Store always smells terrible

Even though the governor Of New Mexico has mandated face masks, this store does not use face masks. I was in the store last week and no one coming in had face masks and the clerk who checked me out when asked about wearing a mask said, they cloud up my glasses, and my manager said we didn’t have to wear them. I wear my mask to protect other people from me, and expect the same courtesy. I will not be shopping at this store any more. Very disappointed

Close to my area. Quick in and out, have hardly ever had to wait long in line. A bit messy the store but if u go in store often u over look the mess because I know where things are and the always have what I go in to buy.

Dollar General is a pretty good, quick stop. Items are in increments of $1 and they have quite a variety. If you want to avoid the gas station convenience store, then this is a solid alternative.

Fast and convenient. Everybody 6 feet apart. Though not everyone wearing masks.

Its a nice place for quick & easy shopping. Its very convenient & one of the only stores to get basic grocery items in the area. The staff is friendly & helpful, I like it.

Dollar General has very good prices on ALL items.

Thanks to Dollar General I rarely shop Walmart anymore. The quality is much better than other comparable stores. Its definitely worth shopping there with the time I save in walking plus the money I save on the value aisle and items on sale.

A bigger than normal store in a great location. We shopped here a lot during our stay in New Mexico. It was right around the corner from our hotel and always friendly. They needed help though. The lines were a little long.

It was packed. Too many people and shelves are pretty empty.

Unfortunately the manager takes to cake for the non welcoming customer service.If you need the bathroom during a store trip stay far from lazy Anns general dollar.Though the clerk showed disappointment on his face and seemed bothered by the managers lie about the restroom. (Thank you Clerk)Maybe that clerk should be the manager.I chose to leave and make my purchases elsewhere.Where its ok I use the restroom while shopping.If this is an issue for the manager I suggest she remove the ability for a customer to use the restroom. Then lazy Ann can keep the door closed forever.Reminder to managers of dollar general.Customers pay your pay check. I was looking for some small multi colored ornaments, couldnt find them anywhere. Stopped at Dollar General and found some. They were even on sale (70%)!

They just hired a new store manager for this store and the store reflects it. It looks better than Ive ever seen it before.

Great store, but stocking should not be done during regular business hours when customers are trying to shop. The aisles are narrow and really hard to get around, especially when employees are trying to stock shelves. Having employees stock shelves when the store is closed would help immensely.

They were very rude. Yes, I understand that they close at ten. But when it is ten o one and I have already checked out and am left there to bag up my own items myself. So while Im bagging my items the cashier screams at me to get out of the store . Five thumbs all the way down👎⬇️⬇️👎⤵️👎

No organization. No one knows whats going on. Different employees from different stores. Filled application and was miss led by many employees tell me to come back tomorrow or next week. Then an appt. With District Mgr. At 4:00.Went back to store and ask if I could come back at 5:00. Went back and the District Manager never showed up. I even gave an application from DOLLAR GENERAL PDF to get a paper application which they said they couldnt find. My it on the computer. I said I have code when I submit it. Very disappointment not even one sorry for all the running around I did.I live close to Dollar Gerneral I would always as a customer I thought this would be a good place to work. But now I understand what others say towards Dollar General. Well left me with a bad taste. I wouldnt be returning to any of Dollar General stores any more. Very poor poor business ethics.

Carts in parking lot, reps always seem to be more interested in talking than helping customers.

In walking distance and probably safe than on Picacho Ave.

Dollar General off of Motel Blv. is not a organized store and the clerks are not attentive to their customers.

Dollar General runs pretty close to Wal-Mart prices. However, you dont have as many people.

Stood in line, there was a woman with a cart full of merchandise. I thought Id go ahead and wait. The manager was having a meeting with the employees at the time and a large line was forming. She finally helped the next person in line who was behind me due to the fact that the lady in front of me was finishing her transaction. Once she finished all the employees began clocking out of their meeting on the register I was at and the girl on duty stepped away and let them even though, to this point, I had waited patiently. Very rude considering the fact that I only had 2 items. I will never shop at this store again even though it is very conveniently located to me. And I will definitely tell others about the horrible customer service.

One of the employees was checking out their friend and changed the price of 10$ Dollar headphones to 1$ Dollar, i don’t know who’s managing this one anymore but this place used to have it together when the old manager was there smh
