Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation, now the brakes on the front right side of my car is making a grinding noise. The manager is telling me it cant be something they did even though my brakes were fine before I brought my car in. All four brakes are brand new and were fine on a trip from Florida to Las Cruces until I brought my car here.Added while typing the first paragraph: I finally got him to take a look and only then did he admit that something they did caused the noise. All it was was the heat shield had been bent a little so it was grinding on the brake. Quick fix, he couldve saved both of us some time if he had just looked at my car when I first brought it back.

Love this location friendly clean bathrooms and have everything I shop for. Just sucks because its way out on the east side of Las cruces and I live on the south west side. Still make the drive tho because its worth it

My wife and I were travel thru from Los Angeles back home to Dallas and was having tire trouble. We had to replace the front tires. They gave us a great price and had us back on the road in less than 40 min! Thank you Auto Center team!!

The reason I am only posting one stars is because the management fixed the problem that had occurred, otherwise it would have been no stars. Last week I took my car into having oil change, unfortunately the associate that did the oil change forgot to replace my oil cap. When I awoke this morning I found oil all over my bumper... (I guess while driving it occurred). I decided to pop the hood and found the oil cap was missing 🤬🤬🤬

They reorganized since the pandemic started.Items that I usually found needed to be shipped.Still a good go to place for regular maintenance auto parts.

My car died in the parking lot haha, two gals from the automotive Dept actually took time out to help me get back going. Even when it didnt start right away, they had one of the technicians come out to help. They really went above and beyond ❤️ Thank you all for being so kind!

Sitting in the waiting room of the jeep dealership now, thanks for rounding off my oil pan drain plug. I need to replace the whole oil pan now because even the dealership cant get it off. $370 repair because you dont know how to do one of the easiest maintenance tasks.

Automotive- oil change. From the oil change at 100% at 5pm to home and parking to the next day I was at 98%. I noticed my 2016 car was leaking oil. Hopefully it is just that they didnt put it on right. Go somewhere else to have it done right the first time.Update- I went back that evening and they lied and said it was leaking old oil that they didnt clean off around the filter ( that makes no sense). They didnt refill it, like promised on the phone. They must have tightened the filter because it did stop leaking and I have been driving all day for the past 2 days and have only gone down to 97% oil.

I always take my SUV there for an oil change. They do a great job and its a total of $20 plus for ac. Its cheaper than I can do it.

Had a great experience, the professionalism of the employee was exceptional. Was done in a timely manner and even put on my window wipers. Would recommend to all.

I would like to highlight the auto team at the Las Cruces Walmart on Rinconada Blvd. They were short staffed today and worked quickly and with smiles to help customers out. Even during a difficult time with an angry and disrespectful customer the team kept their composure and delivered excellent care. Theresa, Aaron, and Jerome deserve recognition for their hard work and great attitudes today, you are appreciated!

Had a good experience they finished my car within the time limit given when I first dropped off for an oil change. When I went to check out it took a while, because of a customer returning a battery and obviously didnt understand why he wouldnt receive a full refund so 5 associates showed up at least 2 of them helped me and other customers other than that its was good

5 stars for fast and great service0 stars for them having to page a manager 3 times over 30 minutes to come and inspect the work. What happens when the manager shows up they start goofing off

My experience today was quick and fairly inexpensive. I could have gotten a lower price elsewhere but I did value getting my groceries while I waited and picking it up right when I checked out.

For the services they offer, they do an excellent job! I really appreciate the exceptional customer service I receive! I would recommend this location, they are exceptional!

Very unprofessional, worst customer service Ive encountered at any Walmart. There are a few employees who are polite but the rest are very rude and short. Completely unsatisfied and will not be using them again for any of my vehicle needs.
