We were lucky enough to find Romos Plumbing when I was frantically calling local plumbers in an emergency. They were so fast and responsive and helped fix the immediate problem. They later explored the root cause of the issue and replaced our sewer system at a fair rate. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful! Our house is a vacation rental and they worked around our guests schedule as to not disturb them as well as cleaning up and making their work look great. We feel very fortunate to have found an honest and dependable plumber!

Romo the owner will be very nice at first when bidding the job or trying to get your business but when it comes down to it he is just another money hungry contractor that cannot be trusted. I will never use Romos Plumbing ever again as he has delayed my project for months now and refuses to sign a change of contractor permit form so another contractor can get the job done. Now new permits have to be pulled and further delaying my job. He even went as far as to call the city and report my GC for operating without a permit the day he cancelled his permit. Just a total scumbag move and he is salty because we pulled him from the job.Please be aware when hiring this plumber that he is not trustworthy, will overcharge you for work and not complete the job at the slightest sign of a change of plans or resistance.

Had another plumbing company scheduled who said they don’t work in touch less faucets. Would sell me a new one for $ and install. Faucet simply needed batteries, which Romo talked me through even though he was not making any money and I would be a new customer. Guess I know why they are fully booked. Veey thankful I called as he saved me over $500 for a nee faucet and install charge.

We had an old sump pump in our front yard for pumping off excess water that collects in our driveway during very heavy storms. Romo made an assessment of the type of system that we needed based on the position of our home with regard to our neighbors run off, the pitch of both our driveway and roof line, and the number of gutter down spouts we have pushing water onto the driveway. The system that Romo recommended and installed is night and day better that what we had. We have had a few storms since the installation and it handles the water removal like I image a commercial system would. The gentlemen that were here daily installing the system were both professional and courteous. I recommend Romos for any plumbing work you may have, large or small.

I had some issues with a water softener for a few months and couldn’t find a service provider that could address the concerns. Things always seem to fall apart at my elderly fathers house between my visits and this time was no exception over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A new leak had sprung up under the kitchen sink and fathers efforts to fix only made things worse. I called Romo based on his proximity and ratings - he did not disappoint. Though he was swamped over the holiday, he got someone out within two days (given the non emergency nature of things). In addition to the leak, his team took care of a long laundry list of related needs - a second leak in the guestroom bathroom, changing of outdoor spigots and washer connections, and replacement of piping that had been in place since the house was built in 1969. Romo was VERY responsive, honest in his assessment that needed to be done and he even installed a super high quality filter at no additional cost. I have him on speed dial for the inevitable next time his services will be required.

Woke up, showered and water pooled at my feet. Tried flushing shortly thereafter and it wouldnt do it. Called Romos and they were there within 3 hours and had me up and running 2 hours later (what would truly take another company all day if theyd be able to fix it at all). Word to the wise, do not flush what they call flushable wet wipes. They worked until the job was completely finished and ensured that there would be no hiccups going forward. Thank you Romos.

Our condo had two toilets where the tank seals both failed causing the toilets to run constantly forcing me to turn the water off to the toilets. Called Romo Plumbing Saturday night expecting to leave a message. However, a person answered the phone. I explained my issue hoping someone would be able to come out Sunday. The plumber asked me to send pictures of the internal parts of the tank and he would call in the morning to see about scheduling me for Sunday. He called me back right after he got the pictures. He had a possible diagnosis and coached me on how to fix the problem. Which it did. Avoided a service call to me and lost revenue for Romo Plumbing. Honorable. They are now on my call list should a real service call me ever needed.
