The owner, Mark, is extremely rude and unprofessional. His cavalier attitude is reflected perfectly in another review from a different person, in which he responds to his criticism, cant please everyone. Im impressed that someone would want to drive customers away so eagerly, considering that there are so many other competitors in the area. While I wish Computer Junkie well in their future endeavors, I fear that they will become victims of their own hubris.

Just on the phone this guys know what theyre talking about. Very professional and helpful. Even with my rare gadget they figured out what was wrong. Theyve got a new fan!!
