I was very impressed with how Robert took care of a very good friend who has some memory issues. She had forgotten the login password for her Mac and her Apple Mail was not working. I actually found MobileTech2You from Angies List. They were 1 of MANY who contacted me after I requested assistance with our wifi. When a national squad failed to arrive for their appointment to install new office computers and after over an hour trying to reach them without success (their 6 minute hold time was a bit optimistic) I gave up and searched local support. I left a message and got a return call within 10 minutes and he scheduled our office for the next day to get us up and running. As a small business owner you really appreciate such concern. Even more impressive was Robert himself and his technical knowledge. Wow is all I can say. Additionally there were 2 laptops that would not do the latest window update and the national company said they could not be updated and I would need to purchase new. Robert is the IT for our Pediatric Practice in Hawaii for at least 10 years.
