I absolutely love taking my son here to get his hair cut. The staff is always friendly and beyond kind. They have made my son feel right at home since he was small. The music is wonderful, just an all around grade A barber shop!! Alfonso is the best!!

Went back to Figaros barbershop today. Havent been there since we moved away almost 9 years ago. Same old school barbershop look and feel. Great haircut by Duc, and great customer service. Will be my go to place now that were moved back to Vegas.

For starters they are grumpy for the most part, there haircuts are average at best. Then they charge $ 25 for a basic mans haircut. There is another barbershop across from them next to the pizza place that is clean, have charming skillful ladies that will do a much better job for $ 15.Come figure 🤔

Went in today for a quick cut and called ahead, to my luck they haf two open chairs. I chose to have my cut done by Due. He was pretty chill and definitely took a detailed approach to cutting my fade. I am extremely happy and will return again and have him cut my hair.

Been going to this place for years. Very consistent. Some barbers rotate often but there are always some of the regular barbers there.

Took the Hubby the other day to get a nice and well deserved shave. They barber was super attentive and did a great job. My phone died so I wasnt able to take pictures but we definitely will be returning.

Ive been here 5 times now and always left happy. I dont know what others expect when they get a haircut and shave but Duc has always done a great job for me. Im not a very talkative person during haircuts and neither is he. He asks what I want and usually if I want to go shorter or not, Ive always left with a great haircut and shave. I read some reviews where people werent happy with him and Im not sure they knew what they wanted. This is a nice old school back east style barber shop and as long as you know what you want youll generally find someone here who can take care of it for you. Ive never made an appointment, I always walk in and always get lucky enough to be seen by Duc, almost always right away. Thanks for the great work!

I got a high fade cut with the straight razor by Alonso today. I thought it was good at first, But after leaving the shop and standing in front of the mirror I realized the top parts of my cut on the sides were not blended evenly, and there were gaps in the back of my head where Alonso missed with the straight razor that left thin strips of longer hairs on the back of my head. Wont be coming back.

My son received a very clean cut from KD.Definitely will visit her again.They are all very pleasant.

Happy to see Joe and Figaros back open, its been almost 6 months since I had my haircut! Great job taking off about two inches and back down to a tapered 1/2 inch!In these troubled times it was nice to see that the shop is following all the Governors guidelines as I watched as them clean and sanitized their hands, equipment and chairs. I know its not the shops rules but the Governors that require the masks as it may make some people with and without the mask uncomfortable. Thanks for a great haircut Joe!

First Barber Shop Ive ever visited and Im thoroughly convinced they are worth every penny over the haircut chains. I had Brian as my Barber and he was everything I could have hoped for in one. No unnecessary small talk, all business and took care of me. Made sure I liked how it was cut and cleaned me up nicely. Straight razored my neck to keep it looking great and cleaned me off with a steamed towel.Plus, who doesnt love an old school Italian style Barber shop. Its worth a visit for the experience! I left there with a handshake and a thank you and I can promise I will be coming back.

WHERE IS SUZI Q???? I enjoy the atmosphere and music at this barbershop. Its very clean and even offers shoe shines. However, the only reason I came here was because Suzi Q cut my hair. She is the only barber in the valley who cuts my hair to my satisfaction. To be fair, Ive only used one other barber in the shop. I was not completely satisfied with the results. I would be happy to frequent this shop again if Suzi Q was available here.

Are you tired of the Great Clips type of haircut-?--10 minutes of scissors and whatever size of clipper attachment they guess ( they ask should I use a 3 or a 4 ?? )....no clue and the haircut looks bad after just a week. If you want a quality haircut from a professional barber....Figaros is staffed with many great old school barbers ...and your haircut looks great a month later....Thanks Joe

I went in for a fade cut. I clearly told the barber named Robert I wanted a 4 1/2 guard on top and a medium zero fade on the side He screws up and instead of a 4 1/2 he uses a 1 1/2. Won’t be going back. Stay clear of this place.

Just went there and had Henry give me a haircut. Ive been looking for a good barber shop in Vegas for a year and sports clips just isnt consistent. This place uses razors too which is a plus! Henry was very courteous and friendly. He did an outstanding job and I will go back. The price is good too!

This was my second time here! The shop is very clean. Everyone is very pleasant. They know how to pamper a customer and make them feel welcomed and such! Have been going here for over 10 years and I really refuse to go anywhere else. Straight razoring, hot towel. Its great. More expensive than chain places but it is more than worth the price.

The place is fine for a hair cut if you don’t care about service or quality. Walked in and I said hello, the guy looked at me with a blank stare didn’t say hello back. Told him that I’d like a hair cut and he said okay. I sat down in his chair and he asked me what I wanted, I explained. The guy didn’t say one single word to me for the 20 minutes I was in his chair. The rest of the barbers were all talking amongst themselves. When I was done, the hair cut wasn’t even close to what I asked for...way too short. I paid, left, and won’t ever go back. I’m not sure how they have four stars.

