Set an appointment on June 21st at my home to review options and discuss solutions. After spending nearly 2 hours with Thomas and Jay and agreeing on next steps Mike will look through all the wiring options in the next week or two Ive never heard from AVSG again, even after repeated follow-up. With money to spend Im sitting here writing a negative review... Not at all what I expected after visiting their storefront.

I just walked into this store, for my first time, and all I can say is that this place is amazing, and the employees are very respectful, and very easy to talk to and the Examples of the some sound systems they showed off, completely blew my mind, this place is very high end and very respectful. If theres -5 review I gladly give it for discrimination. Our last visit makes me upset. My wife and I visit and buy speaker. The associate who didnt even introduce himself tell us its not available and I said is there anything we could try. The associate doesnt give me help but this disdaining attitude like this b&w it is 15k like we cant afford or something... my wife get upset and we walk out

Thomas answered every question I had about my stereo setup as well as providing suggestions based on his own experience and provided me with the proper equipment to accomplish what I needed. His show room is absolutely incredible packed with the most powerful and luxurious speaker systems I have ever heard. He provided detailed explanation for the systems and automation they designed. Allowing me to demo their products, he left me with my jaw on the floor and a smile on my face. Incredible sound and products. 10/10

This is more of result of two very different customer service.When I went there to purchase a McIntosh turntable, I was offered great help and service. The staff was very professional and really helped me to get the best deal they can offer. Definitely a five stars reviewBut unfortunately, upon receiving my turntable, there was a small defect. So I wrote them an email to see if there’s anything I can do myself to solve the issue. Radio silence. Over three weeks, I wrote three emails and somehow they choose to just ignore it. I tried to call once and the rep actually had someone else take the call. After asking them to reply through email on how to mail back my unit, radio silence again. I don’t know how to give lower stars than this.If you’re looking for a place with great setup, you’ll be satisfied here. But if you’re getting some pricey equipment, for example, a turntable over 4K, you might want to cross your finger and make sure nothing goes wrong cause you won’t be getting much after-sales service.

We ordered both a Sony 85 TV and a set of very nice cabinets. Both were delivered in a timely manner (2 deliveries) and installed professionally. All the shipping material was collected and taken away. The installers were very congenial and great to work with.When the electrical outlet into which our TV was plugged had a problem (unknown to us at the time) the TV screen turned black and though power was present, no image was shown. The owner came out personally and verified his suspicion about the power. Seems that the newer TVs detect power issues and lock themselves into a protect mode. Simply plugging into another outlet solved the problem.We have been extremely happy with all the advice, service, and support which we have been provided. And highly recommend Audio Visual Solutions Group.

I have visited this location several times. Each time I have been greeted as if I was a long time family friend. The atmosphere is filled with the most positive energy, incredible art work, and audio equipment that blows your mind. I would happily(and have several times) recommend that for any needs that they can meet- visit them first! You will never go anywhere else!

This store is a Jewel in Las Vegas.Here you’re able to relax while you make decisions and what is the best audiovisual solutions for your style and taste. One of the things I feel they do very well is give you a special auditioning of the speakers or products that you want to buy.All this while listening to amazing music and enjoying the hospitality that is offered in this wonderful store. Finally a place in Vegas that’s actually fun while you shop. If you haven’t been here before please do yourself a favor and go pay a visit you won’t regret it.

This place is a must see for anyone putting together an audio/video system. You will not believe the sound systems here. In my 30 years listening to high end audio I have not heard any better than what you will experience at Audio Visual Solutions. Las Vegas is very lucky to have a store like this. They have sound and theater products for all budgets. The Owner has such amazing knowledge that he will design you the perfect system for your room. A must see place for everyone to come check out whether you are looking to buy eqiupment or want an education on current audio and video systems.

From the very moment we walked into the show room we were completely awestruck by both the incredible equipment and by Thomas who was very knowledgeable and very kind. Thomas was able to answer all of our questions, in regard to loudspeakers as well as power, control, and room layout. He was very clear and made any complicated process or idea very easy to approach. Were very thankful to know there are such great resources so easily available. Despite being from Nashville, Audio Visual Solutions will be the first place we call.

Great experience at the store. One of the only high end audio/video showrooms in the Las Vegas area. Owner was extremely friendly and willing to show us all the equipment on display. We had a great time listening and comparing speaker systems and even a few beers.

