This company gifted a ride through a grant for my Great Uncle. He is a retired Veteran. Going on a hot air balloon ride was on his bucket list. His wish was granted and I was the one to go with him. Im so greatful that I was the one able to experience this with my Uncle. This will be his last big adventure as we dont have much time left with him due to health reasons. Its emotional knowing I went on that last adventure with him and it was a dream of his to float thru the sky. I cant thank you guys enough for what you did for him. Kevin you are amazing, funny, humble and a great story teller! We had a celebration after we landed and all the family was included. That day is a day I will never forget and I will always cherish and hold close to me. Thank you Kevin and the crew for everything you did. You all are so amazing.

We booked a month ago. Service is good. We arrived on Feb 8 everything looked fine. Our taxi driver called to get more info for the flight that was scheduled on Feb 9th. Unfortunately, we received a text at 7:51 PM the day before the flight to inform us that the flight was cancelled and we needed to call the day after to reschedule ( cancelled because too windy, this is not their fault). But on Saturday morning we call to reschedule ( we were leaving on sunday, so the day after the scheduled original flight)..... they are not opened on week-ends so no way to get answered. Really too bad. I know they cant be blamed about the weather but at least be available to answer the phone on week -ends so tourists can adjust their plans!
