We are in the middle of a major remodel at our home and have had to use the laundromat for over a month. I went to this one based on the good reviews and they are spot on. Extremely clean and the 6-8 loaders use a good amount of water, clean the clothes well. Dryers only take 30 min, in and out in one hour tops.

Excellent exceptionally clean laundry. Many size machines to fit all your needs. I travel extensively so a clean laundry is top of my list of places to go. Went to another laundry before this one.... wouldnt even wash my dogs stuff in the nasty washers at that place. Glad I found Big Bundles.... I highly recommend this laundry.

This is the nicest laundry mat Ive used since I got to Las Cruces! Its always spotless, and the employees keep it sparkling clean. If you need help, they literally drop what theyre doing to help you. All the equipment is kept in top notch condition. I love the place.

These machines work well! The price is reasonable compared to other places. The attendants here are always polite, professional, masked up, and well groomed. The place is kept clean as a whistle too. It can get crowded at peak times, but I prefer to do my laundry here. 🙂😉

I lucked out finding this place on my first go at doing laundry at a laundromat. Place is always clean, staff is helpful, and the price isn’t bad compared to other places in town. They also tend to have pretty good stuff playing on the TVs. The half-off 80 lb washer Wednesdays are a steal; I try to wash my bedding on a Wednesday so as to take advantage of the deal. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the change machines are frequently broken - Both the bill to bill machine and the quarter machine. The past 5 or 6 times I’ve come to do my laundry one or both of the machines is broken. Not a huge issue seeing as I try to come prepared with my quarters, but sometimes it is quite the inconvenience for myself and others. Aside from that, this is a top tier laundromat.

The facility is immaculately clean. There is a large selection of machine sizes to choose from and a sufficient size building to accommodate social distancing. Prices was reasonable and possibly even cheaper than some!

Wowzers! First time here. Needed large capacity washer for king comforter. Came here because of the reviews claiming it to be clean and immaculate. Its true!Ample parking and 4 entry/exit doors, 2 of which are double doors. The SE side has a wall if windows so not dark and dingy and a great view if the Organs. There are two big benches. Next time Im bringing coffee and a breakfast sandwhich!They also have WiFi and it works!Get the info off the door.Restrooms and snack machine, ATM ...Got here around 8 on a Sat morning.I brought my dog, but they allow service dogs only. I entered briefly (Chewy not a service dog) to ask a question and nobody gave me a hard time, but I stayed outside to respect the rules. Beautiful day out and took the pooch for a walk.My comforter is done ... gotta go!

Love this place (can’t wait to get my dryer fixed though). Plenty of machines and nearly all of them are always working (been here a few times). Plenty of sitting, have a TV on while you are waiting, and free WIFI. Always an attendant on staff and this place is the cleanest I have ever seen!

This is a WONDERFUL Laundromat. So clean, so accommodating, and one of the few doing wash and fold service.

Nice clean laundromat, bill exchanger, coin machine, atm, washrooms, tables and chairs, vending machines and tvs, claims there is free wifi but i was not able to connect as you need to be an xfinity customer. But it was big lots of machines and size options 40lb/60lb/80lb.

This laundromat is my go to! Its always clean, with an attendant on site, and the machines work well! There also a coffee maker, TVs, snack machines, and more than adequate cubbies to fold clothes on. I love this place!

This place has plenty of both dryers, and washing machines. Its a very clean laundromat, and it also has 2-3 large tvs to keep you entertained as you do your laundry. And better yet, its only down the street from my apartment.

No hot water! And barely cold water! Guy has to get a jug of water from the sink to add to my laundry and still isn’t enough. Clothes are soapy and I Do Not Overload!!! And $6.00 per wash load! Your better off washing y hand!Dryers are good if that’s all you need!!!I have Been coming here for a year now and it’s gotten worse each time! I will not be back!Be warned!

Big bundles is a very nice, clean, and good laudromat. I really like taking my laundry here because of their big industrial washers and dryers. They have a discountnted day which makes it affordable on Wednesdays. I really like that they keep everything very clean and provide entertainment for my children as far as free wifi and their TVs which makes the time go faster. I very highly recommend this place for your cleaning needs.

I’ve always had a washer and dryer ..well life happen...went to 4 different laundromat to my surprise they did not fit my standards as I continue to look and step into Big Bundles, omg it was just what I needed extremely clean(clean washer n dryers after every use) and on time with the sweeping along with a socially comfortable atmosphere to include WIFI

It very clean, good parking, lots of machines to fit your washing needs as well as close to Walmart if you forgot laundry supplies and are allergies to what is sold in the laundry. Also have a bill exchanger to turn anything lager then $20.00 down for the change machine and an ATM if you forgot real cash.

