Walked into my friends house, put my 4 momth old in her carseat, walked out with her and my 3 year old and my car was gone. They lied and said my car wasnt there yet, my phone was in my car and my husband tracked it on Zenly. It had been there for 10 min.

Update: To get a refund, file a complaint. They have been using towing software without getting board approval. This has the potential to be a class action lawsuit. Ask your HOA for copies of the tow request. It must be dated within the previous 24 hours prior to the tow. If not, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of violation. You are also entitled to get copied of the tow request from the tow company but dont assume it isnt forged. The NTA can help if you file a complaint.If you are into predatory towing, this is your company. This is the same company as first response towing so dont be fooled.

My friends car got repoed and to my VERY MUCH SURPRISE they did NOT steal ANY of his personal property, I couldnt believe it!! This is the VERY FIRST tow company I have ever came across that DIDNT steal stuff out of vehicle. Didnt think they even existed. And the little girl running the place is so nice, sociable. I wouldve given this place 10 stars if I could. I am so thankful I chose this company. I never thought I would find myself in a situation such as shipping my car across country. Jordan and Char took excellent care with me, and my automobile. I also wanted to shout out to Orange County (cant remember his name...Steven?) a very handsome, kind man who took pictures, performed the inspection of the vehicle. Thorough.

My car got towed by this towing company from 1806 marathon but the complaint came in from 1806 discuss I was dropping off food too my sisters condo and ran in too use the bathroom my door was open too the car along with my med bag and cell phone theres no were posted signs that theres no parking from 10 pm too 7 am any were along either side of there street I took photos and too fine out 1806 discuss Dr. is the president of the HOA were she lives and tho the person that lives at 1804 marathon drive way looks like a junk yard 1806 marathon gets fined for it or rude letters sent too the condo come too fine out 1806 discuss Dr. Has always had it out for 1806 marathon Dr. She was the first too ever easier a child there witch I can say my newphw I very proud of and sister I hold her not at fault but the home owners association. When talking to the city of Las Vegas and a attorney a sign has too be posted in front of every ones condo so 1806 discuss I be probly taken her too small claims court we will see as the paper work I got from the towing company states that I was park in front of her place when complaint was maid and I was not. I due not even know this woman. Time will tell the amount too get out the car and two days with out my meds but the towing company allowed me too get my med bags and cell phone too stay I. Contact with my drs. Normally they charge too get any thing from the car the lady very understand team that works the front office very helpful sweet and very kind.thanks

This company has received multiple administrative citations. If you have had a problem with them, file a complaint. They are on the verge of getting their license suspended.

My son’s car was stolen and this company towed it when it was found by an HOA. They charged us an ASTRONOMICAL amount to get it out of their lot and were a nightmare to deal with. It seems that their business is built on taking financial advantage of people who are already in a difficult situation.

777 towing is the worst experience Ive ever had with a tow truck company

This is a very good tow company, the driver was cautious with the vehicles. The price was great have used them before and I will use them again. I will also continue to suggest them to others.

Dont like the fact, because of the COVID you and apartments have arranged to tow vehicles. You know its hard getting into the DMV. I find it sad to prey on people for profit and gain.

This company towed my car from my mothers parking spot then say we call it in. They did put a sticker but towed it 12 hrs before the sticker time posted... They are in and out of the Vizcaya At The Trails condominiums at least 6 times a day... I believe they have a spotter that takes plates of the cars for the tow guy, Im not sure what they are doing but Im going to be finding out. This company is a a complete scam...

Amazing how this people take advantage of people, right in front of their house. Not only that, they dont even know how much they are going to charge and they hung up the phone on me, they dont answer simple questions such as if the owner needs to pick up the car or another person can go.Honestly this people need a psychiatrist.And the lady who hung up on me, and said all those bad words apparently needs to go to school and get some education or have a father who teach her how to talk to people. This towing company is a very unprofessional establishment. They are what you call predatory Towing they hunt for cars to tow. Even if you prove you have a right to park in a spot and bring them the proof they still want to take your money and charge you fees they are not empathetic their bottom line is the dollar. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company if you are an apartment complex or other type of company. The people at night time that work there very unfriendly and combated. After I went there and show them that I had proof that I could park in that spot but it had fallen out of the window they where uncaring didnt want to budge or even understand my plight if I could give them zero Stars I would this company is nothing more than money-hungry fraud.

The Tow Truck Company,doing their best to keep up the low level of service and customer interaction expected when dealing with tow truck companies, personally I had to call the police to interact with these people, its always the same, they do their dirty deed in the middle of the night, then they think theyre doing you a favor.

