Excellent service, I took my Yukon for regular brakes maintenance and issues with the AC..owner took the initiative to look up any manufacturer recalls and even set up appointment with a local dealer so I could take my vehicle for repair covered under extended warranty. He could have easily charged me to do the repair himself, but instead saved me several hundred dollars. Honest and fair prices- will definitely take vehicle back for upcoming maintenance and repairs!

I WENT TO GET SEAL CHANGE NEAR THE TRAMSMISSION AND A LEAK IN DIFERENCIALTHEY CHANGE AS PER HIM ALOT OF THINKS MY FIRST BILL WAS 1200 AND THE 2ND BILL WAS 2500 I END PAYING MORE THAN 3000 THE CHANGE THINGS THAT I CHANGE BEFORE THEY CHANGE PLUG AND WIRING THAT WAS NOT NOTFIED UNTIL I HAVE TO PAY. I WAS REALY MAD .

We are pleased with their customer service. Our truck has a wheeling bearing bust and Jerry was able to fit us in his tight schedule. We were traveling from Mexico to Indiana.I am FOREVER grateful for this auto service!

Great service at honest prices

My family and myself have been lifelong customers for Jerrys Truck and Auto, and without a doubt, i can say, that we will not go anywhere else for the servicing and maintenance of our vehicles. A testament to them is the fact that I have had 3 dodge ram trucks that were sold with over 300 thousand miles on each of them, and they were maintained by Jerry and his staff. I never had to do anything drastic, and they maintained them and helped me get the most out of them. They are very reasonable in price, very professional, knowledgeable and will not do anything to your vehicle without discussing any and all possible options. I might add, the only reason that I sold my trucks, was to move on to a newer one, not because there was anything else wrong with them. The owners that have them now, are still running those trucks and taking them to Jerry for maintenance. Similar results with all of my families vehicles. If you want professional service, great staff, reasonable prices, and service with a smile, then look no further. They are second to none, and to me that is a fact

I have been taking my car to Jerrys for over a year and always get excellent service. The service is very quick and the staff is always very polite. Even though they dont do windshield wipers when I took to my car in for an oil change they went to the store bought the wipers and put them on for me. Highly recommend this place.

The service was outstanding and quick. We came from out of State and had car troubles on the way. The towing company was horrible but when we contacted Jerrys they responded and were ready to work on our car. The price was so reasonable and the customer service was beyond our expectations. The moment you walk in there it feels like a family atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

Sorry to do this but here goes. I met Jerry when he was on Ryan street, very honest and always looking out for your best interest. Once moved to his Calton location, the two vehicles I took to him were never fixed. After having to take the vehicles back, and charged 4 figures each time, I decided to look into the vehicle myself and found the following:Car 1- took in for spotting of what I noticed transmission fluid, was told by Jerry after diagnosis not transmission fluid, but worn out head gaskets and charged over 1k to get entire gasket kit installed. Back home, still spotting, went under it myself and found the transmission cooling line full of old grime. Took it back, says not the line, but coming from up top in the transmission and gets me to replace transmission gaskets, another 1k and still spotting along with clicking of my AC. Take it back, replaces transmission line I was asking for in the first place and diagnosis an actuator in dash causing the clicking, another 1k+ transmission covered, but clicking comes back, call Jerry, wanted me to take it back as possible another actuator. I take it somewhere else and pay $90 due due to new actuator being installed backwards.Car#2 - front end suspension is off on older model vehicle. He diagnosed for days stating that he checked with people in San Antiono and needs to replace entire front end, paid top dollar, for parts from San Antonio (they left the box in the truck from local tire center. While driving, can hear the springs when hitting bumps, told Jerry, wanted me to take it back. Took it somewhere else and springs were installed backwards.Looks like he has over head now and is taking out on his loyal customers.

Took in a cadillac for some work. had an unknown problem with my differencial that other mechanics could not diagnose. they found the problem. drove it home same day. the guys are professional and knowledgeable.

We had been traveling for days from Florida heading to Laredo, TX. Our truck had been having issues since we got to Beaumont, LA where we took it to a shop and we were told that the diagnostic did not show much but it could be the muffler. When we reached Laredo the recomandation was made to take it to Prontos muffler, so we did and Armando stated that it was not the muffler to take it to Jerry that he would find the problem. We took our truck, to Jerry himself and explained the issue the truck was having. He assured us that he would find the problem. After a few hours our truck was fixed and the cost was minimal. ! It was a blessing to have gone to Jerry. Thank you Jerry

Worst place ever. Jerry told me he could fix my cars a/c problem but all he wanted was to charge me again for the same service that was already done couple months ago. They took from 8 am to 4 PM to tell me the same thing that they had already told me.

Never have I been to a place where they tell you about their products until now. These guys taught me the difference between oils where I have no knowledge about and they told me what I can get and can do to make my vehicle run right. The knowledge is good / within the kindness of my heart I Paid them $775.00 in 2 days they missed up my vehicle non fixable !! They didnt feel responsible only pushed away to someone else I end up paying another $185.00 for their mess up !!Becarful....

Horrible service Our truck was there for about six months they never call to give us information about our truck we would call to ask but owners were nowhere to be found we got tired of their unprofessionalism so we took our truck somewhere else and in 4 days our truck was fixed then the owners of the other place started calling so they can get paid, now they’re calling but they didn’t fixed our truck. Poor customer service skills and very unprofessional

Terrible was all I can say my experience was of the place. I thought I could trust this mechanic but I found that he was lying to me. I drew a happy face with red sharpie under the distributor so I could actually see if I could trust this mechanic about paying him to switch it out after being faulty but I was not surprised to see the same happy face under the distributor when I received the truck back from him. Look for another place.
