I took my truck in to get my fuel pump replaced. It took them about 4 hours to complete the job, when I took my truck for a drive it kept stalling out on me. I took it back because his work is supposed to be guaranteed and ended up paying even more out of pocket because they couldnt do the job right the first time. He also does not give people receipts. That whole establishment is a joke, as well as the owner!

You cannot beat the honesty and service. Only place I will take my car, because it is hard to find those things. Owner Ignacio is a great person who enjoys helping people. Fast, honest, great rates.

This shop was very professional and the owner got me in and out. He gave me a one mile towing service for free which was the distance to tow my car to his shop. I was in and out in the same day. Great service!

I have been coming here off and on for several years. It is not close to my home so sometimes I go to a place near my home. I recently had a repair at the shop near me and paid over $1k to have hoses and thermostat replaced. I then went to Nacho for something else and he informed me that the hoses were not new. I am now back at the shop near home and they admitted that they missed a couple 🤬 Thanks to Nacho, I didnt get ripped off!! I highly recommend this shop and they have their own tow truck to help if you are not close to them.

Nacho is the best professional in Las Vegas, by far. We were so glad when we found him. He manages to be able to fix issues no one else can. The price is always more than fair and he always addresses things on time. Even when we had last minute emergencies he managed to come to the rescue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in town, honestly. Had my fuel pump give out just before leaving Vegas, called my Uncle Carlos(Vegas Local) and he said take it to Nachos and hell get it done! Sure enough, Not even 3hrs later we were back on the road. 10/10 would recommend.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. My girlfriend and I came in for a oxygen censor replacement. We got the part ourselves and the labor cost was $80. We paid him and we left with the check engine light popping up the morning after, we shortly found out he REPLACED THE WRONG ONE. And gave us NO RECITE. DONT COME HERE he obviously is not trained enough to be a mechanic .

Nacho is the most honest mechanic I know in Las Vegas! He does great work with great integrity. I highly recommend you bring your car needs to him. He also recently replaced the windshield on my car. I also recently bought a car and he checked it over for me.

HONEST, friendly, fast, a beyond fair prices. I came in with 1 problem and was quoted 1450 at the first place, went to him and he found 2 problems and fixed them both with the new parts for 750 minus tax. Excellent work and saved me $. Will definitely come back for any other work in the future.

I have used their services twice. Once to fix another mechanics faulty work and another recently to replace my starter. Both times I had to have my car towed to the shop and each time I was given a fair price. Actually much less than I was quoted anywhere else in town. Ignacio and the tow drivers(missed their names) were friendly, transparent and very helpful. The next time my car needs service, Nacho Mobile is where Im headed.

Great mechanic, reasonable price

I went to these people to replace my fuel pump on my 01 suburban 2500, The first time the replaced no problem got a warranty and about 6 months later the fuel pump goes out. It was still under warranty and I tow the vehicle to their yard. They replace the pump as it was under warranty and got me on the way home. Upon driving home I stop and the truck just cuts off. Ended up getting towed back to my YARD for them to tell me its not their fault I will need to pay for a additional tow back to them. At this point Im neck deep in dirt as this pump was under warranty. When I get the vehicle back at their yard and argued with mechanic Ignacio about how this should all be fixed. He finally runs a diagnostic n my pump and fuse box stating You were right, The fuse box was loose... I know I just spent 300$ for you to fix something you SHOULD HAVE DONE THE FIRST TIME!THEY ARENT EVEN MOBILE!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! AND KICK YOU WHEN YOUR DOWN!

6/29/15: Nacho was very friendly both on the phone and in person. He got the work done faster than the ETA he quoted us on and I feel like we got a really good price for the work we got done. I will update this post after my trip to say how the work holds up.7/2/15: Made it back from my trip and driven around town a bit since then. Everything seems great. I highly recommend Nacho!

The person assisting me was very friendly, but my experience was a rip off. I usually carry a toolbox with me to fix things on my car if something comes up. Unfortunately I didnt have it with me when a break light went out. I stopped into this location and the guy charged me $10 to remove two screws. Two screws! It took 3 minutes to take off the housing to put in the new light (which I provided). What a joke.

When your looking for a new mechanic and the AAA driver tells you he has a dependable one hes know for years....well I was more than impressed! The service was honest and direct, no short cuts! On 9 August 17 my jeep liberty 07 did not start after pumping gas my first thought was problem with the starter because the lights were working.the next day I called nacho at 7am and within 3hrs problem was solved he sent a tow truck to my house then on to the gas station where I had parked it.then to the shop luckily it was not the starter like I had thought but the battery😥nacho is the only place I will take it to any other place could of said it was something else.honesty and fair prices I truly recommend nachos auto repair!!👨

They scammed my mother out of 600 dollars for a fuel pump replacement that they didnt even replace. They took advantage of the fact that we drove to Las Vegas as a mini vacation from Los Angeles, luckily we didnt break down again until we got back.

I just picked up my car it runs great ignacio fixed my timing belt and charged me 620!!!# i thought it was a little high but i guess you get what you pay for. I wish i could have kept at least 100 in my pocket but it is ok. Other than the price Great customer service.