When they towed our vehicle. We called them to see what we needed to bring w us to pickup our vehicle. The dude said the person that owns the vehicles just their ID. So we head all the way down there and they said we needed the pink slip. So we left back home to get it. Wasting gas. If they would have told us from the get. We wouldnt have to go back & forth. Ding wits. If you dont own your car w pink slip Your jacked. It would be a hassle to call the dang bank or lean holder to your car to try to get your car out from this tow yard. 👎good luck

We had an honest disagreement over a tow. I presented my case to the Impound Manager, it was a close call...I only have him to thank for refunding my money. I was not parked completely correctly. My only recourse would have been to file suit, which would have been silly. I think it is laudable that the Impound Manager, heard me out, and civilly we resolved it.

Towed my car from a handicap spot WITH my placard visible in the car! Disgusting staff and management didn’t care about the mistake and still charged $300 to get it out. Filed a claim with BBB and taking them to small claims court with my police report!

They towed my friends car without warranting a valid reason, then when she attempted to get it back from them was turned down do to improper documentation, which was issued on a court order. It sounds like someone should sue these people after other reviews I’ve read my self. They’re seem like an easy case to make them go out of business for their poor performance in such an industry.

This is a scam artist company do not use!!! In my complex you have to have a parking permit displayed. I make sure every night its visible because of my dart tint. I wake up and my car has been STOLEN!!! They dragged my car from the front tires you can see the Marks to the street... The driver was so scandalous that he or she took the parking permit off my mirror so they can STEAL my car and hold it for ransom. With no proof that it was there because its now gone I had to pay $235.00 to get it back. And my front tires are all scraped up from dragging it so thats another 400 at least Ill have to pay. Illegal parking is one thing but breaking into a car yo remove the permit and then stealing it is illegal and this is not the last you will hear from me or my lawyer. If you did it to me then Im definitely not the only one if its been done to you please comment. SCAM ARTIST TOWING is your new name.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My disabled friend was parked in front of his house. The tow truck driver claimed he was in a fire zone however he was not parked in a red zone. The driver wanted $127.50 to drop the car. I gave a credit card and they said they only accept cash. I went in the house to get cash and they drove away without providing any information on the company name of where the car is being taken to. We called the homeowners association and they reported that a car cannot be towed without a warning which wasnt provided. Technically the vehicle was stolen since the driver didnt give us any information. We called the homeowners association and they they did not authorize the tow to enter the community to hunt for victims. The owner of the company was contacted and the tow was ordered to return the vehicle immediately. It was later found out that the driver should not have attempted to extort cash from us. Apparently they were supposed to drop the vehicle and leave. Thankful they stole the vehicle instead. Had we paid them the cash they demanded we would have never known what they were up to. I will share this review on every service I can.

Some tattooed guy from this company last night, was more interested in the contents of my work truck parked in MY parking spot, than doing his job. He tagged multiple vehicles in my community last night that shouldnt have been tagged, including my girlfriends car that was parked in HER space, and then was surrounded by 6 police cars and arrested for outstanding warrants. Im urging my HOA to drop this company immediately, and I urge any HOA to stay far away. They dont care, theyre nasty on the phone, and dont take any responsibility for their incompetence

The woman told me the price of how much it would be on the phone I told her its a rental she gives me the address I Uber down here then she tells me it needs to be in my name which makes since but she couldve said that when I called. Then she is super rude and she has white eyes from contacts and Silver hair and she is very unprofessional even for a tow company she is the lighter fluid on a fire.

I parked across the street from the bar, went inside, came back & thought my car was stolen. I called my friend & he told me that they tow there, mind you, there are a dozen other cars where I parked. So I thought that it was okay for me to park there. They weren’t company vehicles, they were simple regular vehicles & when I called & asked for how much it cost to get my car back, it’s was $300. Unbelievable. J

Towed my car without my knowledge or consent and claimed they called lien holder to get it. They did not and now trying to charge me impound fees. This company towed my car which I voluntarily surrendered to Towbin Kia in late June. I received a missed certified letter 7.22.19 from them. When I called to inquire, I spoke with Megan. She informed me they called the lien holder (Kia Motor Finance) who said there was no lien on the car. She then instructs me I was going to be responsible for towing and impound fees. I told her I was not paying that as Towbin Kia was supposed to call Kia and have them come get it. I called yesterday 8.19 and told them I spoke to Kia Motor Finance who informed me neither Towbin Kia NOR the Tow Truck Company called Kia Motor Finance to get the car. They informed me they dont call lien holders. I said thats not what you told me last month. They then inform me if Kia wants the car, they need to get it because its up for auction in ten days. This company basically stole my car, lied to me, tried to force me to pay their impound bills, and now they are trying to sell a car that doesnt even belong to them! I think there is some kickbacks between them and Towbin Kia and both businesses need investigation! Already filed a BBB complaint!

The office people were actually friendly. There were no problems with them. But It sucks when all I was doing was unloading some things from my car while my pregnant wife went inside our friends house to use the restroom. In that time frame. My car gets towed. Yeah. They towed my registered, insured, properly parked car from a public parking space where there was no indication I could not park there. Charged overnight and weekend rates for 8:30 am on a Wednesday. Took over an hour to get my car back because their printer wasnt working. This place is a rip off, do not use them.

