What a nightmare!!!! There are far better companies out there that do the same exact thing but yet will take far better care of you as a customer. We mistakenly chose Pure Promotions to order water bottles and bags for a youth basketball camp. We agreed to the particular bottles/bags during a free shipping promotion and expected the price to land around $173. After multiple attempts of requesting a proposal, quote, invoice, etc.... we heard NOTHING until a few months after the camp with an invoice valuing $721. We were charged $430 in overnight shipping when they had more then enough time to ship this via ground. Had this information been presented up front, we would have certainly chose a different route. Worst experience to date!

It is always a delight to work with Pure Promotions. They offer a wide variety of promotional products that catch the eye. Their embroidery is the best in town, by far.

Absolute psycho. Jordan Denison is the most accurate example of a spoiled, disrespectful, unprofessional little boy that has been given too much to “play” with. He has no concept of common decency and should not be given any opportunity to work with people, let alone “promote” their business! Huge disappointment and poor excuse for a human in general. Disgusting!