Feeling like you stepped into a time machine and your in 50s again where life doesnt seem to be as chaotic as it is now. Back when simple cuts, hot towel shaves, and the smell of Brut fills the air. Your mind, body, and soul is uplifted with the sense of originality as you leave the shop more mature then when you came in. Besides the barbers, not being so conversational (which to me is a good thing) I get in and get out in about 30 mins. An old school shop with classic prices, which will have you leave happy as you skip to your car.

Very disappointed with this establishment. They keep getting rid of their best barbers and adding less competent ones. When I went in their I easily explained what I wanted and the lady didn’t listen to a single word.

Edit:I’ve taken a few trips back there since the original review for curiosity sake. I am pleased that my haircuts have been pretty good and that I haven’t had any problems with staff. Not much else to say on this front.Original:The haircuts are ridiculously priced for the quality you get. Have been there a few times for convience sake, and my haircut is always shoddy work, hastily done. One barber didnt know you had to comb black hair before you cut it, and another cut against the grain and then made the lineup uneven (yikes!). One man (possibly the owner(!)) told me straight up that he didnt know how to fade, before I even asked for the cut I wanted. Black men, avoid this spot if possible.

Sony is the best, he handles my sons and myself, no problem.

Never again they don,t know what a pair of scissors are,the shop is dirty and not sanitized they don,t use SOCIAL DISTANCING they should be closed down by the state

My regular barber retired a few years ago, so I started going to the franchise/chain-barbers/stylists. Several times (six that Im sure of) I had to drive back down & get the haircut finished. My wife described the last one as a Simple Jack haircut.Instead of heading back where I got it cut, I took the advice of a friend and tried Figaros. Im glad I did this place ROCKS!Ive only been in twice and because its walk-in only both times I was prepared to wait.Not the case! I had almost finished writing my name on the list when Danny sat me down & fixed my hair complete with sideburn & neck shave & a hot towel.The next time I went in I was all set to request Danny again, but before I could sign in Michael ushered me back to his chair. So I figured what the heck Ill give him a shot. I left with another awesome cut! Excellent service! Cant say enough good things about this place! Ill be a customer until Im bald or dead!

Haircut was ok but the barber never used a scissor which I thought was strange. They charged me twenty dollars for the haircut which I thought was fair. I said I wanted my hair washed. When I went to pay him he said its 29 dollars. He never told me it was 9 dollars for a shampoo. Ridiculous price for a little shampoo. I will never go back. I have never been charged for having my hair washed in Las Vegas and I have been here 25 years. I will never go back. Not professional at all.

Professional barbers with a classic look. The shave is awesome to get. I highly recommend the hot towel shaves. There hair cuts are precise with a straight razor trim to the back of the neck and line up. They know how to treat there customers. They speak my language also. BELIZIMO!!!

Eh, just go to a Sportsclips or Supercuts. You’ll get the same generic & poorly done haircut, and it’s $25 here. Three stars because I was seen as soon as I walked in and they were friendly, didn’t speak much English though.

Had my son go here several times. It’s local, so convenient, but the last two times have been horrible. The man in the furthest chair back from the door is intimidating and rude. I even showed him a picture this time of exactly what my son wanted, and he just said same hair cut got it. Then gave him a 1980s bowl cut, which was NOT the picture at all. Going somewhere else where the barber listens and doesn’t just do what he wants or yells at you for interfering with his work

Rude and unprofessional!! I took my son there this morning. They told me that they were not opened yet ( it was 9:45 am and the door was open) and to return at 10am. I signed my sons name on the list of customers and left. Upon my return at 10am sharp, the shop was packed, some of the customers were almost done with their cuts, and my sons named was crossed off. This meant that they did not want to take my son but took other customers. Instead of apologizing they gave me an attitude.. how dare I question them turning my son away but accepting others. Very unprofessional and extremely rude!! Disgusting, actually!!

While Im very trepidatious of having to find a new barber shop, I feel I never have to worry now that Ive found Figaros. While Joe is the master, and Once he cut my hair I was scared to try anyone else there, sometimes due to time constraints, I have to settle on someone else there. No worries! I have been going for the 4 years I have lived in this area of town and have never had a bad cut!

Had been to shop a few times before. This time I went into the shop and was greeted by a younger man than I usually see. He took me back and seated me and proceeded to give me the worst haircut I have ever had. after getting in the car I noticed how crooked he had trimmed my mustache. After I told him not to trim it. But when I got home and looked closer at my haircut, It was hideous there was two inches difference from one side to the other. it truly looked like a child had done it. I spent another thirty dollars having it fixed. And I wont be returning to Figaros again

I have going here for several years now. I generally think highly of this place, people are friendly and haircuts are always well above average. Ive only had Sony and Joe cut my hair. My only complaint is that they dont take appointments, 3 out 4 times if find myself waiting 30+ min. (not cool). If I do have to wait...I leave and come back another time.

