This barbershop ain’t nothing BUT the truth. The atmosphere is dope and chill. The barbers all look professional and friendly. Choppo did my cut and I’m in love! He brought my vision to life and he is 4ever my barber. Make sure you guys check him out and the other barbers!

Im fairly new to Vegas and wasnt too happy with the first two places I tried for a simple fade cut. I called here and got an appointment in the same day. I was a couple minutes late but they were waiting for me. Choppo got the job done quickly, professionally, and took time to make sure he understood what I was looking for. Its a very clean place and relaxing atmosphere. The pool table is a nice touch. Id definitely recommend going there, and in particular Choppo. Ill be going back and requesting his services again next time I need my ears lowered.

Beautiful and quality place. Bryan is the best barber ever. He is so patient and so professional. He takes his time to give you a nice haircut. If I could, I would drive all the way to Vegas from California every two weeks to get a haircut from him. Very awesome guy👏👏. Check me out on my photo😎

One of the worst Barber Experiences of my Life. The staff is NEXT LEVEL UNPROFESSIONAL. One guy was openly bragging about giving a guy a bad cut because he didn’t like how the client looked…and the cut was 1/10. After multiple times having the barber adjust I gave up and just Had to go home and fix it myself. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

This was my first time at Santoyo’s. Friend from work told me about it so gave them a shot. Timmy Chapo took care of me. He was very courteous, professional and paid attention to details. I was very satisfied. I made an appointment for a beard trim and lineup only but asked if it was possible to fade me up and there was no hesitation. This place has a good atmosphere. Pool table, tv’s and great people.

My husband has been in search for a good barbershop in the neighborhood. Were new in town. We called in and Angel attended him. It was a pleasant visit. Good customer service, you get what you pay for. He did a very good job with my husbands haircut and beard :)

Very bad first impression.I talked to someone over the phone to ask about hours and walk-in, he said yes we do take walk-ins just be here by 6:30, once I get there rushing it from home, an employee walks to me and asked me, do you have an appointment? I said no, I called earlier and they said just to walk in, he said well, we take our last walk-in at 6:00, I said someone on the phone said 6:30, he said, well, is not my fault, sorry but there is also 2 people ahead of you and we close at 7 so sorry.My opinion.Out of first time Customer courtesy, he should of at least try to find someone who could of or wanted to do it since obviously he didnt want to stay late, he offer no help no solution, I drove all the way there just for them to say no.Poor customer service if you ask me. Sometimes it is worth going the extra mile just to gain a new customer, I have 2 boys that couldve become new customers as well if I would had a good experience.I believe in secon chances so I will be back and see if they can do better.

If I could I’d give 0 stars! I was greeted and sat down because I was a walk in. 3 chairs were open and I could here the barbers trying to pass me off to each other with no one wanting to do my hair. I sat for almost an hour with no luck and so I left. This establishment had hair all over the shop. Hair in the waiting lobby on the floor where no ones hair gets cut. Then to make matters worse these guys walked their trash can out thru the shop which made the shop smell like rotten spoiled food. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER!

Amazing barbershop, possibly the best in town. Pumi is my go to barber here, really knows how to treat his clients, atmosphere is unreal and you get to play pool as well.

I really enjoyed getting my hair cut by Chris, sorry if I spelt your name wrong by the way. However, I enjoyed most of it except when I first came in this one man seemed like he didn’t know what to do when a customer walked in, he barely talked to me and gave the impression that he didn’t care. It felt a little awkward. Or it could have just been me. Overall it was pretty good, the hair cut was great. I will be definitely getting my hair cut by Chris every time😄Thank you

Great babershop my son has ADHD and has trouble staying still even for a hair cut and this baber that cut his hair was very patient and understanding to his needs and did such a great job on his hair cut

Called them about a walk in around 10 and asked how long the wait would be. They said if I came in right away I wouldn’t have a long wait. After an hour of waiting and other people coming in with appointments I just left. 0 out of 10 biggest waste of my time will not be going back.

Brand New Barbership. Clean facilities, professional staff, locally owned. Nice amenities including pool table, multiple TVs, restrooms, waiting area, and plenty of parking. Great location and easy to get too. Check it out!

Place looks great, appointment setting was easy, excellent customer service, however quality of haircut was poor, lines were visible and there was some patches of hair left behind the ear, so now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to go get it fixed

I called in to ask for the wait time and if they take walkins. They said yes and that the wait was 15 minutes. Ended up waiting 2 hours and still no haircut. I wrote my name in and they never bothered to check the list of names. They hooked up their boys as they walked in and just bait you by saying a short wait time. This place is awful and practices poor business.
