Got my 2012 Ram 1500 back on the road!! WIN was plug and play just as advertised! Awesome group of people

So far, the professionalism displayed by this company has been astounding. On the day we placed the order for a replacement ignition and keys/fobs for my husbands car, we received a call to clarify button location to make sure they send us the right key fobs. Then, today, I received another call to let me know they had made a mistake. They sent the new kit without the key fobs (which we paid extra for) and they already had a completely new kit sent out today. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and took time to explain the mistake and express his apologies. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future!

The people here were amazing!! I had issue with my car randomly shutting off or not turning off the anti-Theft would randomly trigger. Dealership diagnosed it has a bad FOB. I purchase one through these guys when I got the part my car completely shut down the anti theft was engaged and couldn’t even get a crank. I called and they had me mail (as I’m in different state) the original, the PCM and another part they diagnosed all the parts and were in all working order. They went beyond what I expect and was able to save me money by not replacing a perfectly good part. All though they were unable to help get my car running with any of their parts they were honest and went beyond their duty to help get a different diagnosis to help repair My car. I would high recommend doing business with these honest people.

WARNING do not believe this guy. I called because I had a similar issue as he mentioned on video. He guaranteed it was a module behind the seat and he would charge me $750. I told him I rather he do a diagnostic, but he kept saying he had many years of experience blah blah blah and that no diagnostic was needed. Good thing I decided to take it to the dealership because the module was good it was actually the ignition switch and key fob. Do yourself a favor get a true diagnostic

Found their site online after much research when my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 popped the error Damaged.Key. After taking my truck and fob to the dealer as the key I had was just programmed they told me since it was not a Mopar key fob it was cheap and they can loose their programming. They also said your WIN module (new age ignition switch) was really tight and would need to be replaced. I am a mechanic but had not worked on anything with a WIN module so I asked them the cost... here is a rough idea... new module $589, programming and installation of the module $286. Now for that $875 they program it to your current keys. I said well my keys do not work so they said Mopar replacement Key Fobs are about $268 + $96 per key. So if I was getting a new module from them I would want 2 keys totalling....$1,603 plus taxes and other shop related costs!!!Thankfully after much research and after serious urgency due to my truck failing only 1 day after my trip to the delaet more specifically the truck could then be started by my finger (truth I have a video!) And my truck literally shutting down while driving I found Auto Tech Electronics, who sell the WIN module and 2 Keys pre programmed for $589. They also at this time (October 2019) had a special that if your vehicle didnt have remote start you could add that for $200. So I did. It was very easy the actual WIN MODULE can be installed with a Phillips screwdriver and a torx driver in about 5 minutes. Once again preprogrammed! I had to do nothing else for that. The remote start module took me about 45 minutes but probably could have been faster but to ensure I didnt mess up I watched their provided videos and instructions several times. They also sent an OBD and Cell phone with an app and specific instructions on programming the vehicles computer. Now everything works like new and I have a remote start vehicle like I always wanted! Also parts were Mopar! 150% satisfied and will use them for any other electronic repairs on my Ram or Jeep. Thank you Auto Tech Electronic LLC!

Great customer service in addition to a great service. I was skeptical sending out my WIN from Florida, not knowing what would happen. They were very upfront with the various things that could occur. Fortunately for me it was the best scenario, and they worked on my part in a very timely manner, and shipped back the component and keys working perfect. My mechanic told me they easily saved me hundreds of dollars, of not even more from dealing with the dealer. Thank you.

My 2011 VW Routan would have issues with intermittent starting and would even shut the engine off in the middle of driving. I suspected it was the WIN module and purchased a new one from Auto Tech. Purchasing was easy, just needed to provide my VIN and key fob configuration. Shipped to southern California in just a few days and now everything works great! Thanks Auto Tech!

Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and nice ! we had some problems with the bank but they figured it out quickly (it was the banks fault). I will definetly be doing more business with them. This is a company that makes life easier. The christler win module is a major problem if you go to the dealer. First you need to tow your vehicle to the dealer. Then buy the part at almost $500. Then they install it and program it. After they are done its way more money than just going this route if you already know what the problem is. Thank you, thank you.

This place is a joke these people they do not know how to run a business, about 2 months working with them over the phone with my mechanic, my car was at the shop for over 2 weeks not drive-able because of their defective parts, and now after their own technician told my mechanic that this part will not work, they still refuse to give me my money back, they want me to remove their part from my vehicle which requires the whole dashboard to be removed which will cost a lot of labor money for the third time, because of their defective part. I will never do business with this company again, and please who ever is reading my review think not twice but 6 times before you do business with this company.

Thank God for ATE. My car was down for over a week. After researching everything figured the problem had to the wireless control module. I sent it to them they fixed it and sent it back. I put the control module in and it started right up ☺ thanks not to mention they fixed it cheaper than anyone else would have. Thanks a lot

2 hrs waiting for them to program new key FOB after they could not do it blamed GPS,Alarm,and new vehicle for not being able to do it but I believe it was the programmers that did not know how, wasted 2 hrs.Not a friendly place either owner did not acknowledge my presence at all not even an explanation or oplogy for wasting my 2 hrs. Defitnetly do not recommend this place. Negative 100%.
