I approached Kory and team to renovate my downstairs game room into my dream home theater. Their design and installation team did a fanatic job with this project from start to finish. Kory was always there making sure everything was done right and on time. I couldnt imagine this dream becoming a reality but Progressive Home made that happen! Will definitely continue using them for future projects and will be recommending them to anyone who is in need for their help. Some before and after pictures attached. These guys are absolutely pros. They have just finished installing security camera system in my house. From the very conversation with the Marketing to the completion of the project, the whole experience was very satisfying.

I installed a theater system with this company when I had my home built 7 years ago. We had some miscommunications in which they solved at that time. The receiver was not working and I called several places to get it checked. Because of COVID, many companies were backed up and couldnt come without a 7 day out appointment and Progressive was of course one of those companies. When I called Progressive, I was pleasantly surprised that they remembered me from 7 years ago!!! They assured me they would take great care of me.Another company came out and was very nice but couldnt seem to solve the problem and tried to upsell me on items I did not need or want.When Cutis came, he ran several tests before he deemed the reciever to be bad. He immediately told me the price of the new reciever. I looked up the price on Amazon and it was as low as the lowest price of that particular model. And the installation fee was extremely reasonable. I questioned him on what the other technician from another company had said (eluding to my speakers being low end model and some not placed correctly). He took time out to pull the speaker up and show me the quality compared to a low end model. I had the chance to see my speakers were good quality and conducive to my theater room. The reciever would not connect to the internet. Keep in mind all of this had been installed by Progressive 7 years prior. He went over and beyond to find the problem and hard wired the reciever to the internet. He could have easily connected it through wifi and called it quits. But he would not stop until he solved the problem. We found that Cox, my cable company, had disconnected some wires that affected the previous wiring Progressive did 7 years ago.I know this might seem lengthy but I am very critical and would write in for bad service. It is only fair that I tell of the exceptional experience I had with Curtis and the Progressive Home team. I even got a checkup call from Ray, to make sure my system was back working and I was completely satisfied. I will NEVER look outside Progressive Home again for home needs that they can cover. They are THE BEST!

I should preface this with the following info: Progressive Home is the preferred vendor for American West so we had no other options to shop around when we purchased our home. We have no other references to quote other bids, options, or compare services, as that is my normal practice.The wiring was put into the home while being built. However, they said that theyve done many jobs in existing homes.It was a win-win for both Eric and I! I could care less about where the TV plugs go or sound system wiring, speakers in the back of the house/yard- but this was very important to Eric. Progressive Home allowed him to choose where we wanted the plugs, installing wiring in the ceiling for speakers in our master bedrooms, etc. I cared about the central vacuum and having automated lights, thermostat and security- which we love! Call us lazy, but we cant imagine having to get out of bed to turn off the lights anymore!Weve placed several service calls to come out and fix certain things, always sending out Cory (sales) and or Kurtis (tech), which was nice to always see the same person who knew exactly what was previously done/fixed. Kurtis was always very patient, explained things very thoroughly, cleaned up after each job, professional and nice.We have inquired about additional services that we wished we would have chosen when our house was being built and hope to use them again. We have always had pleasant encounters with Progressive Home and I highly recommend them!

I had progressive homes take care of our home and office computer systems. Kurtis came to help us each time. I found him very professional, helpful and courteous always. His technical skills are superior. We are very happy that we contacted Kurtis and Progressive Homes as we have had some really bad experiences with some other companies.

Progressive Home did a fantastic job with all of the wiring for our new home! Everybody we worked with starting with sales and design all the way through to activation was super competent, professional, and great to work with! I highly recommend Progressive Home!

We paid about $700 for a remote from this company, I know stupid us, and had it replaced before the year warranty was up because it was faulty. No one came to our home to ensure it worked properly, it was programmed in their office and given to us to take home. We have had nothing but problems with this stupid remote ever since. Weve dealt with this issue until now because of scheduling conflicts. We are not always able to take time off from work since they dont work on the weekends. In order to have someone come out to look at it IN OUR HOME we have to pay a $95 labor charge even though we were told someone would come out to our home the first time at no charge. Which, oh by the way, is within two weeks after they install. That part of the no charge promise was left out by the installer. Instead of providing good customer service and sticking to what their installers tell the homeowners Im being told that it cant be justified to the president of the company as to why someone is coming out for no fee. How about justifying it by saying you want to provide good customer service? I guess thats not as important to them as $95 in their pocket. *****UPDATE*****Immediately after my initial review was posted I received a call from Mike L. and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Kurtis went above and beyond to ensure that all of our problems were resolved and that everything was working properly. Good customer service is in fact important to them after all.

Unbelievably poor customer service and worse product install. This whole ordeal has been a complete debacle from a sales rep that doesnt listen to the customers wants, to an install team that slaps up outlets crooked, unlevel, and in the wrong positions. Even the builder made fun of the quality of work done by these guys on our walk through! Buyer beware!

We contacted Progressive Home in addition to a few other companies to quote a home automation set up, whole house networking and a security system for a recently purchased home. I initially met with Andrew in their design center to discuss what we were hoping to achieve. Andrew was very knowledgable and patient with my questions throughout our appointment. He followed up with an in home appointment a few days later making sure to take detailed notes of where we wanted placement of items and how best to achieve our requests. Equally impressive, he took the time to properly seek out and document existing items to see if they could be reused or repurposed, thus saving us costs. The quote that soon followed was more detailed, with no pressure or attempts at upsellign or adding. Needless to say, it was quite refreshing to experience. Having received top notch customer service thus far, and a reasonable quote from a company that knew their products, we decided on Progressive Home for our equipment and installation. We have not been disappointed. They were able to squeeze us in last minute to take care of all the initial wiring prior to our move in date which was a huge help and we were extremely grateful for. Over the course of the week they followed up with equipment installation and programming set up, each time with outstanding customer service from Kurtis and the rest of the team. While we elected to hold off on the home automation for now, the foundation has been set to build upon our system as we see fit. Our whole process would have been much easier and less stressful had we contacted Progressive Home first, not last; however, as the saying goes, we save the best for last. We are beyond thrilled with the way things have gone and will not hesitate to use Progressive Home in the future while additionally recommending them to all of our friends and family.
