VEHICLE DAMAGED DURING WASHI was very impressed with this business until I returned to my vehicle to see that one of it’s hubcaps had been damaged while going through the wash. I will not be returning.I was not informed by the staff - who had left my driver door open to obscure that fact from me.When I pointed out the damage they asked if it was new. Asking “Did it come like that?” I was also informed that prior to COVID they drove the vehicles themselves to prevent damage from occurring but can no longer do so.It makes no difference that I was the one driving as they accept no responsibility for any damage to vehicles caused during their process. Due to the fact that they actively tried to hide the damage and make no attempt to either warn me of the risk to wheels, prevent it before it occurred, tell me afterward - I will be warning others not to do business here.If your car is damaged they will not be concerned. Only surprised that you would say so.

Received a free carwash for getting a smog test next door and was very pleased with the coordination, service and quality of my carwash. My old dirty car looked brand new and the team not only hustled, they had a great eye for detail and were very thorough. Car looks great inside and out. Very impressed!

Very fast service and they did a terrific job at detailing my car. They used the German clay to remove the oxidation. $449.00 is a bit expensive though.

I originally brought my car to Shineology when it was incredibly busy. My car was beyond dirty at the time, so I knew it wouldnt come out perfect, but I did think they could have done a better job for the price. I called and spoke to Jose, the sales manager, and without question, he told me to come back at my convenience to have the car cleaned again. The second time around, it looked great. I appreciate when businesses go out of their way to satisfy their customers, and Shineology definitely did so.

Their wash is good enough. Employees are really nice if you ignore the constant upsell. Only reason this gets 3 stars is VALUE. $35 for a car wash?! Wish they werent the only game in town.

Ive come to this smog station for years, but no more. One star for actually doing the work, but zero for customer service and attitude. These are the rudest people possible (well, almost), who have no clue as to good customer relations. Plus their prices have increased dramatically. Never, ever again!

Amazing!!! I wish we had one in my home state. On a road trip with caked on bugs, and grit. They hand wash, clean every nook, and it was done in 15 min! So great!

Its probably not the best car wash Ive ever been to, but its as good as it gets in Marin. Plenty of seating while you wait, a convenience store on the property and if youre looking for something more than a wash, say a wax or steam cleaning, thats available too. My biggest issue is the $30 price for a basic car wash.

$30.00 for basic car wash - ya gotta be kidding me! No car wash is worth that....only if youre in Marin. They are paying the 25 illegal immigrants who are working there. $15.00 for basic without doing interior is FAIR.

Good wash at solid price I feel. Yea they tried to upscale the clay bar wax but that’s their job and I think I’ll take em up on it next time, since u do need it about once a year and I’m tryna keep this car nice

There are a few times in life when you come across examples of utmost kindness that restores faith in humanity.Araldo and his team are not only highly capable and efficient, but also tremendously honest and thoughtful.Yesterday, I dropped my wedding ring on my way to work between the drivers seat and the console. Since I was driving on the freeway, I couldnt pick it up, and forgot about it. I went to Brushless later in the day and it was only after the cleaning that I realized that I forgot to retrieve my ring. Of course, when I checked between the car seat, the ring was gone. Frantic, I rushed back to Brushless, and they said it had probably been sucked up by the vacuum cleaner they use to clean between seats. We combed through the trash (this is a massive vacuum embedded into their building) but couldnt find it. Of course I was nearly in tears and assumed the worst, but Araldo told me hed call me the next day after they went through the vacuum more thoroughly. That evening, I got a voicemail from him saying that he had gone through the days trash and found the ring! Couldnt believe my luck, nor could I believe the kindness of these people.I showed up the next day and not only did they have my ring but they even tried to give me a coupon for the car wash for next time Id return. They wouldnt accept my tip, and I wouldnt take their coupon (I owe them for my silly mistake!) so here is a raving review to make up for it!Oh, and if you were wondering, they did a great job cleaning my car too.Needless to say, this will be my car wash as long as I live in Marin County.

I will never go here again. Not only did they do a terrible job (missed lots of dirty spots on the interior and trunk) but they tried to steal my EV stickers. When I was walking towards my car I noticed one was missing and had been torn off. I mentioned it to the person handing me my keys and it took them 10 minutes to finally bring me my sticker. Once these EV stickers are stuck on your vehicle it is very difficult to take them off and I have a newer vehicle. They explained that they were going to tell me and bring it over. They had my car for 30 minutes and never mentioned it to the point where I could have driven off the lot if I didnt notice. Very shady place and poor quality service for a very high price point.

The first time I went to Lucky Drive (7/2014) my car was cleaned quite well. The staff even offered me a free second wash for being a new customer. Fast forward to wash #2 yesterday (8/30/2014) - I opted for a pricier treatment which included a tire pressure check. After driving away, I noticed that my pressure had not changed so I had to drive back to get them to fill up the tires. After I got home, I noticed that a crusty bird dropping was only partially cleaned off my car and some obvious stains on the wall of my trunk were left untouched. Furthermore (after paying $37 for the wash), I asked the cashier whether they could provide me with another free wash ticket because I lost the one they gave me from my first wash and they said no, even though they know that Ive never used it (they keep track of your visits via their computer). Overall, Im satisfied with the wash. But, their customer service and attention to detail needs some serious work.

Their carwash was great, but the desperate up-sell for a $250 wax job was like nothing I had seen before. Very unprofessional.

Took the dually in and they barely dried it. Very small area. If they couldnt take the time to do it right, they should have told me to try to come back. Had to touch up the wash job at home.

A decent clean, but expensive.$40 for a deluxe wash SUV, which is not that different from the basic wash (also over-priced).But hey, it IS Marin.

Expensive but thorough. The best youll get in Marin. A good deal for larger vehicles or SUVs. The upsale can be annoying but they seem to have toned that down a bit.

Car wash is fine but pricey. My biggest reason for 3 stars is the high pressure sales tactic when you pull up. Every time its an up sale to a more expensive wash. This time it was clean my leather seats for $300. No. Ok- $200. No. Ok-$175. No. Wouldnt take no for an answer-very rude (plus- leather cleaner/degreaser is $40 and some labor!). After experiencing this three times I will not go back.

Awful customer service. I called to get a quote for steam cleaning seats. $80. When I arrive they informed me they never provide quotes on the phone. The manager then haggles with me trying desperately to upsell. Its all about the upsell. We left. Had been going here for more than a decade and Im over it. Not going back.
