I am a delighted client! We moved my mom from Nebraska to Michigan. She is 92 and has Alzheimer’s. The drivers and nurse were great. Medical Transport Services planned an overnight drive and it went off without a hitch. The ride in the van was very comfortable. I was able to ride along and that made things even better. I highly recommend this company if you have an elderly relative with significant medical needs that you are relocating!

We needed to move our 92-year-old aunt with Alzheimers 500 miles, from New Jersey to North Carolina. After a google search we narrowed our choices for medical transport to three companies, all of them fine. But we chose Medical Transport Services because they were about $1,000.00 less than one company and $200.00 less than the other. The service supplied by Medical Transport Services was superb, couldnt have been better. Everyone, from office personnel, to the drivers and accompanying nurse were completely professional, courteous and friendly; the equipment was excellent. They arrived on time and made it to the destination on time. As their advertisement suggests, the care by the drivers and nurse was compassionate. I heartily recommend Medical Transport Services to anyone anxious to make sure that their relative will be well taken care of.

I really cant say enough good things about Medical Transport Services and our experience with them. We needed to remove my 91 year-old mother from a nursing home in Florida, where she was dying, to our home here in Kentucky. They not only provided safe, professional transport bed to bed, but did so in a very caring, supportive way. They even amended their usual procedure to take my mother by my fathers residence to say goodbye. Both the transport and flight crews were exceptional. I could tell that they were mutually supportive team members with no hidden frictions to add stress to an already stressful situation. Loading and unloading, take off and landing, all were executed efficiently and elegantly. My mother has made a miraculous recovery, from being largely unresponsive to walking with help, chatting with friends on the phone, reading, playing cards, and enjoying family. It wouldnt have happened without the help of Medical Transport Services.

My Father had been injured in a trip to Eastern Pa. He required a hospital stay. MTS was able to transport him on a Sunday all the way back to Southwest Ohio. There office staff was extremely Pleasant to deal with. The Transport personnel were professional, Courteous on time and treated my Father kindly. I would highly recommend this service.

From the moment I first connected with Tia at MTS until my parents were safely and efficiently delivered to me everything was absolutely perfect and professional. Our transport was from The Bronx to North Carolina, roughly a 9 hour trip. Mom is 95 and on oxygen. Her partner is 90 and suffers from anxiety. The trip turned out to be a breeze. Adjectives to describe MTS would include excellent responsiveness, extremely competent, very thorough, excellent vehicle with a bathroom and comfortable bed and seat, wonderful on board nurse who took charge in a kind and patient manner, two careful drivers including one who was an EMT and punctual. MTS stayed in constant touch with me leading up to the transport, allowed me to move the departure date up by a day, called me the evening before departure for final arrangements and confirmation, showed up early on the departure date, helped with the loading process, and stayed in touch with me during the trip. They smothered me (and my parents) with care and professionalism. I cant imagine this having gone any better than it did - excellent, excellent transport company!

I cannot recommend Medical Transport Services enough. I am extremely thankful that I used them. They worked with me throughout the process leading up to the day of transport, and they did a great job taking care of my loved ones on the day of transport.Not only were they helpful to me, and kind to my loved ones, but they proved to be extremely competent and helped me in dealing with a nursing home that was the exact opposite of all of the admirable qualities I described above. If it wasn’t for Medical Transport Services, I wouldn’t have my loved ones near me and the rest of my family. I would use them again without hesitation!

Excellent service and accommodations. The nurse took great care of my brother on a 16 hour ground transport that it was not certain if he would survive. Medical Transport Services assisted me with getting my Dad transported from Tallahassee back to Miami (his home). My Dad had been hospitalized in Tallahassee for 42 day with no hope of returning to Miami. With Ms Sara and Mr Jerry’s assistance I was able to make all the necessary plans and navigate the website/payment process with ease. The day of transport was executed with attention to every detail and the comfort of my Dad and sister who accompanied him on the ride home. We contracted Medical Transport Services to get my wifes mother to Nashville, TN from Kenosha, WI. Prior to doing this they were incredible in getting everything in order. They picked her up at 8pm in WI and had her here in Nashville at about 7am. My mother in law was so happy she was talking to Mary Beth the RN about fingernail polish and so on. We had a sudden change of plans during our vacation to the coast of Mississippi when my mother, age 94, fell and broke her back. How grateful we were to discover this wonderful group of caregivers who tenderly transported her back home. Best Service Available!I shopped around for a medical transport for my Mom from Texas to Vermont. After speaking with a several companies I chose Medical Transport Services because of the professionalism of the office staff. They eliminated my fears by answering all of my questions and taking over the process of working with the facilities. They told me what was going to happen before it happened and did everything they said they were going to do. They showed up on time, they were professional in every way. Medical Transport moved my mother from Arlington TX to Roswell GA. MTS overcame administrative mistakes by the discharging facility in Arlington, crossed several state lines and transported a typically stoic woman (my mother!) and did a FANTASTIC job. My mother (not one to make positive comments frequently) was literally gushing praise about the smooth ride, fun conversation, accommodations and the fact that her needs were met, she was fed when she was hungry, etc. Truly AMAZING (you really have to know my mother). Additionally the driver kept me apprised of location via texts so the receiving facility knew when to expect her. I would recommend this company to anyone that really wants/needs their loved ones to have a safe and pleasant transport experience. I was blown away. I had to transport my elderly father over 1,600 miles from NY to Texas. My aunt referred me to Medical Transport Services. From first call to pick up in 4 days, with every step of the way guided by their courteous, professional, and all around fantastic staff. The coordinators, the drivers, the on-board nurse were all amazing. There is not enough I can say about this Company. Transporting yourself or a loved one in a short amount of time is a stressful situation. These folks know that, theyre experienced, and I am very thankful they were there for me. If you need a service like this, call this guys...you wont regret it.

They were wonderful! No one wants to have to use a medical transport, but if you are in need of this service, this team was great. They had a quick turnaround and great communication.

MTS Moved my grandmother, who has Alzheimers disease, from Marshfield, MA to the coast of Maine. I was not able to travel with her, but they had no difficulty picking her up in Marshfield and making the 7-hour trip. A nurse was along for the ride, and they kept her calm and entertained throughout. Every step of the process was easy - I basically gave them the names of the two facilities and the date of move, and they took care of the rest. I would recommend them to anyone!
