Staff took their time to explain the process thoroughly. Staff was also super attentive to any questions. I really appreciated their willingness to work with my schedule. They really helped make the sale of my home a really good experience.

I questioned why my former mortgage co was calling me about a late payment… figured it was nothing but THANK GOD I followed up on it because “No Bueno”title did not pay off my mortgage that I closed several weeks ago!!!!! Of course it’s a Friday when I figure this out and again the land of manana strikes!Make sure they pay off your mortgage if you are the seller! We are on a deadline for our new mortgage and might lose money if this isn’t handled ASAP….! Not to mention if this hits my credit??? They say it won’t but you can’t trust a company that doesn’t do it’s job right!Still waiting on confirmation that they paid it off!Make sure you constantly follow up!Make sure they spell your names correctly!Attention to detail is so important with legal documents and major purchases!I did not have a Bueno experience!

Bueno Title is outstanding. They have great communication and truly care about the people they serve. I have worked a 100+ transactions with this title company and am so please with the work they do. Real Estate isn’t always perfect, there a number of challenges that come up, but I do feel the Bueno Title team is always committed to making things right and creating an outstanding experience for their clients.

Terrible follow-up. They dont return phone calls, they dont give you information, when you go in person, they dont welcome you, and when they make a mistake, they dont take ownership. They have gotten too comfortable with rubber stamping and knowing the realtors steer customers their way. Go elsewhere as they dont appreciate your business.

I have done many deals with Adrienne and her team over the past couple years and have always been extremely happy with the service and professionalism I received at Bueno. Any time I have the choice of Title companies this is where I will continue to go.

It is now 2 weeks since signing of the documents and they are holding “ransom” some of the money. They claimed I needed to get a payoff and close, but the bank told me, even before the documents were signed, that because it’s a second lien that only the title company could ask for a payoff and close. It took them a week and a half to get the first payment deposited. Go ANYWHERE else than with this company. We couldn’t move my parents into their retirement home because it took too long to get the deposit and they wouldn’t hold the spot any longer.

I have done multiple deals at Bueno title and every time I go they get better and better they are respectful and professional people and I will always keep my business with Bruno title.

Kind people but their communication was poor. I had to inquire several times when I was going to receive my warranty deed, then they said 45 days since closing. Of course I didnt receive it and no one got bothered to contact me and tell me that it was delayed. At the end I went there to pick it up in person 56th day after closing, otherwise I have no idea if I would ever receive it.
