VERY Dissatisfied with the service. I chose this shop because of its 4.6 star Google Reviews rating.I took my 06 Nissan Xterra for some electrical work and ended up throwing away $70 in the process.My truck needed to have the horn checked, resistors installed on the turn signal lights (to prevent hyperflashing), and have my Daytime Running Lamps properly connected on my new headlight units.Mr Alvarez proceeded to change a fuse(I could hve done that), connect the resistors but left the resistors hanging loosely in the engine bay and not mounted to the trucks metal frame/body( I also could have done it like that, but I wanted it professionally done), and tell me that he yo no hago esa madre when it came to connecting my daytime running lamps.He then told me that he could make the three little lights in the headlight unit light up with the parking lights. I explained to him that those WERE the Daytime Running Lamps and that if he connected them to turn on with the parking lights they would cease to be Daytime Running Lamps. He then proceed to scold me that he had just looked up the instructions online and that I was wrong.I just paid him his 70 bucks and will not return. I would have gladly paid him MORE if the work had been done properly.

Service was excellent. Luis thoroughly examined my car and found out what the issue was and resolved my problem with my air condiition . I strongly recommend luis to any one who is having any kind of problem with their vehicle being that he will diagnose the issue with his Hi tech testing devices. Luis is an honest businessman and will charge you a fair price for his service.

Although I do not repair my car, the attention I received was excellent and I am very grateful since it was Sunday at 6:30 and I answer exactly at the time that announces many Thanks Luis for your attention

Unfortunately, the same problem persisted. ETC light came back on and car was having trouble accelerating again. Went with Luis again and he told me it was because my car needed an oil change. I felt that was odd. I am not car expert, but I began to ask family, friends and other mechanics if an oil change had to do with my issue at all. True, my car had not had an oil change for 6 months, so it indeed needed one. I agreed and after changing the oil and cleaning the throttle body, car worked fine....or so I thought. Unfortunately, I felt I was not given the proper service and was taken advantage of. Again, this is how I felt. Not saying hes a bad mechanic, but I will not going back since the issue is still ongoing unfortunately....
