Christian and his team here were super awesome! Hands down blew away my expectations with both quality and price for my paint correction and ceramic coating done on my 2013 Tesla Model S! I had driven in from Colorado and hit severe snow storms that left clear scratches all over my car after brushing off the snow. And as far as service goes, not only did they fix my two damaged rims they also touched up the other two free of charge and washed my car. Got rim rash repaired and the result is comparable to an amateur. It did not look good as new whatsoever, more like 10 years of aging. They dont provide quality service but maybe just cheap service?

The employees are pleasant, one of the guys I believe Chris was his name, reached out to me and said his cleaners broke an item in my car and they replaced it, very honorable of them. The detail job was just below good. I got a quote for $150 to have to car shampoo’d vacuum and standard wash (interior/exterior) the exterior still had bird poop and dirt crusted on it. The interior had stains and dirt on the upholstery and floor- I ended up renting an extractor that evening and cleaning all of the upholstery and carpet again- water was black with dirt. The car was there 8 hours when they said they would need it for only a few hours and I was charged $300. For as along as it was there and the price I would’ve expected a flawless job. I would give it 2 stars but there are some nice people over there.

I dont believe that you guys did a good job on this. The only part of the job done satisfactory is the dent repair. Where you dipped the hood, you can see the cracks in the old paint. Road tar, wheels not properly cleaned. It appears that the paint was not buffed and compounded, just waxed. You can see shallow scratches everywhere. Also, there is dip over spray left on many of the car panels. None of the chrome was polished. There is old compound on the plastic parts that werent buffed. The Windows were not cleaned properly on the inside. Plus, as you know the trunk carpet wasnt touched. MeBro we went absolutely above and beyond with your car and I know exactly what was done with it every last thing on that car was touched and then we literally read it an entire door for you just to make you happy and stayed hours after we closed you cant just spend 980 on a car that is absolutely destroyed and expect to pick up a brand new vehicle I gave you way more than 980 worth of work this is just becoming absolutely ridiculous I confirmed everything was good with you even after we went through and made the door as best as we could I repainted half of it for free I honestly have nothing else to say to this. ChristianSo about that warranty?In my last review on yelp I notated that I had to have a different company repair the damage caused by Christian and his company. After Dipped Auto Works destroyed my vehicle I filed a dispute with the Credit Card Company. This guy, Christian, accused me, in writing of harassing him and his business, Extorting him and attempting to get him to do more work for free. He also claimed that I loved the work that he did and also gave him a cash tip. There is no way that I would tip this guy. I dont know how this guy has a 5 star on yelp. Actually, I do. He begs for reviews, outside of the yelp guidelines. Look how many filtered reviews he has. 50% of his reviews get filtered. If you look in the filtered section, he literally left two reviews as himself for his own business. Yelp tricked me into visiting this guys business. I should have went to a real professional detailer.LOL thats pretty funny that you would post a picture of a spot that you sanded down on your car as part of your bad review we literally had you coming to the back of the shop with us and gave you enough trust to use sandpaper and try and fix the spots on the car your a joke youll burn yourself out with that kind of energy Im not worried at All. Thanks for making me more aware of people like you! ChristianWhat picture are you talking about? MeWhy exactly would I need to fix any of your work? Does that make any sense? MeAlso, it appears that one of your contractors broke my auto dimming rear view mirror. There is an LCD screen inside auto dimming mirrors that turns on to block out rear view lights. I noticed it had a bubble in it when I pick it up and Im turning it on and it looks like this. Do you want to throw out a i need to look out for people like you insult or take responsibility and fix this like an adult? Btw, because it has a screen, how you brake it is by bumping into it and dropping it. Me*crickets* Christian

If you are considering Dipped for window tint.... DON’T! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They contract their tint work out to other independent installers. The first time I took my car in for ceramic tint, there were so many problems. They returned the car to me with no mention of a problem. I found that only half the sky view sunroof was tinted, they tinted right over top of adhesive on the windshield, there was scratches in many places on the brand new tint & other weird anomalies including large bubbling (not micro bubbles that disappear). To top it all off, my car was left a complete mess with glue everywhere & water streaking down the doors, dash & rear trunk area, tint scraps everywhere and a razor blade on the floor. I have kids! This could have lead to a terrible accident!I called and explained and was asked to bring the car back in so they could make it right. I left my car with them a second full day only to get it back 1.5 hrs after the promised time to find that nothing had changed. All of the same problems remained. It was like they hadnt even touched my car at all & it was even dirtier inside. One of the managers refunded me the cost of the windshield tint as compensation & after talking with the owner asked me to bring my vehicle in a THIRD time, the explained that the tint contractors that they used that week had some things going on and would disappear for hours during the day. They concluded that they wanted their more reliable tint contractor could do the work and they could detail my car.Im a glutton for punishment I guess...I took the car in for a third time. I just wanted it right & clean. The owner returned it to my house when it was complete, which was a very kind gesture. The interior was clean. However upon inspection there is large bubbling in the sun roof and side windows, many scratches on the tint & tint right over top of adhesive on the windshield, again but in a different location.With the help of a friend and loyal customer to Dipped, I requested my money back. I dont want them to touch my car again, all of the tint needs to be stripped and started over by a reputable tint shop. We were instructed that I would hear from the owner regarding the refund within 1 business day. Its been 5 days. Still nothing.Infuriating doesnt even sum this experience up, avoid Dipped for tint. Take your money else where.