Sony is one of the best barbers I have ever went to .. would recommend any guy in the shop though.

I got a great classic mens cut. He didnt take any shortcuts (pun totally intended), and used scissors instead of clippers. I have found my barber for as long as he is in business!

I have been to Figaros numerous of times to have them cut my hair during my lunch break. Unlike others who have had a negative experience, they have not messed up my haircut. However, my haircut is simple. Three on the sides and five on top. Ill admit that certain barbers are more capable than others. If you have a positive experience, remeber your barbers name and request that he cuts your hair.Figaros is usually busy in the afternoon on the weekdays. I cant speak for weekends. Ocassionally there is a small wait before it is your turn, although it has never taken them more then 45 minutes to cut my hair, combined with wait. All of the barbers are incredibly friendly, and the place is always kept clean by someone who is constantly sweeping.

As he was sitting there waiting to be called another customer walked in who was greeted, and asked here for a haircut? Come on back theres no wait! What the hell!!! I wouldnt waste your time, or money on a place like this....

This place gets 3 stars, the pros of the place is there was no waiting, instant to get in. They still use a straight razor and hot cream and hot towels which is a great experience to have when having a haircut and something I look for as not many still do it. And the people do seem to be pretty experienced in haircuts.But the cons are when I showed up, no one wanted to greet me and kept pointing fingers (they had about 6 barbers in the place and 1 client, 5 were sitting down) Then when one of the guys decides to take me, I try to explain I want to try something new haircut wise I havent done and give him a description but it seemed to annoy him big time, so I tried to show him a video I found of a haircut I like, and before being even 20 seconds in and even seeing the final haircut of what it should look like he just said I got it, typical fade, and asked if I wanted it just like the video and if I want a 0 on the sides down to skin, I asked if that was what the guy in the video had, and he said yes, so I said, maybe I will go with a 1 and see what that looks like, and he said No not maybe, yes or no do you want a 1 or a 0 and was very agitated it seemed with me trying to try something new. So I said, yes we will do a 1.He then rushed the haircut, and we were out the door before the guy sitting down as the other haircut patient was even done, the whole haircut took less than 10 min timed from the time I entered the door. Its not a terrible haircut, not exactly what was in the video but hard to do as is in the video when you dont watch the final outcome. The issue is not the haircut so much its the service.After I paid he just kinda looked at me and said well we are all done, no card given or anything trying to get repeat customers, So I can see why 5 barbers are sitting around and 1 cutting hair and not a single person walked in for a haircut when I was getting mine, they dont seem to try and establish a relationship with customers and seem to be annoyed they are asked to cut hair.Not sure if they are all like that, just the guy that cut my hair I can say, didnt get the name as no introduction was given and didnt even answer my question of how his day was going, just got straight to How you want it but probably wont be coming here again due to service

I was a regular customer (Every 3 weeks) of Figaros Barber Shop until today. When I called, Michael answered with a unpleasant tone......no hello, good morning.....just unpleasant and grouchy!! I told him who I was and asked if he could put me down for Sony of Russ (The BEST) He flat out said, NO we dont do that and I dont care who this is......WOW!!!My $20 tips wont go too far away........Ill go to Great Clips across the lot knowing Ill be treated with more RESPECT and APPRECIATION.

Very disappointed. Again. This is the 7th or 8th time I’ve been here, and at least the 3rd or 4th time I’ve left unsatisfied. The barbers here, for the most part, DON’T LISTEN. You explain what you want, and they seem to get it, but then when you are turned around at the end of the session (because you’ve been positioned facing away from the mirror the whole time, so you can’t see what’s going on) you see that really they kind of sort of heard you but either took it the wrong way, or even did something entirely different from what they themselves said they were going to do. There is no checking in during the appointment, no asking if you are liking how it’s looking and if it looks like you’re getting what you want. They are not curious or concerned with giving you what you actually asked for. They just want you in and out as quick as possible. It’s not that they aren’t skilled, they just don’t listen. So I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Fausta does a GREAT JOB! She is the only barber in LV that I trust to do my razor fade flat top! Believe me flat tops are very hard to do, and Ive been butchered by some of these barbers in town, Fausta is the BEST in LV that I have found!

It was a great place to get a haircut it was expensive already as it was but now it got more expensive that they raised up prices even more than a beauty salon, so unfortunately my 2 kids and I, wont be going there anymore. The haircut itself wasnt too bad. However, I asked about a straight razor shave, they told me it would cost an additional $30. What? My haircut was $25. So, $55 for a cut and shave?!! Ridiculous. Smh. I may go back again since the haircut wasnt too bad. But, Ill pass on the shave!!! FOREVER. Ill never pay $30 for a shave!!! I was tempted to pay it, just to find out what a $30 shave looks like. But, then I snapped out of it!!!!
