When you need someone to provide a hazardous materials or biological contamination clearance test or to find out if your house or commercial building property contains Lead paint or asbestos materials, they are the team to go too.

I have an older home. I needed to be checked for asbestos after a leak repair. The report came back under 1% which means, I was NOT REQUIRED to do anything further with them. They called me to BULLY me into getting an ASBESTOS CLEARING after the work was done for $500.00 more. WHAT A RIP OFF! They used many scare tactics on me, and were quite unprofessional and obviously trying to obtain MORE MONEY! I would NOT recommend them at all!

One of the most responsive companies I have had the fortune to work with. They provide a great service for a reasonable cost, so glad to have a vendor like MSE to rely on during an unfortunate and sometimes urgent situation.
