The level of professionalism at this establishment is critically low. The service that you are welcomed with is very poor. I would not recommend using their goods and services until a new management is acquired.Watch out for the front desk employees, they are super rude and have no clue how to perform CSR.I faced a late fee and penalty fee due to them not paying my taxes on my property on time. They took those extra fees from my Reserves account and have not to this day, returned those fees to my account. I send an email about it and get zero response. I hope that they see this and return those fees as quickly as possible.

They will find every way that is still legal, to rip you off! Although their actions are not illegal, they are however, unethical. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.

Issue after is you with this mountain status Escrow! When speaking with Diane ortiz, Its like speaking to a twelve-year-old child. To resolve an issue, her esponses . l dont know how that happened it must be your phone it must be the services of pay by Web. Always passing the buck! I could go on and on but You get it.

It has been over a week since I closed the deal. Still cant provide an account number. Could not get them to register me on the website.

Interacted with them (Mary & Sandra) for the first time to assist me with setting up online payments as I’m disabled & unable to go get a money order & take them the mortgage payment. They were very helpful & informative & got my account set up to make things easier for me. Great customer service and much appreciated assistance.

Sent an email about setting up a new account and received a phone call same day with all of the details I need to get started. Looking forward to working with this company!

Very poor service in the 4 years I had my account there they never greet you with a smile always mad or something I payed off my account in full and cant even get my documents worse place to do business

We came in to pay a bill and it was unfortunately closed ( it was around 4:20 pm) one of the staff members was present at the time, we knocked on the door to quickly ask her if we could drop off the payment in the mailbox, and she acted like we werent even there. The woman completely ignored us never had such an indifferent treatment in an establishment of such importance. Completely dissatisfied with the costumer service.

If I could go anywhere else I would but I was never given the choice its always closed they never greet you or even respond to decent question always in a bad mood and giving us minimum wage people a hard time, Staff: If you hate your job so much why not get a new one I mean really in 3yrs I never seen a smile and its never packed! Manager: maybe your staff is only good with numbers can you put them in a closet some where? If I could rate lower I give negative 5 all day long. Rude, rude, very RUDE.

Called in today because my husband had an emergency oral procedure and we were going to be late on the payment. Lucy answered the phone and she was completely rude not professional at all. She stated “Well if you’re late you’re late!” Never did I state I was refusing to pay the late fees. All I wanted was for her to make a note so that they can atleast know that we called due to the fact that I get off at 5 pm and they close at 4pm. I am extremely disappointed with the service she provides every time it’s the same thing.

I have done business with MSE for many, many years and with numerous accounts over those years. Very professional, and helpful folks. Highly recommend.
