I took my son here for a cut, he left looking super fresh! Ive taken him to a few barbers but this was by far the best. James did an amazing job. Super professional and dedicated. If you stop in here hes the one to see

We use to live on the other side of town and would visit the location near sunset and green valley and they were great! Now we are on this side of town and it’s not the same experience. I liked the fact that they were open on Sunday’s which was a plus because it was the day before school started, unfortunately the service wasn’t what was to be expected. They pushed my sons hair line allllllll the way back. He hated it! And I felt bad because he has to walk around like that until his hair grows back. We waited a few weeks and I took him to Iced out barber and a lady cut his hair but she didn’t make it any better 🥴 she pushed it even further! So moving forward we well let his hair grow out for a few months and I guess I have to drive all the way to the north side cause these barbers on this side of town are terrible.

Took my son here today for the first time, he loves his haircut and so do I. We will definitely be returning!

My sons barber retired so weve tried 2 others from this shop. Neither of them know how to cut curly texture hair, or just dont care. The first guy took his fade up super high when we asked for a mid fade. And the next guy took his hairline back way too far and put a bald spot in his hairline. I dont know how they keep anyone coming back to this shop. Horrible.

The barbers do a great job. It is clean and kid friendly. My only issue, is with Kenny (Ft. Apache). Twice I made an appointment with him and twice was made to wait 2 hours past the appointment time. The first time I called ahead and my sons father took him and they had to wait 2 hours. The second time the appointment was disregarded, I went into the shop to set an appointment and followed up with a text. When I got there at the appointment time the Friday before school starts, he told me there were two people a head of me (thats his line 2 people but it may actually be three or more). I explained to him that I made an appointment so that I didnt have to wait. He shrugged and said thats the way it is.I would have left, but the weekend before school, its impossible to get in anywhere worthwhile. When I commented on the wait after he finished the cut, he invited me to use another barber in the shop, because hes the walk-in guy. That information came way too late. I will take his advice though, and use another barber, but it will be at the Henderson location, even though Ft. Apache is 10 minutes from my house.

John O. Is fantastic and it appears most are very thorough in their style of cuts. I have found a new place locally which is great. John has been flexible which is a huge plus when most people have limited time slots during the week or weekend.

Maui is always good with kids. Patient, with such great attention to detail.

I went there 1 hour before they closed one day for my mom. I believe his name was Sammy, he was so friendly and patient with us. I know we were pushing it to closing but he did not turn us away. He cut my mom hair nice and she loved it! Thanks Sammy 🤗

I cant believe how un professional the barbers in the first 2 chairs werenow i completely get we all have lunch but when its 11:00 and you have 5 people waiting as walk-ins on a Tuesday i also called and said i would be in within an hour with my pops and would like to have 2 barbers because this was our first time coming to the shop and would want to become regulars when they were done with there customers around 11:25 ish the first guy didnt even say anything when hes in front of the list at the door and walks out mind you there is still 5 of us there when that happened 2 people walked out the second barber in the chair across from him did the same thing and pointed at the one other barber looked at the 3 of us sitting there says i want to take my lunch and did the same thing i mean the place opened at 9 am its 11:30 this is a place of business and when you have people waiting you help them the place is called in the cut not personal barbers working on there own time if that was the case maybe they should open there own place and see how long that moto works for hours of operation i waited on the only barber working for another hour and the only reason i waited was because my father already started his cut the only light in that place at the time was Dev the other 2 acted like they really didnt care its 2019 now how do you think a local business will stay afloat with no locals

Waited an hour in line just to be told that 2 barbers who had open chairs were done for the day cutting hair (it was 6pm they close at 7pm). The barber who was supposed to choose me because I came in first chose to cut the guy sitting next to me even though he came in after I did. Then said he was also done cutting hair for the day. (REMINDER the shop didn’t close for another hour).

Definitely make an appointment. I go to Sammy, hes really good. His friend Jason is really good as well.

Horrible, horrible service! They state walk-ins are welcome, but the truth is if you walk in then you need to have at least an hour to spare. When asked if anyone had an available appointment later, no one had anything to say. No one could explain how to book an appointment. Unprofessional when I called to try and schedule an appointment either. Radio ad or not, their money could have been better spent on a simple book.me or schedule me app for better organization.

Barber answered his phone 3 times during my haircut, didnt wash his hands after smoking marijuana outside right before my cut (im a smoker myself but at least wash your stinky hands before putting them on my head), and i had to go home and fix the cut myself. Waste of money. Plenty of other barber options around

Ive been sitting down here waiting with my 3-year son for his first cut and Ive been waiting for 2 hours to get cut,,,,,, if you dont have an appointment it seems like you dont be seeing any time soon then watching people walk through the door over and over it and straight and chairs and getting cut saw one of The Barbers walk out to the parking lot grab somebody and come back and put them right in the chair why Ive been waiting for an hour and a half