Very good customer service. Had a flat and was given 60mins ETA. I had to call and check ETA after 30mins as the 1st towing company given to us didnt show up after waiting 90mins. Spoke with John who told me my tow service is on his way. Stevie arrived in the next 10-15min and took us home safely.Highly recommended! Very nice staff and driver.

I guess its my fault for not scanning a medium sized parking lot well enough for the one small tow sign they had up on the opposite side from where I parked. Then the $275 fee sucks for having my car for a few hours. It should be illegal to have one small sign in a sizeable lot. Lol they got me on new years. Not only heroes work on new years I guess.

I scheduled a tow to Nissan dealership. Tow driver Alan arrived early, notified me by text and call and was very friendly.

They towed my car in the middle of the night. Didnt give me any notifications, I called the cops thinking it was stolen. Turn out, they took it. And told the cops that it was a vacant vehicle. Which is ridiculous, I still had the valid temporary plates on it. There was no indication that it was vaccant. So, when I called them personally they said it was in a fire lane. But it wasnt near the fire lane, I can clearly see where I can and cant park. Theyre scheming lying crooks, who are barely considered a business. And I had to pay two hundred and fifty bucks to get it out. Id never recommend, I hope they get shut down.

Im not sure about anybody else but to me night doesnt end at 8 am....so why would you charge a night fee up until 8!!! They got the call at 7 am but didnt even bother to leave until 8:40 showing up at 9:20 and still have the nerve to charge extra for a night fee. This Tow Company is the worse, they stole my $240 designer glasses as well as my Designer Umbrella. I spoke with the Manager Mike as he claims his driver never went into the car. When i picked my car up the driver was there and said he had to open the door in order to unlock the wheel. Now they are saying they never went into the car and there is nothing they can do. Moving due to not being able to afford rent at the Elysian district, parked where the moving trucks park (which I cant afford) and they towed me... I was just grabbing what little possessions I have to bring down, but I fed my dog real quick too. I guess that was the kicker eh? I hope this company goes out of business for being butt heads.

I called to get my car towed right now and first of all the guy just answered the phone saying hello in a rude way and didn’t say anything else . So I had to ask if they were the towing company and he asked what I wanted and I told him I need my car towed to a shop, he put me on hold for a few minutes and then a girl came on the phone saying “what do you want ?” In an extremely ruder way so I proceeded to tell her the same thing I just told the guy before and I told her they were being very rude . She got defensive and said it was because it’s about an hour wait, I would have waited if it wasn’t such a rude interaction you guys definitely lost my businesss and I will let everyone know not to deal with your “company”

Illegally towed in my opinion.... registered my vehicle online and was waiting for tags to come in the mail... towed me and said I needed to put receipt in the window because they are unable to look up whether a vehicle is registered....the 48 hour notice never stated I needed to put a receipt int he window....now its going to cost 248$...filling a civil suit as we speak...

This place is a joke- and Robert who claims he owns the business and cuts everyones pay check is a crook. He towed my vehicle illegally. Told me that the police called him and it was involved in a hit and run so he came and towed it. Then he claimed no they didnt call him he called them and they said yes to tow it. After speaking with Metro twice and them confirming no contact was made with Robert or the Tow Truck Company I called Robert back and he said it was parked in Lantana apartments and it isnt a working vehicle so he towed it cause I was violating their rules. ILLEGAL BULL he just wanted to make the money. I then filed a stolen car report with Metro and the vehicle was returned in worse condition then it was when it left. The entire bumper was off and tossed behind my car.Who ever the real owner of this company is needs to know whats going on and how its being ran- changes need to be made!

Shady company towed my car while i was loading up for a road trip. Closed the trunk and walked up stairs to grab my son came back down to my car being gone. And they want me to pay almost 400.00 while the car wont even be there for 10mins. Illegal and predatory towing. Its a hustle and people need to be aware how it works. I had a valid permit on my dash because my car is undergoing repairs. The head of sucurity notated at 8pm that I indeed had a valid permit. The Towing Company like all towing companies has to access your car to secure the stearing wheel. The Tow Truck Company driver accessed my car, and removed my pass from my dashboard at midnight (which is illegal). CAUGHT! He took bogus photos showing my winshield did not have my legal pass probably because he has gotten away with it a million times in the past. When I called The Tow Truck Company, the girl knowingly lies saying the tow truck driver never enters the vehicle despite its clear the company tampered with my DMV permit. Removing the tag does not make it legal in any way. My car was tampered with and they tried to hustle my car to make that quick cash. Greed has no break pads. My HOA got involved and Head of security verified that he did see my moving pass and the Tow Truck Company lied to head of security as well when he talked to them about towing my car. If you have a temprary pass, make sure you have security where ever you live take a photo...these people knowing lie and hustle people illegally. It is absolutley illegal to tow a car that has a current moving permit from DMV and removing a pass from a vehicle is like stealing tags. Dont be ashamed to look for an attourney to prosecute.
