Updated review. I emailed the manager and no response. On the highway on the way to Amarillo, TX, the check engine light came on. I called enterprise roadside assistance. They told me the nearest Car rental would be an hour in the opposite direction. It was late, so I told them I would wait until morning. On 3/28, I called enterprise again and was informed that there were no available cars and needed to wait until 3/29. I had to miss a day of work and pay for a hotel room until I could get a car. On 3/29, I went to the nearest open enterprise and they provided me with another car. The car had scratches and damages to the passenger side of the car. The employee at enterprise in Texas informed me that the damages were documented. I took pictures of the car just in case it was an issue when I returned it to Enterprise in New Mexico. When I returned the car, they informed me that they would have to verify that I did not do the damage and will let me know if I caused any of the damage. They said the damages were documented in the system but not in my contract. This will be the last time I ever do business here. I had nothing but problems with enterprise.

The team members at Enterprise Telshor location are top notch. Always meet my requests and needs as far as vehicle category that I’ve booked. They do a phenomenal job, used them exclusively for the last 8 years.
They take too long fixing the vehicles,but they di a good job
Polite friendly service and the experience was exceptional and courteous, I would recommend Enterprise to anyone who asked! stop in and find out for yourself the prices and rates arent all that bad, considering other rental places. They are very quick and prompt!
Decent vehicles, but..... Be sure to use your phone to take pics! Document your rental before you leave the lot! I was very glad I had taken photos of all 4 sides. The cost wouldve been enormous otherwise!
This location is currently closed but they will send a car from the other location if you go to the calliber collision next door. July 22

High over price plus I made a reservation for a pick up truck, I get there and they say they dont have any available. So now what ? You all be better off at hertz, way better cars and great people theyll go on and beyond to get you the best vehicles .
Reserved a vehicle online for our family trip. Employee called to confirm the reservation and left a message. When I would call back was never able to get someone to answer. Show up to pick up the vehicle only to find out they didnt have any available. Same way enterprise associate was calling to confirm reservation he could of advised they had no vehicles available. Associate was very rude and didnt care to help us get into a different vehicle. Called enterprise on valley to see if they had a vehicle and sure enough they did have one. Showed up to pick it up and to my surprise again they didnt have any available. Was told by associate that phone calls are redirected to call center and they always overbook. Once again they could care less that our reservation was cancelled. Horrible and rude. Always have better experience with Avis or Hertz.

Horrible service and if I could rate it lower I would just to show them how upset I am at the fact that they couldnt help me out getting me in to a rental at my insurance rate just so I could pay more out of pocket pathetic company if you ask me first and last time I go here ever.
Rented from Enterprise for a one way rental to Albuquerque. Had to make it there before they closed. Explained this to the staff, and unfortunately despite only being 5 min away, had to wait over 45 min to be picked up. This doesn’t include the time for checkout. They pick you up but not in a timely manner. If I would have known, I would have taken a cab. Very frustrated and very disappointed with the false expectations they presented to the customer!
This seems to be a one person office inside Caliber Collision. Although I called and stayed on the line for 25 minutes, I was never able to talk with anyone on the phone so I drove there with my wife. When we arrived a Caliber Collision person asked me to wait because a customer was in the Enterprise office. After a short wait, a gentleman helped process the paper work, inspect the car and get us on the road. He was friendly, helpful and thorough while speeding the process through too.
Experience was horrific. I went to the location on Telshor. It was extremely frustrating dealing with their employee. Price continued to change as time progressed and the worker, name Matt was a jerk with very poor customer service skills. We didnt strive to serve the customer, he got irritated every time I asked for more information and when I got irritated over the price increasing, he just said, well bye! Seriously? Well bye? Thats how you treat the customer? This guys needs to be re trained if you want to keep him, although you would be better off without him.
I find it ridiculous that when you reserve a rental online it does not give you all of the information you need to actually rent the vehicle when you get there. The website says they accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, etc. But upon arriving you find out that if you want to use your debit card they require 2 bills (must be utilities and electric, but if its in your spouses name too bad for you, you cant rent) and also a pay stub. (Id also like to mention that if you have just moved and have yet to receive a bill for the new home yet, even if you provide 10 bills with your old address and show paperwork from the post office that you have changed addresses proving you have moved to a new address, they will not accept anything) How ridiculous. They could at least let you know when making a reservation these things are required. Whats the point of them taking $250 dollars deposit each rental when they require so much extra paperwork to rent a car... Went to Hertz instead because unlike enterprise, they run a credit check and dont require you to jump through hoops like an imbecile.

Horrible customer service. Their assistant manager, Luis, was incredibly rude and even hung up on me, not once but twice. We received the wrong vehicle and it was dirty, because they claimed they didn’t have any other vehicles. When I asked for his supervisors name and number he told me he didn’t have to give me that information and hung up on me.

A company can and will make errors, but its how they handle them afterward, that matters. I made a reservation on-line, and I told the rep that I did not like Nissan Versas at all and to make sure I did not get one. I also mentioned that I wanted a class under or above it, again to make sure I did not get one, but when I got to Enterprise on Telshor Las Cruces, NM, lo and behold, thats all they had. Leo came to the rescue and put me in a 2018 Kia Sorento.. Before she did this, however, I was pretty upset and although, I did not say anything bad or raise my voice, I did show, in no uncertain terms, that I was not happy. She, on the other hand, kept a smile on her face and continued to be nice. She even called the office on Valley to see if they had a car (not Versa) in the same class that I had previously requested. I apologized to her for my being upset and told her that she was doing a great job, knew her job, and was handling the situation well. During all this, she was still searching her computer to see how she could help. Thank you Leo for renewing my faith in Enterprise and sending me off on my trip as a happy customer...
Over priced
Unfortunately I cant get thru to local Enterprise and keep getting rerouted to call center where I cant understand what is being said by operator! Plus in order to rent I basically have to agree to name my first child Enterprise, bring in a blood sample and 20 years of tax returns! Ridiculous and infuriating!
Staff was fast and friendly, check in went smoothly, vehicle was in great shape, not what I was expecting in a rental
They came and picked up the car and at the time of pick up the driver did his walk around the car and had no issues. Later they called and complained that they found scratches. If they want to claim there was damage to the car, they need point it out when they inspect with the customer present, not hours later after it has been out of my control.
They advertise all the time for help but never interviewed me I suspect because of my age and race.