I went it to get my calipers colored red for my 2019 Mustang GT/CS. I am very happy with the price, speed, and quality of work. They went out of their way to make sure I had the custom font on the front calipers which was the perfect touch. Highly recommend!

I went to see Christian to have my car sprayed and a few accessories done and each time I have been in Dipped Auto Works, I have felt at home. Everyone is friendly and they take their work serious. I had my whole car dipped in a wicked wine color with gloss black on my rims, door handles, & wing. They even color matched the calipers to my cars original color which turned out 👌🏼. From start to finish it is always a good experience and Im itching to take the car back and have gloss black vinyl placed on the roof!

I always go to them, but last month I went to a location that was very close from my job, and long story short, they did a horrible job. I was horrified. So the next day I went back to Dipped Auto Work, hoping they could save my car by undoing the damages. I had a great experience with Christian. We did a Plasti dip on my Harley and it came out better than I imagined. I did have to take it back because of the spots that I messed up while putting the bike back together, other than that I have no complaints. I know this isnt paint and just curious now to see how long itll hold up, either way though, Christian told me that whenever the bike needs a touch up, just bring it back and we can get it cleaned up without a problem. Seeing that I ride hard this is great for me!

This is the second car Christian has done for me. My Tahoe looks so dope. He dipped my rims and emblems along with sprayed my tail lights. I am so incredibly impressed with Dipped Auto Works! I went in for a price quote for work on my 2018 Audi S5 Sportsback and scheduled my appointment for the following Saturday. I got there early and when I walked into the shop the owner Christian was working on his computer. Apparently it was 30 minutes before they opened but that didn’t matter to this business owner. He enthusiastically jumped up, smiled, greeted me, and we quickly went outside to my car to go over what I wanted done. He even suggested a couple ideas on customizations he would do if it was his own car. I went with his suggestions and I couldn’t be happier. Great job my my window tint.

I had my motorcycle painted by them. They reached out to Via Instagram. Told me they would match paint of my G wagon. I gave paint code and all. Said one week $400-$500. Two weeks later and three trips total. I found out they don’t really deal with bikes even though they reached out to me. Paint is way off I have a megneto black paint and my bike looks green and there’s dirt all in my paint. $700 bill. Now they won’t respond to any of my calls or msg bc there mad I let Instagram know of there lousy work. My next step now is to proceed legal action. Lesson learn pay more for better quality. These guys are not qualified to paint vehicles...it’s a literally a joke.

Im notorious among my friends and co-workers as having extremely high standards, and the work I got done on my GMC Canyon far exceeded my expectations. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and asked for their input, and they used their expertise to determine what exactly should be done to my truck to make it look as great as possible. They also gave me some discounts on other stuff I hadnt even thought of (e.g., they asked if I was interested in getting painted calipers, and offered a discount because the wheels would be off anyway for other work).Overall, I ended up getting my chrome front grille painted red quartz tintcoat (body color match) along the edge and glossy black on the inside, chrome side trim painted red quartz tintcoat, chrome rear bumper painted red quartz tintcoat, wheels painted glossy black, brake calipers painted red quartz tintcoat, Canyon and SLE markings debadged, and ceramic tint on all windows and the windshield.The final result was better than what I had in mind, and everything was done with great attention to detail – so much so, that they even thought to paint the front rubber gasket red quartz tintcoat so it would create a smoother transition between the hood and the front grille. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfectly clean and polished, and guaranteed their work with a lifetime warranty.Everyone with whom I interacted at and around the garage was professional and friendly, and showed a genuine, intrinsic passion and interest in working with vehicles. If anything else comes up that I want done in terms of auto customization, Ill definitely be coming here again.

Im took my car to get plati dip. I own a mustang and it got dipped with chameleon green. It was my first time dipping a car it had some details but they were fast on fixing the issues. I wont give a 5 star just because of having to go back to repair the issues but car came out awsome!!!!!

Christian did a dope job on my 2015 dodge dart! He my rims smoked out my tail light and blacled out the front for me! You cant beat the price and the warranty that comes with it highly recommended place to get your car done! I post a picture of my car so check it out. Bad bad work!!!! Honestly dont go there for a plasti dip maybe they are good at blackout lights and plasti dip rims and doing black, white or gray thats all!!!!. I honestly thought they were good because of their reviews but they arent good at all!! They will have your car looking like crap!!! Christian has someone else incompetent to do the job. Had to take it back to get redone for nothing it still looked like crap for what i paid.. What a coincidence that it took them 3 days to do it but took them one to redo it again. I think you should have someone that knows to do the jobs right. Im the person you did the chameleon green. Im sure you know who i am.

Excellent work

Very poor experience. Poor prep work created a very poor product. In a matter of 5 days, the dip was pealing completely off of both front wheels, and in small places on both back wheels. Upon reaching out to the gentleman, he offered to redo the dip but refused any refund, including the tip I left him for what I expected to be good work. After I inspected the wheels further, I noticed he did not cover or mask off a single piece of the brakes on any of the wheels, nor did he remove overspray from the tires after the service was provided. Poor prep, poor service, poor product. Cut corners, both in service and in business. Also, the deals he offers are through Groupon. However, if you contact him prior to purchasing the Groupon, he will direct you to not purchase it, and instead go directly through him, therefore providing you with no proof of purchase or protection from Groupon. Steer far, far away from this business.
