The management for these communities is seriously top notch.They are extremely friendly and professional and seem to do everything they can to make residents happy and safe. The maintenance team is very responsive and also friendly. Unfortunately, there are some bad apples who own/manage rentals in Laramie and take advantage of students... do your homework before you rent, management can make or break your rental experience. This management team surpassed expectations.

Only lived here for about 4 months but everything was spectacular. My apartment was 100% clean and ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and available, and helped me with my anxiety of living alone for the first time. Quiet and peaceful. Worth every cent!

The best place I ever lived. The women in the office were the sweetest people on the planet. They always chatted me up and asked how I was doing whenever I went in for something.When I first moved in, I found a small crack in my refrigerator crisper door. I let them know about it. They replaced the entire fridge with a newer model! They kept their apartments immaculate and charged really fair prices.They bent over backwards to make sure their tenants felt like they were at home. And there was always someone in the office to make sure that tenants needs were being met. I really really miss this place and hope to find something like it in California.

This is, by far, the best company to rent from in Laramie if youre looking for high-quality, safe apartments. The staff is extremely professional and fast-acting. Apartment maintenance is top notch and convenient for the tenant. Being a long-term tenant, I can attest to the neighborhood, property and staff. LeeAnn has been nothing but wonderful during my experience with Powell Enterprise. The one-bedroom apartments are spacious and well-thought out. With grounds management covered during all seasons, it makes living in these properties an absolute breeze. Powell Enterprise is the only way to go for rentals in Laramie!

Absolutely loved living here! Staff was always super friendly and helpful. The few times I had issues, maintenance was over to help in less than an hour. Grounds were wonderfully kept and the neighborhood was awesome! I highly recommend Powell Enterprises for anyone looking for quiet and affordable apartments.

Awesome management and great apartments. Ive lived in a couple different units that they offer and Ive been very happy over all. What few issues in the units I have had have been addressed promptly.

The units were clean, bright, well maintained, the maintenance was prompt, and the staff was very friendly. The units were quiet, very rarely did we hear our neighbors, and loud vehicles were not allowed. Snow removal was usually taken care of the same day and the grounds were always kept very neat and clean. My wife and I loved living there while attending school and we highly recommend it!

I lived at Powell Enterprises while I was in law school and I would like to recommend them as a great apartment complex for any student attending University of Wyoming. The front office staff and the maintenance staff were excellent during my three years in Laramie. Ive lived in apartment complexes before where you dont know the front office or maintenance people and it can be frustrating to resolve issues if you dont have a relationship with the management. Fortunately, this is not a problem with Powell Enterprises. They are super friendly, super helpful, and SUPER PATIENT with FAFSA funding. While I dont condone being late on rent, there were many times my first year of law school where I was just buried with work and forgot that the month had changed! Leeann was so kind to me and so patient. So many times, Leeann would ask how school was going and it felt like she really cared about my studies and career, even though she knew that I was a short-term resident. In my three years at Powell, I never had an issue that went unresolved and I never felt more at home in an apartment complex. During law school, I recommended living at Powell Enterprises and am still recommending that if you need a place to live while attending at UW or, even if you are simply a non-student renter, you cant beat the service and friendliness of Powell Enterprises.
