Cannot say enough about this company. They are great to work with and are always professional and on time. We have been using them for years. I do not know of another testing company as solid as adaptive.

We were dealing with an asbestos abatement and thank goodness we found Chris from Adaptive Environmental. He is very thorough and has a wealth of knowledge. Since we are from California I was concerned about the process and the quality of work, however not only did they meet my expectations but they far surpassed it. Always available and at the end of the day we were cleared from Air Quality and it was all thanks to their guidance and support.

They administered a mold test after a leak, we were told it would be a week until the reports were ready and to text or call if we havent received the report. Its been 2 months and we have tried texting, calling, leaving voice-mails and no reply.

Chris came out to our rental within a couple of hours of contact.He more than fulfilled our negotiated deal and took the time to explain everything from cause to impact to solutions.I have never met a more honest,sincere and caring individual in my 25 years of construction experience. When I called him several weeks after the testing the first thing he did was to ask about my wifes health problems, that after several months and several doctors we have now been able to relate and attribute to the mold in our rented home. Chris actually went the extra mile and discovered that every room had asbestos as well as hidden Mold throughout the entire house.(something that the first testing company completely missed). I can honestly say that compared to the first testing company that we hired, Adaptive just crushed them in all areas:Thoroughness, professionalism,promptness,value,education,followup,compassion and knowledge were all far above what we expected and experienced with the first company .The bottom line is this:If you want a reliable, honest and comprehensive test done then look no further than Adaptive Environmental.Dont waste your time with other companies.

What an outstanding company Adaptive is. They have helped so many people and have continued to exceed expectations. They respond quickly, answer honestly, and theyve helped me with a variety of Clearances and testing for mold, and asbestos.

Chris is very knowledgeable and was an advocate for us throughout our ordeal related to water damage and mold. However, without a certificate of clearance, his hard work and assistance are meaningless. Weve been waiting since mid-August for the report, and his contact has been little or none. Service, knowledge, etc. were a slam dunk 5 star, but without the clearance certificate, I cant in good conscience give that rating when I am not completely satisfied.UPDATEAfter speaking with Chris, I understand why our final report had been held. He was awaiting payment for his services. He did go above and beyond for us, and my original rating of one star is not fair, given the circumstances. I wish he would have been more communicative and explained the situation in September, October or November. Waiting until December to reach out, is still not the level of professionalism I would have preferred.

Amazing people! Nightmare with landlord and their mold company saying we had no mold. I was given Chris name from another mold inspection company, actually one sent by the landlord, and so glad. Professional, explained our options and found the mold issues in my house the landlord could not or refused to. Problem so bad my family had to move from the house for 3 weeks. Seems to be the only honest mold inspection company in Las Vegas. Chris took time to understand our situation before coming to our house and then more time to answer tons of questions when at the house. I waited a week for the appointment because they were busy, when others could be out in a day, but I would not recommend using anyone else.

Great service. We had a mold problem and they took the time to listen to our concerns and helped us figure out what we needed, the other seven companies we called just threw out a package price but never asked what was happening or what our concerns were. Best part is they did what they said which I have found to be diffucult to find in Las Vegas. Reasonable price, and highly reccomended. Dont waste time calling around.
