Good place to find parts that arent in other salvage yards because there yard is not open to the public/ people taking vehicles apart for no reason.

The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, were just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! Ill find one. My first call was here because Ive purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasnt just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow!When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!

This shaft was in good shape and well attached to the board. Not all that sure how the deliver person felt about this shipping/packaging method but they made sure to ring the door bell twice before walking away. Installed quickly and have had no issues.

I don’t really know any junkyards in Vegas like that so my buddy recommends me to go to any B&R they have in Vegas so I go to this one. At first I’m a little skeptical because it’s a whole new place to me but it turned out to be a really professional environment with amazing saleswoman/man they took very good care of me which I’m big on, they also showed me exactly where to find my part which was a big help cause I honestly would’ve never found it myself. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for sure I already know the next part I’m coming to get! Dont do business with this place and especially do not trust the employees working in the front counter Giselle and Eduordo or Ed. They will lie right to your face about the prices and conditions of the parts that theyre selling. Giselle charged me for a 4x4 dash switch and wouldnt give me a receipt because she said that the system was down, she insisted that I pay her in cash and that she could not give me a receipt. Also gave me a price on a steering column of $50 after I pulled the part she wanted to charge me $150 for the steering column. I told her that she had said $50 for the steering column and she lie right to my face and told me that she never said that. So instead I endup buying a clockspring for $50 but I didnt notice that they didnt mark the part until I went to installed it on my vehicle. They this on purpose so I wouldnt be able to exchange it or get a refund if the part was defective. Thank God the part was good and I didnt have to go back over there to deal with them again. Very dishonest people and bussiness. Take your business some where else.

Seems like theyre not a legitimate business. I have called and spoke with a couple different sale reps. One hung on me after I brought up the online make an offer option. They want you to prepay for parts and hesitant about customers coming down to the actual yard. Be careful giving these guys your credit card #

Called looking for a white door, they had a door, he wanted all my info to sell it to me I told him hold on is this white? He tells me we cant guaranteed the color, Im like excuse me, he gives me some bs speech, I asked, when you take in a vehicle you dont mark down what color it is, then he decides he wants to end the conversation and I say WOW this is how it is, then he changes his attitude. I ask him what color is the door in the pic and he says black, last time I checked not close to white, he should of disclosed that when I mentioned I wanted white. He was totally an a**hole, wasted my time.

I want so bad to keep this place my lil secret, but that wouldnt be fair to the lovely young ladies and gentlemen employed here. The hiring managers need a raise. These are probably some of the best people in Las Vegas

Ive been to all the salvage yards around Vegas. This one is my favorite. A nice selection of vehicles for parts, with a great staff. I came for one part for myself and ended up leaving with parts for 2 other friends because we couldn’t find them else where. Beatrice and David were incredibly helpful and made the process seamless!

Did not purchase anything from this place. The part that was needed they didnt carry or have. Even though we didnt purchase. The store manager Levi and one of his team members explained to us what we needed and walked out front and looked at the vehicle to confirm what was needed.I also observed a team member (young lady with glasses) go into detail with a asian gentleman and reprint the information that he needed and exercise limitless patience due to a very strong language barrier.Top Knotch customer service in my book.

Good parts I suppose. Unorganized and incompetent. Ordered an AC compressor and a control arm. Ended up needing a belt and tie rod instead. Phone number only connects to call center and can never get thru. If I do, Im on hold for an hour and hung up on and unable to reach my sales rep. Went back three times and was closed during normal hours. By the time I got in touch with someone, it was too late to return the unopened still labeled parts.

The two young ladies named Beatriz and Crystal were so very kind and helpful, very great customer service. Will be returning and telling my friends and family about this place!

Spoke to Ember and she gave me honest good advice and assisted me with sourcing a remanufactured transmission when I was in a pinch. Couldn’t be more grateful to find her and this shop.

They were very helpful and took the time to find the car and part I needed. David was stellar and even though he had people calling in he didnt try to rush me out the door. Have been a few times and service has been the same.

I though all was going smoothly and stopped looking for a 2013 Jeep seat. I was told it would be delivered a week later and called the day before to be informed seat was not available. Very disappointing and upsetting, as I know have an issue with driving the car on a long trip with a bad seat. They had to know more than the day before.

Very short staffed in their order dept/call center. Took over 2.5 hours to get through to order a part. Was told they would call when the part was ready. NO CALL RECIEVED. I called back to find out the part was ready. When I arrived to pick up the pre-paid part, the desk could not find my order. I had to again call back to the call center to see what was going on. Then the order magically appeared in her computer at the desk. This part was for a work vehicle so every hour down is money lost.On the bright side, prices are good.

I highly recommend checking out B and R in North Las Vegas if youre looking for used parts for your car or truck. I live up in Oregon and usually go to the B and R locations up there but this past November I was down in Las Vegas for a few days and stopped in to see if they had some parts I needed for a couple projects trucks. I’ve been to the yard in Henderson a few times, but this was my first time at this location. Levi and Jose were both helpful and I was able to find quite a few parts I needed at reasonable prices. I definitely plan to stop in next time I’m in Las Vegas.

Very RUDE and unprofessional staff. I was at an auto repair shop and overheard the tech trying to order my parts. The first person answered and seemed very irritated because the tech had an accent, that guy put him on hold and ended up transferring him to someone else. When the new guy answered we were both confused and the tech said he was transferred ... the new guy said “Well who were you talking to??” The tech said “I didn’t get his name, he said he was putting me on hold” then the new guy in a very condescending tone said “well you didn’t get transferred then because you don’t even know who you’re talking to”Ummm ok... the tech was very nice despite being given the run around. But this guy just kept talking fast and was rude the entire process. Next thing I know, this guy ends up hanging up.We look at each other in disbelief in the way this employee was talking to him... ughhhh I wish I got his name, because this was totally unacceptable!

I was at the Henderson location and the part I was looking they couldnt give it to me until monday but they said to go to the north Las Vegas location. So I called and they told they had four potential trucks and so I drove to north Las Vegas from Henderson because I needed the part urgently because the air conditioning needed the blower motor. When I got the north Las Vegas location this unprofessional man was very rude and disrespectful. He told me no one had called that location and I was lying to him. On the phone they said I could take it off if I got there before one. The person on the phone said I had to pay only 25 dollars if I took it off personally. When I got there he said it was a closed yard and I couldnt take the part without paying 45 dollars. I would like for the owner to go check the calls that were recorded and find out who lied to me on the phone. The reason for that is because it is a very disrespectful and rude way of catching clients by lying to them. The man who was rude and disrespectful was named Robert and I dont think it is a good idea to have an unprofessional. liar in your business.
