Didn’t have to wait for anyone to come up to me and ask for help drew was already outside when I walked up in 115 degree weather. I was specifically looking for a 2500hd duramax in which they didn’t have nor any other dealership in Vegas. This was my last and third dealership in which I was really browsing.. they ended up having a 3500hd for a smoking deal. I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change, but I guess it may be the normal wait time. The waiting area is very comfortable, however.

Bad place to service your car, we stopped there for wiper blades change, air check light was on, add wiper fluids light was on so we decide to change the wipers,let them check the air and add fluids as need it.We told the service advisor clearly why we was there and after one hour they only did the wiper blades but lights for air and fluid still on,we had to waste extra time complaining and getting things done.
