I really want to like this place. The atmosphere is chill and the people are friendly. I generally end up waiting about 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment which isnt the end of the world but its a consistent issue. The cuts are pretty expensive and it seems that they cant keep their barbers for long. In the last year Ive lost 3 barbers that Ive really enjoyed.

Arrived on time and had to wait close to 25 minutes to get my cut. Cut was expensive for what it was and took almost an hour and 45 minutes. Barber was also either mute or didnt find me interesting enough to attempt conversation, also nicked my neck doing my beard. Wont go back. Other barbers in there were all standing around watching me wait instead of offering to take me, one guy was there the whole time just on his phone.

Ive gotten haircuts here a few times now, each time with Jesse and each time has been great. Hes very meticulous and listens to what I say. Remembers how I wanted my hair cut the last time, listens to me about any changes I ask for, offers suggestions or options, and asks me questions instead of just assuming which I appreciate because I do not know a lot about hair & beard styling.

Ricky Hoover made the experience pleasant and entertaining. He was extremely knowledgeable in beards and helped fix mine up to a very satisfactory state. The man has an eye for working your hair into the vision you want as well as informing you about anything thatll help you keep it that way. Definitely recommend him and will absolutely see him again.The place has a very nice and cleanly feel and everyone is very welcoming and accommodating as well.

I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend for a haircut and beard trim and they were available for a same day appointment. I was super surprised it was only $50! I definitely expected it to be a bit more for the work they do and how nice the shop is. They put him with Rebecca. I was a bit nervous for the outcome because I wasn’t familiar with her or her work. I was referred to this salon from Rica. I was SO happy with the outcome!! He told me that she was very funny and personable. She cracked jokes with him the whole time and made him feel super comfortable. He also said that she was very precise and kept going over certain spots to ensure that she got everything even and looking good. Thank you so much Rebecca! I couldn’t be happier with the results!!❤️❤️

Ricky was my barber for 6+ months until I moved back to the Midwest. He is warm and friendly and offers a clean cut, all in a classy atmosphere. Thank you for the great cuts. The shop is always in a good mood, clean, and appointments are on time and your not rushed as a client. My son and I both get are haircuts by Ricky which we would highly recommend to everyone.

I have not been to a barber shop in years. I always thought I needed to got to a salon for a great haircut and experience. The atmosphere and welcoming service was awesome and my new stylist Brittani could not have been more fun to work with or paid more attention to detail. Love this place and especially Brittani, who I will be going back to again and again.

This place is so awesome. A true baber shop with leather chairs a real shave and great music. Everyone is friendly, I do not get hair done here but get tattoos from Reesa who rents a space but I never feel out of place or uncomfortable when coming.

I called in the shop at about 345 on 7/21 looking to do a walk in. Wendy answered the phone and was so nice! She recommended appointment but I was really needing to get a cut. She squeezed me in at 430 with Danny. When I walked in the atmosphere of the shop was laid back and welcoming and Danny finished his client right at 430 and I was seated by 435. He asked what I wanted, I told him and asked an opinion and he was helpful! Not only was he talking with me a lot but even the other barbers and customers were interacting! I got out the chair at about 535! So much attention to the little things when getting cut made my hair look amazing!! I can honestly say its the best cut I have gotten in years! I wont be going anywhere else besides Elliott & Co!

I was travelling from the UK and needed a haircut, top Marks to Elliot for sorting me and my brother out with A1 haircuts. The guy takes his time, listens to what you want and delivers the goods. I go to Vegas every year and cant wait to go back. Well worth the money, this guy has skills!

