While driving across this great country of ours, a nation founded upon individual liberty, my aging Mustang decided to stop running in NM, apparently overheating. Upon a referral in the fine village of Springer, I had my car towed by AAA 70 miles south to Michaels Precision Automotive in Las Vegas. It turned out to be great advice, for Michael and his professional staff quickly identified the trouble as a seized air pump and shredded serpentine belt. I was on the road by late afternoon the following day, and traveled another 1000 miles with no problems what so ever. They did a great job.
This shops name now is Sunset Distrutor and have a verity of services and tires, sall used cars, much more and repair farm equipment
Broke down in Las Vegas on my way to start a new job. Mike and his employee, Paul, squeezed me in first thing in the morning and then stayed way past closing hours to get my car back on the road so I didnt have to miss another day of work. His wife, Melissa, even drove me to get some lunch while my car was being worked on. Repair costs (labor and parts) were very reasonable and I really appreciate the time and effort all of them put into getting my car working and keeping me company. Though no one wants to break down mid-trip, this is definitely the place to go!
Travelling from Arizona to Minnesota we broke down in Las Vegas NM. We happened to meet Michael at the nearby Taco Bell, we mentioned our car trouble and a local family highly recommend him. Knowing we were in a hurry and our vacation time was ticking away he started working first thing Sunday morning. He had us back on the on Monday. He was a good judge in character and trusted us to pay him the next day since his wife was sick, and couldnt give us an estimate. He went above and beyond to save our vacation. We highly recommend his services. Thanks Michael!Gabriel, Tim, and Nancy Jones
Very nice to his people
