Be prepared to be treated with bad customer service when you come here lol. Second: when I called and asked for a quote, they said it would come out to $140. Then when I showed up in person(professionally dressed), they bumped up the price to 240. DONT recommend!

Quite literally the worst customer service possible. I called ahead to ask for prices and was met with a rude, blunt, and unprofessional representative. Giving the benefit of doubt, I went ahead and visited. Like before, a rude man, who sounds like he could care less about you and you vehicle, met me and quickly brushed me off when he mentioned that he doesn’t repair glass.It’s hard to believe that the 5 star reviews on here are even real. HONEST REVIEWMy problem was resolved.Now what to know about the place. Like many others here have mentioned the owner(Nany) does have a bit of strong character. He and the other mechanics do not seem to care in the slightest of how they express themselves when in front of strangers(customers). They only ever spoke in spanish while I was there and they did tend to speak using profane language when talking to one another. It was a bit uncomfortable, but then again I only cared if they could fix my problem. It was my first time going there after being recommended to me by a relative who doesnt like the owner(Nany) as well. I can confirm that he isnt polite, but neither was he rude to me in any instance. It certainly wouldnt hurt for them to work on their customer service a bit more. Anyways I went in there with my front right glass window not being able to close and the the owner(Nany) was really quick in identifying the problem just by listening to me trying to raise the window. He told me the exact piece to get, the place to get the part, the price for his service and a bonus piece of information to know in relation to my problem. I brought the vehicle back with the piece and one of his employees(mechanic) was able to get it fixed in about 20 minutes. The service was quick. Now I drive an old 2007 Suzuki Forenza that was bought for $1,000. I could care less for any scratches or missing aesthetic pieces they may of forgotten to put back in place once they fixed the window. Having said that if you have a banged up old car that you dont care how it looks and the only important thing to you is it taking you from point A to point B then I recommend Nany. If you have a car you value immensely then Id recommend looking a bit more before deciding to take it there. Just for safe measures. Overall the service was acceptable.

If you don’t want to be served as a customer with respect, come to Nanys. This is the best place to come where they answer back with attitude. The owner himself to say the least. We called and asked if they had a window and they stated, “Yes”. We went in person and they said they didn’t have it and answered back in a rude manner. The cheap part isn’t even worth your time and their attitude. This place shouldn’t even exist.

Their prices are good and the work on the windshield was fine, but their attitude is the worst. Both, employees and owner are very rude. They complained that the top of my car didn’t open and they would struggle to replace the windshield, so it took longer than expected. When they were done, the interior panels were not properly placed, the car had black grease handprints all over the exterior, there were little glass pieces on the seats and when I got home, I realized the wiper lock tab was missing, so I went back to ask if by any chance the lock was there. They immediately raised their voice and said they didn’t break it, and that it was their word against mine, so I should speak to the owner. The owner ignored me at first and then told me that’s why I was told my wiper was broken, that it fell off when they lifted them. I clarified that no one told me anything, and that it was just placed back like nothing happened, if that was the case I should’ve been notified. They tried to fix it but weren’t able to. They kept saying that it was “impossible” they had done it. When my dad pointed out the panels were not properly placed, the owner said it was because they could not open the top. My dad said that had nothing to do with it and the owner replied “well, next time do it yourself then.” Also, they have a sign stating they are not responsible for damages, so you’re better off taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Great teamwork! The owner was very reasonable with the pricing and it was the best price in town! We came in from Austin to visit family and he took care of us very quickly! Will definitely be referring to him more often!

I went to fix my window elevators because I knew the motors werent working (because I had gone previously and they told me it was the window motors) I didnt have money to pay before so then I went again to see if they could help. I think it was the owner who was the only one there but he told me I needed a master switch that I needed to go buy one to fix the problem, I knew that wasnt the problem and he was being extremely rude like he didnt care. I went to someone else for help, and they changed my motors and now my windows are just fine. I believe the owner wouldve made me waste money on something that wasnt part of the problem and cause of that, I wont be returning and I urge people to find other ways to get their windshields fixed rather than go here because the owner is no help at all

These guys jumped on it as soon as I pulled up. In and out in no time.

The job was quick, low cost and is holding up strong! The only downside is that I end up getting my car back with multiple scratches on my hood when the window that was worked on was the rear windshield. A few missing items and dirty hand prints from what I’m assuming was grime build up from the vehicles they work on. I also had to take the car back due to the workers not properly placing the interior panels.

Fix my windshield, at a very cheap price. The only problem, the owner very unprofessional was talking to other guy very vulgar while I was in the waiting area. Then when it was time to pay the owner was ignoring me, I was like another half hour there just to pay.

This guys guy originally from Nuevo Laredo Tamps Mex.. this Laredo Shop compared to the one across is Night and Day.. this guy I have gone 3 different times and it seems He hates to work always gives me excuses to buy New stuff and that He cant Fix this.. besides He seems arrogant also.

Went to them to fix my broken window. He gave me a quote and fixed my window, however I dont know if it is because Im a woman, but the man ( I think hes the owner) is so rude and obnoxious. I feel sorry for the woman in his life, if he has any. Based on the attitude he has, I seriously doubt it!!!