Elliott & Co deserves 5 stars for the all around experience and the professional haircut & shave. Ive been there twice so far. I had Danny and another time Lilly cut my hair + shave, and it was perfect both times. Most important, the owner Elliott knows how to run a professional barbershop. Fantastic. Finding a new barber for me is the most stressful thing to do. I have an extremely large & long beard & thin but full head of hair. Once my barber knows me as a person they understand exactly where Im going with my CUT&TRIM (as I like to call it. Ive been there 4 times & I have to say each barber & Cosmotologist has been fantastic! Stephanie, Britt, Ryan, & today Rica.Stephanie was amazing. She even recommended waxing my nose (never have I ever done this & ive done it all lol. I continue to look forward to having it done every time now). I have a photo from her Ill attach (not of the nose).Ryan was outstanding. Did a fabulous job.Britt just did the nose wax but it was still great & nearly painless (it still hurts a little).And Rica, I believe has finally won me over. She knew exactly what I want. She knew what to do with excess beard hair, how to properly allow it to grow out so I dont look like I have a bow cut & understood that I needs to bite the Bullet to let the Stache grow until it stops being eaten up by my mouth. Lol. I dont have any photos as it still is a stressful process going through it & I took up more of her time then I needed too & then she needed to give; without saying anything to me.Elliott, the owner has been phenomenal when I ask about products. On point & professional he runs a beautiful & intimate Barbershop.The prices are a little higher then Miami Beach (where I moved from a year ago; thats surprising for Vegas) but overall they are still really good for the quality.Lastly, dont forget there is a keg with Blue Moon on Tap & several awesome bottle of Adult Beverages.Always appreciate walking in there. Waste of time! Elliot has the attitude that he is someone and he is busy all the time the fact of the matter is hes rude and mediocore at best as a barber. Im born and raised in Las Vegas and have gone to some of the BEST to cut my hair and Elliot & Company is not an establishment that conducts themselves in this manner. Im usually loyal to the person that cuts my hair and stay with that person for 10-15 yrs. Ive gone to Elliot for the last 2 yrs and always have an appointment. I dont think there has been one time he has ever been on time or ready for me when I arrive. That to me is so disrespectful. Whats the point of even making an appointment. Why would you patronize someone that has no regard for you the customer. Also if you do decide to take a chance ask him about his two main barbers Danny and Craig who completely walked out on him earlier this year. That should make for some interesting conversation. To me that speaks volumes about how much respect he has for other people. But being the person I am I still tried to stay loyal to him. Today I had an appointment at 1:00pm and was going to be there at 1:10pm his wife Wendy called to say would you like to reschedule your appointment.. because he cant wait that long Excuse me... Ive been a loyal customer who has waited for him how many times and he cant wait 10 mins....that doesnt sit right with me cause I can guarantee you he would still have someone in his chair when I got there. Having owned a few businesses in my lifetime I know the key to any successful business is first and foremost respect for your customer and customer service. This shop clearly has neither and as far as Im concerned can go out of business. Most times I usually call it right and its not long before they are out of business. So dont waste your time as they clearly dont care. In closing, I have one question. Elliot Chester WHO ARE YOU ?

I probably had about six or so haircuts at this place, and every single time I leave happy and satisfied with my cut. In the past, it was always a gamble whether Ill have a good haircut or bad. I always moved to different barbers, especially since Ive moved my home location a lot. Elliott & Co is the first barber Ive actually stuck with. I just tell Elliot the basics of how I want my hair cut, and BAM it just looks good in the end. Extremely dissatisfied. I went in there for a very simple buzz cut and Ive never looked so stupid in my life. There is random hair sticking up different lengths everywhere. It looks so bad I cant even go back to have him fix it. Not to mention the cost! 40$ 32 + 8 dollar Tip = one of the most expensive and worst haircuts ive ever had. Steer clear of Craig, whoever wrote a review on here claiming Craig did the best but fade in Vegas is a complete jerk. I bought it and paid the price.

I was passing through Vegas and this was my first time in this place. I had Lilly Jarrell as my barber and I was very impressed by her skill and calmness. I usually dislike going to a new barber as one can never get the style desired, but she understood me perfectly and I walked out of there looking like Russell Crowe.
