Waited 45 minutes for a flat repair, never got into the empty bay. No customer service. Wasnt able to even get my truck looked at! Dont waste your time.

Awfully slow, dont come if you are in a hurry, employees are just fooling around. Id think twice before coming back to this store. Make sure you see them grease your chassis

Today 6/20/21 got here at 8 p.m. Its 12:30 a.m and they havent finished. The truck have being on the ramp for one hour and a half. This guys are terrible. Super slow. They dont even deserve a star. Slower than molasses.

Dont, just dont. Was fairly quick on the oil change, but thats because they didnt do half of what they were supposed to. Oil cap left off, had to remind them to grease the top end and left huge grease globs (apparently didnt take time to make sure the gun was sitting on Grease fitting properly). Didnt grease the trailer at all. Didnt have my oil in stock and only found out after they drained the old. People are nice enough, but overall service is horrible

Waited for service on my wifes and daughters tractor. Very limited waiting room. Not within walking distance to any restaurants. For truck service, it was rather quick. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is by far the absolute worst Speedco in the United States. 3+ hours just to change a trailer tire. The last time I was here it took them 3 hours for a DOT annual inspection...that’s not including wait time. The TA is faster and more competent...don’t waste your money here.

In and out... didnt have to wait! My partner left his efs card and they contacted us and let us know ...

SpeedCo used to be really fast at least 45 to N hour a truck. Lately Ive been missing my oil changes because ever since loves took over its been more like 3 hours a truck. They really needs to work on that.

TA WAS 100$ CHEEPER FOR THE SAME SERVICE. AVOID THIS SPEEDCO UNLESS YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME TO KILL.I believe this was the worst and slowest speedco Ive ever been to. Waited for 4 hours with only 2 trucks in front of me and they worked on the first truck still. Other 2 bays did about 6 trucks total resulting in people that came after me had their trucks taken care of. There was also a patron that was blasting his music so loud that his subwoofer was shacking my sleeper not allowing me to at least rest while waiting. A asked the manager to talk to him since its their property on witch Jesus (the manager) responded that does not want to lose business. Next thing you know Im at TA 6 miles down the road and got the bay right away.

I got here for oil change on truck that I just bought and I told to speedco guys to do engine oil and all 3 boxes well when mechanic got under my truck he checked my gear boxes and said that oil is good and I don’t need to change that. They saved me 400 bucks thanks to store manager Andy Torres hiring honest mechanics. Way to go speedco I’ll recommend Laredo location to everyone.

You have to wait 1-2 hrs in line, then 1:30 hrs for oil change which is ridiculous and workers just put you 2 more extra quarters of oil and check transmission oil level instead of engine one lmao no sorry no discounts, you can still go for oil change here but make sure they do it right way

Danny did a great job and is a very personable young man. A trait becoming increasingly difficult to find in youngsters today. I got there early and was the first truck in line so obviously I got out there in a very reasonable amount of time.

Most speedcos stay open till 10 pm for chassis lubes and oil changes. This waste of space is only doing tires and road calls after 8 pm

We had Blowout tire last night(purchased the same one from Loves a month ago). They took 3 hrs to instal the tire and charged us for mounting the tire like separate labour and plus the time for the labour ?! Who does that?! 878.16 for replacing one tire.There was metal piece heating the tire and they left it lime that . The piece was touching the tire and it was going to blew the new one in 10 miles probably. When the driver told them they didn’t want to help and left !

I came for a Full PM, but they didnt grease the 5th wheel (I was bobtailing) didnt grease anywhere grease needs to be applied. I had to instruct them and be present so they would do it.

First time I do a review but this place is a joke run away from speedco in LAREDO tx really bad customer service went for a pm and they told me truck had problem with fuel pump because they couldnt started up push truck out bay a guy name daniel Rodriguez told me he had nothing to do with that so I had to take truck to rush truck Center finally to find out they had put the wrong fuel filters incredible

Last month paid $286 Yesterday $465 they change price plus service became do BAD i send mechanic back Because he did not grease half Truck i was speedco 15 Years Customer but Lowes never again

Over 2 hr wait to get into a bay while 2 other trucks that got here after I did got into a bay. Pm was quick but the inspection was too quick. Not really happy with my service at this locaton.

Horrible service and the amount of time they take is insane. These people are sloppy as hell and just walking back and forth not doing anything.

I spent 4 hours 3 in line 1 inside the bay and at the end I left without an oil change, and the price way to match$$$$$. Theres only lazy people. To me this is a 0 star business.

Worst Speedco Ive ever been to. They put the wrong filters on after I told them 3 times Cat filters only. Then they over filled the power steering fluid and let it run down on everything. They got grease on my exhaust and boy that smells great as it burnt off. The staff just doesnt give a crap. Next time I will read the reviews before I go in to a speedco

Dont bother coming here. The oil analysis machine has been broken for almost a year now. Last time they put the wrong oil in my truck and forgot to pull an oil sample to test. You cant get 15w40 synthetic either they put 5w30 synthetic that I had to add 3 gallons to in 30k miles. Never had that problem before.

I am so disappointed from how could one of the employee offered me a used tire stating was good tire (side deal) and after they mount and balance the tire i drove out my whole front end was shaking ! Went to another shop put two new tires and every things was good so if i trusted speedco and thier emplyees and got fooled by paying $150 for useless tire and when i return he refused to refund my money and take his tire back coming up with bs excuse (i told you the tire was under water) like really i am that stupid to accepted that deal if he said so if speedco had dignity and willing keep a value customer contact me because me you not my first choice oil change or any other services for my trucks!

Dislike that LOVES didnt roll over Speedco credit cards.

We use speedcos all over the country, and this one by far is the worst. If you can, go somewhere else, if you cant, watch them like a hawk. San Antonio would be a better option.

Had 1 mechanic running around doing 3 bays....youngster mechanic did a good job of knocking out the work, but I went in just to change a tire and because they were short handed I stayed 1.75 hours, if theres an other choice next time I need help..Id go to an other shop...

This is the 2nd time coming out to this place and…Wow… Ive been at this place having an oil change done on the Truck since… 5:46pm and it is now 9:37pm. I hate talking bad and getting others in trouble but, just like the other post all they do is talk and play around instead of working on the task at hand.

It was a six hour wait, the labor was not included in the service. Never again . Would put minus five but app wont allow it.
