Rolando went above and beyond to get me in and on my way quickly. Ive been with discount tire for over 20 years and I will continue to be with them because of the excellent service that I received.

We were told our tire couldnt be patched up that it was too damaged it wasnt safe, that we needed a new tire. We told them we have a good spare(didnt want to be driving on the donut). Dropped off the spare tire to have it put on. Went back about a week bc the sensor came on again AND to have the new ordered tire put on. Long story short, they patched up the damaged unsafe tire and they lost our good spare tire. I had all the original tires the same brand and the spare was a different brand thats how I found out they messed up. No one could tell us what happen or who dropped the ball. No one would help me, my husband had to call and was on hold for 18min on the line. This guy named Alex had an attitude and was being passive aggressive. I dk thats the only answer I got from him after questioning him trying to get answers (thats the one that handled my vehicle I suggest you dont deal with him). Thank God for RC and Chris who made it right.

This location took great care of my father who is visiting Texas from Boise, ID and was needing new tires for my grandmothers car. Alex took excellent care and provided a hassle free five star experience. Alex was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for taking great care of your customers! Purchased my tires online at 9:45 and selected my available appointment at 12pm. Once my purchase was made my tires where put aside without the worry of someone else getting them. I arrived at 11:42 with a sign at a bay door with my name and appointment time and they guided me to park. They also called me to verify my appointment but I missed the call. They completed the work by 12:04 and I was on my way. Best service experience that is why in my opinion they will always have my business for future purchases. Great Job Discount Tire team.

Excellent Overall Job by the DT Team! Purchased 2 tires and had them shipped there. Thirty hours later they arrived and I was phoned of their arrival. I drove over to have them installed without appointment and was in/out in @40 minutes! Great customer service on the counter and super fast attention from the guys!!

Cant believe that discount tire would give you all the excuses in the world so they not honor their warranty that I prechase!!! Didnt want to fix my tire until I told them if its bad need to buy a new one... it only had a screw!!! Thats what I get for believing in them.I had to take it to Murillo tire to get it fix....Not a very good thing if you have the warranty!!!

I have always gone to discount tire for all my tire needs. Saturday at 4:50 (10min before closing) I got a flat in our lease car (manufacturer tires) they took us in, patched and put the spare tire away all in under 10 mins. Best of all this is a free service they offer and my family didnt have to get down of the car. This is why they have a strong customer base. They know how to treat their customers.

Service sucks, went to order tires was told they would be right with me, 1 employee was doing nothing, the other 2 kept taking new phone calls instead of dealing with me, I left after giving them my opinion of their service. Have used them before will not in the future. Went to Outlaw tires and they treated me right plus saved about $280 vs discount tires price on 4 tires.

I love this place...had an appointment, got there 10-15 minutes prior to my appointment. Once my vehicle was in the shop for scheduled tire rotation it was out in 20 minutes!! I was there for a total of about 45 minutes max!! Great job guys!!

I ordered tires online supposedly in stock. The morning of the installation they call and say they are not available and they did not know when they would be available. I ended up paying $200 more for tires they had available. Seems a bit shady.🤔 I will probably try Walmart tire service next time.

This is the place to go if you need tires. The service rep Alejandro was very helpful and guided me through a wide list of tires options and prices. He even made me aware of a 70$ rebate that i could get with my purchase. That’ll come in handy during these tough times. I was in and out in 1 hour even with cars ahead of me. My hats off to the guys who work here. There was alot of positive energy and teamwork going on. Like they say Teamwork makes the Dream work.

Good place to buy new tires. You can purchase 100% warranty at the time of tire purchase, which covers the tire as long as you have legal tread depth left on the tire. They have free flat tire repair too.

Lines can get long but these folks are pushing products in and out the door so it is not as long as you may think.

The staff are good and provide great service. The tires we bought, so far, 3 weeks, worked well. However, location needs more outdoor seating with large umbrellas. I think if people have to wait in the sun, give them water. I see people standing outside on the hot sun, 102 degrees, makes me go somewhere else.

Replaced 4 tires in 20 mins. Great jobs guys! The only problem is they will try to sell you other products. Other than that, great service.

Theres a reason I buy all my tires from Discount Tire. Customer service is their number one priority. I had an appointment for 10 am and arrived when they opened at 8. I explained I had a later appointment but had worked all night and anytime earlier would be greatly appreciated. Just a couple minutes of waiting and they came got the truck and worked me in early. I called the day previous and Al let me know about a rebate to save me 100 bucks. If I waited I wouldnt have been able to take advantage of the savings. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend Discount to everyone. Ive used them all across the country and have never been disappointed.

Manager knew I needed tires and i had been in there a few times. Came in to replace 2 of 4, he totally worked with me and set me up with new shoes for all 4 tires.. he told me to name my number and he will work it out for me.. great place. Great people. Manager Al, team member Saul and the rest of the crew have this place running at full throttle. I havent seen guys run to go get the next job (auto or truck) into the service bay since the military. Nice, nice, nice! It gives one the impression they are doing their best to get the other vehicles done, so they can get to yours.You should plan ahead for the busy days of the week or weekends. Call in first to see how busy they are, then make an appointment for later that day or use their web site to make an appointment. If you are a walk-in, choose the day you go wisely, if possible. Obviously, sometimes you may not have a choice. During my last walk-in visit, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. This included a full tire rotation & balance on a crew cab truck. They were about 1/3 busy.My last visit was in early Aug. 2018, wow am I glad I made an appointment! I breezed thru the line...in & out in about 30 minutes.The nice part is the crew will report which tire was out of balance or under or over inflated. They report if you have a damaged rim and allow you to decide what action you want to take. If they dont, just ask. Lastly, they always advise and suggest. They suggest but dont overly pressure you into buying a tire or set of tires, or any other service.Kudos to their tech, Pedro! He did an excellent job of balancing my front tires, even though the tires were worn down on the edges and needed very little tire-weight adjustment. I accompanied him to the tire balance machine, so I could see how they looked as they rotated. The tires are almost at the end of their life cycle. After Pedro balanced them, they feel like-new, for now.

Eli is the man! I live in Idaho, got on the phone and Eli helped me get tires for my mother in law vehicle. He set me up with an appointment that was convenient for my elderly mother in law, she took the car and was happily on her way with her new tires. Thanks Eli for the awesome customer service! Management and customer service at this location is horrible.I’ve came in for an air check several times. After 15 mins and my car being in the bay I got my car and headed out. Won’t be coming back.I’ve contacted management several times about this, manager wasn’t available when I called. Emailed customer service and got an apology email from store manager (nothing more). Went back - same story.While I’m a fan of the brand, this location seems to consistently have long waits. I’ve come in a couple of times for air Check and end up heading going to a gas station. The store on McPherson seems to be better managed and runs more efficiently.

Good place to buy, install, balance, and even repair the tires that were purchased in this business. Try to go on a weekday that is when there are fewer customers and are shorter waiting ... also be aware of the place where it takes in the line of entry so that other cars do not enter first than yours to be or arrive later than you.
