I have been taking my 2002 porsche to them since 2011 and I like the fact that I deal with the same people every time. Ramone always takes the time to explain everything to me and their invoices list out every detail. He even cleaned off some paint from refrigerator dings! They always call before they do the work and stick to their quotes .

I took my 1999 Cabrio to Carl’s after a horrible experience with Gaudin Porsche. My roof latch was not closing properly. Instead of immediately replacing the latch Ramon suggested that there was a repair kit which was available. When I got the car back it functioned perfectly and cost a third of what the dealer quoted. They have my business for the life of my car. Thanks Ramon!