9-11-19Zero stars!I! But thats not an option! I went here for the first time to do my laundry, Never Again! when I got there at 9:30 pm she told me that the change machine wasnt working for the 20.00 which was all I had at the moment, I then asked her if she had change for a 20 and she said no! I had to go to Wendys to get change for my 20.00 bill. When I got back it was 9:50 so she told me I have to have my clothes in the wash before 10:00. I did just that, I washed my clothes and proceeded to put my clothes in the dryer. At this time my mom called me so I was on a phone call and I asked the lady if I could go outside which she told me no because my clothes were in the dryer. Anyway, closing time approaches and my clothes are still not dryed all the way, she came up to me and said I needed to get my clothes out of her dryers because she closed at 11 and it was 11:05. She then proceeded to harass me and say that I was acting like I owned the place, so I told her how am I acting like that, I was just sitting down charging my phone talking to my mom! Which btw if you remember she told me I couldnt go outside! Anyway, Thankfully most of my clothes were dry but then as I was leaving I told her I was going to report her and she said ooh like Im so scared so rudely and when I snapped back at her she threatened to kick me out and call the cops! I flat out told her go ahead and call them I didnt do anything to her for her to call them! I shoved the clothes in my car and left! Never again! I still had 20 minutes on 1 dryer and 15 on the other and she wouldnt refund me my money!! For anyone looking to go here, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! They are horrible people and very rude!! The owner is just as rude if not worse!! They should be put out of business for good I dont care who you are you dont treat your customers that way! Especially if they are the ones paying to help keep your business up and running! Plus they stole 5.00 from me I dropped it and instead of returning it to me they kept it and acted like they didnt see me drop it!! Not worth my time or my money!

I drive from Elephant Butte to Las Cruces, weekly, and I stumbled across this great little gem of a laundromat. I haven’t had positive experiences at most laundromats but this one is different. Doing laundry is expensive but this establishment offers free wifi and movies/tv are always playing. I also see they have complimentary coffee and cookies. The attendants are always such hard workers and very kind. I will keep coming back for my laundry needs!

There is a large amount of room for folding laundry. There is also an area for watching TV. They have an ATM and change machine. There are also some carts for transferring wet laundry from the washer to the dryer. Theyre open early and close late.A great place!!!

Hands down, the best laundromat that Ive ever been to! They keep it clean, the atmosphere is lovely. It took me roughly $25 to get two weeks of laundry done for three people. I was able to ask the staff questions & they knew the answers! I felt welcomed and they have outlets in almost all the folding stalls to help with either charging phones or laptops to help us college kids get homework done while we wash our clothes!! Yay!!!.

Clean, bright, feels like an actual business and not like other laundromats in town that feel like they are a creepy front for something else. I suggest going in the early morning when it is less crowded.

Lots of room, big flat screen TVs and movies for the whole family, lots of tables with chairs for relaxation, homework or whatever u need to do. Vending machines with refreshments. 25¢ machines with prizes for young ones, and fresh coffee on site, best of all its always clean and smells great and employees are all awesome. Every Wednesday wash for half price in the Big Bundle washers all night long, and excellent hours!

Dryers dont get hot enough for 6min. I wont be coming back.At Eastside laundry for the same 25 cent I get 10 min & their hoter dryers

Very clean, friendly, nice machines BUT website doesnt give correct hours! Its only 24 hours on Friday and Saturday and the rest of the days open they said the last load of laundry had to be put in at 9 pm! Very frustrating especially when I drive an hour to get there!

June 26,2018Dont come here this day. The bill to bill exchanger machine is out of service. I was upset. I had a 20.00 bill. So the man was like you can get $20 of quarters. Am I stupid or something? I had to drive all the way to Wal-Mart to exchange my bills. I should of gone somewhere else. My mistake I hope the owners read this message and thanks for wasting my time here. Im not coming back you lost a customer. Please tell customers at the door when they walk in that your machine is out of service!!!

Its a laundromat. They have a large selection of washers and dryers. Price seemed ok. We, wife me kid/dog, are passing thru so we needed washing. No complaints.

NO STARS but thats not an option. Several days ago my daughter was doing laundry at Big Bundles Laundromat at 2293 Divot Ave, Las Cruces, NW. As closing time approached the Laundromat attendant asked her to use dryers on the other side of the store which operate differently than the ones she normally uses. When she asked the attendant for assistance he mocked her for needing help and harassed her the rest of the time she was there. She left the laundromat with wet clothes while the attendant continued to mock her. My daughter was there with a friend, when they called the manager of the business he offered no apology and basically was as rude as the attendant.So happens my daughter has Aspergers Disorder which makes change a challenge, but thats really beside the point. Whether a person has a medical diagnosis, a learning disability, is elderly, or whatever, rudeness and/or mockery is uncalled for and unacceptable!

Nice clean faculty and the washers and dryers are new And clean. Wednesdays their 80lb washer is $4.00. Thats a hell of a deal.
