Jenna B. did all she was authorized to do and went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Had it not been for her, I would be much more upset about the fact I can’t speak to the design team or even make an appointment with one. The amount of time and energy Jenna dedicated to my business all while being limited by her position in the company was impressive and most appreciated. In all honesty, I’d be giving you 1 star right now if it wasn’t for her. She deserves a raise. Her talents are not being adequately utilized as she is capable of every revision I asked for had it not been for her needing the authorization of the design team - that is too busy with revisions to even talk to me. Very worried my revisions will be rushed...

They are not what they say they are! They will lie and say they have no record of you or your account. Their salespeople are pushy and rude. When I said i was not interested in their FAKE services, they threatened me and my business, and continued to call me nonstop. Avoid them at all costs. Theyre terrible and rude. You will get scammed.

I can not express how much this company has done for my business. I have been in my industry for 10 years and decided to venture off and didn’t know where to start. Jacob who’s in charge of account resolution did an amazing job... to be honest I was surprised how he was able to turn everything around building value building report and doing an amazing service. I will say that early on I was concerned, but I will admit I was wrong to doubt their commit to our business. I could go one for a long time praising them but plain and simple they are a good business to team up with. The website they have running and all the other services they do to get our names out there is working. Our business was shut down for over two months, and the money had got in danger. I have been struggling to know what to do about my website needs since the Covid crisis lead me to transitioning my business from a storefront to a cottage bakery. This company broke the federal law by calling my phone with an automated message. That is a TCPA violation. When I emailed/called them to try to resolve and settle out of court, he lied and said they dont use pre-recorded messages. I recorded the phone call, and even tried to explain this to him, but he still lied. I mailed them demand letters to two addresses, but they bounced back, so I cant serve them for court.

Got cold call from Ad IQ. The sales rep was pushy and rude. I explained that my website/Google listing actually generated a client meeting that very day and that Ad IQ themselves located my business, website and phone number so I must be doing ok without their services. I further explained that I dont sell widgets, I offer a service which does not even have universal pricing and my website/google listing is just a place for potential/current clients to find my contact information, and Im not going n needed of their services. The very rude sales rep insinuated that they would update your Google listing to reflect the fact that your business is not taking on new clients and hung up on me. It is absolutely impossible for Ad IQ to make changes to my Google business listing without me giving them the ability to access my account. I cant believe they said that!Imagine if I called someone out of the blue and tried selling them on my services but ended up threatening to cause catastrophic damage to their house when they didnt agree to hire me to install foundation drainage! This company is absurd.

This company does not do what they advertise. Do not overcommit yourself to a long-term contract. I had to cancel after required 3 months was up and the website they built had the wrong phone number connected, so did I benefit, no. Avoid at all costs.

Do not do business with this company! To be fair i would like to tell my story so others can make an informed decision on what they are getting into.First after signing up and getting going i learned that they were making social media post on my behalf. They were using stock photos that did not represent my company. I called customer service at least 4 times and asked them to stop. Each time they said they would then i would see another post. They told me to just delete those post?Then i learned that the made a website for us that had incorrect hours listed. This probably cost me more business that i spent with them in the first place. After repeated emails and phone calls they finally fixed it.Last they promised to get us on the first page of google within 90 days or it was free. This did not happen for our restaurant.Finally after all the issues i asked for a refund. They told me they felt like based on the work that has been done and the progress made there is not an opportunity for a full refund.Do not use AD. iq

They’ve been helping me for years now - I figure as my Christmas gift to them is leave them a couple of reviews. I could honestly shout out at least 9 people because so many have helped me. I love my site. I love my dash board.

This company called me and said they were Google and asked if I wanted to advertise with them. Later I found out they were phishing. The number that they called from was disconnected a couple weeks later. They ripped me off! Stay away because they are con artists! I dont believe that any of these good reviews are actual real people. You can find negative stuff about this company all over the web if you take the time to look.

Worst company to deal with!!!! We never signed the partnership agreement with them and they went out and created websites and business pages in our company name without consulting with us first or even waiting on an agreement to be signed. They only cared about getting money from you and then you have trouble reaching them! If you are considering using them, RUN!!!
