with the hair cut. I usually like to look around to see how the barbers haircuts look but you can really go to any of the barbers, worry free and know your walking out with a good hair cut and for a great price !

Had a bad experience one bad apple trying to ruin for every body being a business owner myself Ive never been slighted at a barber shop before . One of the barbers in the front was being helpful while I was waiting as a walk-in the barber way in the back was complaining his appointment canceled then turned me down when he was free ... just terrible experience I tipped the barber in the front and the barber who cut my hair.