I would like to share my negative experience with Audio Visual Solutions Group. In 2016 I purchased a pair of Floor Model Sonus Faber Speakers. The original boxes were discarded and told Thomas that I dont need the boxes today but will need them eventually or I will never be able to sell the speakers down the road. Thomas said no problem and agreed to the terms. He said when they move to the new Tivoli location that they will give me boxes from a new set of SF speakers that they will set up for display. I paid in cash and made sure that I got it in writing that boxes/packaging will be provided. I was supposed to be contacted when the boxes were available for pickup.Fast forward to 2018, I contacted Thomas and reminded him that I am still waiting for boxes should I decide to sell the speakers some day. He replied with the following answer. I never promised that I would get you the boxes, I promised that I would try to get you the boxes. This was not understanding. After all on my attached receipt it clearly states Packing for speakers will be provided.. This was I a nightmare scenario. I was now bound to these speakers.In 2020 I decided it was time move out the speakers. Inquired about retaining boxes from SF direct. The cost of the boxes would be $500. Instead I decided to try to sell them locally in LV and SoCal at the reduced amount. It took 4 months to find a buyer and I had to sell below market.At no point did Thomas offer any solutions or try make this right. Needless to say I would never do business with AVSG nor would I recommend them.

Thomas is an excellent and very knowledgeable gentleman in all things audio and video. He listens to your needs and recommends products that will suit you and your wallet. The moment I walked into Audio Visual Solutions I was greeted by Thomas Kiss. A very knowledgeable and friendly representative who made me feel right at home. There is also the WOW factor as soon as you walk through the front door. This store has a variety of high end two channel systems all the way through multi channel home theater systems. Everything is beautifully displayed and ready for auditioning. Ask Thomas a question about a two channel analog piece all the way up to a complex home theater system and he doesnt miss a beat. Truly one of the most knowledgeable representatives I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is well versed in custom home installations as well. He will explain everything in detail and at a level that is easy to understand. I highly recommend Audio Video Solutions. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Awesome folks very knowledgeable and good values

Went in not really knowing what I needed, but I was able to give a vague description of my problem to them. They helped me figure out what I needed (a phono stage) and found a unit within my budget. Extremely knowledgable people and they take the time to make sure you are too. The phono stage absolutely solved the muddiness i described and Ill definitely be going back for future purchases.

I just visited Audio Visual Solutions in Summerlin, Nv. I met both Mike and Thomas (owner) and spent a couple of hours listening to high end audiophile components. The store is incredibly well stocked and the guys are both helpful and super knowledgeable.I’m an audiophile and been around the game for some time, ok, a long time. If you’re in the Vegas area, I can highly recommend this dealer and the high end gear, Thomas carries! “Killer store”!!!

Thomas just got done installed a pair of rear surround speakers in what was a very tricky install (across my living room and to an outside wall). Him and his installer Marty worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves extensively, and you would never have known they did work other than the two new in-wall speakers I now have.The price was better than anyone else quoted, and they were very proactive in letting me know when they were coming to the house to perform the installation.I would definitely use THS again, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Vegas was sadly, for the longest HiFi store wasteland. The last decent store was the Upper Ear from the 80s up to the late 90s. It was by accident I discovrred the AVS.Thomas the owner is knowlegable and will guide you to the best stereo you can afford. 5 stars without any doubts. Every enthusiast visiting Vegas should stop by for a treat, spin their favorites and start thinking about upgrading their system.

Ladies if you are like me and have no clue about electronics and av systems then call these guys!!! They did a great job at a great price! I usually dont write reviews but appreciated their timely and professional service soo much that I had to let others know! I dont have a clue about electronics and Tom took the time to teach me things about my home AV system. They went above and beyond their quoted service and I will definitely refer them and use their services again if I ever need to. I called around and one company I called seemed like they didnt want my business.. told me mid June and that they push off jobs like mine to the end cuz they have bigger jobs.. another company quoted me one price over the phone and then came to my house with a higher price quote. I called Tom and luckily they were able to come to my house right away to give me a quote and performed the job the next day! They were able to squeeze me in knowing that their job had to be done first before I had my interior painted...I was crunched for time and they went out of their way to accommodate MY need and not when THEY wanted. My project was not too small for them! Great customer service! I am soo happy and thankful! Its hard to find honest and reasonable services in Las Vegas and this company has both!

I had an existing Control4 home automation system that was very buggy, turning lights on in the middle of the night when I was asleep, and no one could find any programming issue to explain this. I spoke to Thomas at Audio Visual Solutions who stated that the new EA-5 controller may help and was faster than the existing HC-800 that I had installed. When they finally installed the new EA-5 controller, they left in the old HC-800 in my system which made no sense to me if it were slower and was contributing to bugs in the system. After the installation of the new controller, I had multiple other issues with the Control4 system and called and texted Thomas multiple time, and got no reply. So they were happy to sell me new equipment, but unavailable to service it once installed. Not happy with this and will not use them again. P.S. I do not see ANY performance improvement either; feel like I wasted a couple grand in this upgrade, with no benefit.
