I explained how I would like my hair cut and showed the stylist a picture of my haircut. She quickly cut it and before she showed me the finished product, she removed the cape from me and stated that she was finished. I was not happy with it. It was cut way too short,uneven and not like she was shown. Really disappointed. I had to cut my hair almost completely off to fix it.Never again will I go back to this location.

I went to this location for a basic hair cut and asked for half and inch off the top and the woman cutting my hair was nice but got way too carried away and on the top right side cut off almost 2 inches, she was trying to explain why it would look better that way but it ended up look like half my hair was missing.

I went to go get a trim and the lady who cut it did it way too fast and didn’t style it which is fine, when I styled it when I got home it looked horrible that’s definitely not what I asked for and she was rude

Went in with a modern mullet and asked for a trim and the lady did a nice job but she cut off my mullet. I was working so hard to grow it and now have a weird mohak.my mullet was about 3 months old and was kinda long and had a month old touch up done where they only did a small fade to keep it clean. i asked her for a mullet touch up and she cut off my hair in the back it was too late to tell her anything for she had already cut it in the back. mullets are long lady. im super mad

I did not get the cut I wanted at all. My bangs were way to short. And then when I asked her to style it she was to busy. She didnt have time. And then in the long run I had to have my hair cut agian because they didnt cut it right.

At the time of this writing, fun and friendly staff. The store was decorated super awesome for Halloween. $15 for a boys cut.

If i could give NO stars i would!! Took my daughter in for a trim and to get bangs. My daughters bangs came out like if she cut them her self! But i was calm, & just asked for her name and corporates number. Workers name was Sabrina . (Green-Short hair) She cashed me out and disappeared. Had to ask another lady for information. Paid $16.25 for 2in trim & messed up Bangs FOR A CHILD! Dont pick this location! OR any Supercuts!

My son and I were so happy to get our hair cut after quarantine!! They got us in fast, were very careful wirh safety measures and the use of masks. I was very pleased and impressed. Highly recommended!

The staff and the wide array of services at this Supercuts location is amazing! All the staff was very friendly with those I had the pleasure of talking to. They all love the positive atmosphere of the store. It was as if I was getting my hair done amongst friends! I had the pleasure of the manager, Jenn, doing my hair. She is very thorough and likes to make all her clients happy. She not only gives great hair cuts, but her insight on color is great, its her specialty. She can see colors! I went in for highlights and got the most beautiful results! I got compliments for days. Mind you these were red highlights! The COLOR, was super VIBRANT, POISED, and REFINED! She definitely knows what shes doing! Everyone should stop by this location when in doubt!~

Jenn was very helpful in convincing me to go ahead and add the fall color highlight mixture to the real short pixie style I changed to. She definitely knows what looks good on different customers. I could tell she had a lot of experience. Even set me up in the system to keep my style saved for next time. Will definitely go back when I want another cut. I highly recommend this location.

So, my daughter had been to this location and had recommended it to me. I stopped by one day not and had my hair trimmed by Vanessa. It was a good trim, simple back trim. I was pleased. So.....a couple of months my daughter and I both went in for a trim and asked for Vanessa. As I showed her what I wanted, which was also a trim....I was surprised that she was a little argumentative. Her first remark was that the pic I showed her was unrealistic.....that no haircut would be like that, this was when I should have realized the problem and should have asked for someone else. As she was trimming my hair, she was extremely talkative..all about herself....I then got a whiff of something that I wasnt sure I was smelling what I thought was alcohol. She finished and my daughter sat down. A couple of minutes later, I noticed my daughters facial expression was one of anger. It wasnt until we left that my daughter explained to me that the smell Vanessa had was alcohol. That explained her behavior and the extremely bad haircut we both got. Things get worse! My daughter called the supervisor to inform her of the incident, the supervisors response you know we were all young once and weve all partied ......wth! Keep making excuses for her lady........good luck anyone who goes there.

Made reservation on Google maps and appt was right on time. Stylist kept a good conversation and didnt mess up my hair. Will do business again.

Checked on online and arrived early to find no one waiting. Sabrina greeted me and took me in immediately. I told her what I wanted and she took it from there. There are some tricky spots that she took extra time to get just right. She even matched my beard trim to my haircut ( for the additional charge of course). So far, the best cut Ive had in Cruces since I moved here. Definitively worth asking for her again.

I asked for a medium fade from 0 but was just given a normal haircut. It didnt looked bad but, the lady couldnt shave the sides when I asked.

This was my first haircut in four years. So Im obviously not really in tune with hair salons. But they accommodated all my weird requests at a reasonable price. Harvested as much hair as possible so that I could donate it.

I got the men hair cut for $10 on a deal for October. It doesnt better than that, the lady who cut my hair super cool she knows how to cut hair she told me she has about 6 yrs cutting hair. I know my english sucks but i think people there need to easy a bit during chatting or asking how the haircut should be done. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend, why not! Thank you

In age that has seen the rebirth of the barbershop with a hipster twist, a good haircut and style can still had at SuperCuts.Nowadays you can check-in online using your saved profile inormation and make the whole process a breeze.Its convenient, its affordable and the staff are pros.Fellas, I know it is tempting to go to the newest bespoke barber and enjoy a craft beer or game of billiards while someone waxes your mustache and gives you an $80 undercut. Do yourself a favor and revisit the place mom used to take you as kid for hair cuts. Its worth it.

My daughter has gone here a couple times to get a haircut from Vanessa. This past visit was not good. The neckline of my daughters hair is so crooked that you couldnt even squint to make it look straight. She has always been very rude and hard to talk to. On top of this, my daughter has lice that we are now treating. We have gone through the timeline, all the places my daughter has gone and when she got her haircut is the only thing that lines up.I wouldnt advise against going to Supercuts at all. Especially since this location has a lice infestation.

Just got out the shop. Did not give me the hair cut I asked for. And she did even know how to fade . When I had asked her if she knew how to cut men hair and if she knew how to do a medium fade. And replied yes. Do not recommend.

Son loves it, always happy with the way his hait comes out and the time is a big factor for him we never spend more then 30 mins there even with wait time.
