We rented from this management group for 3 years. Anytime we asked for something to be fixed it never got done. We took truckloads of trash from the property when we moved in. When we moved out we hired highly recommended carpet cleaning company. The carpets looked better than when we moved in. Home in Laramie had another company come out and do the carpets again so that they could charge us again. I would highly recommend reading the reviews on this company and use someone else.
I and my roommate submitted application for a place as they had directed us.We paid each 35 dollars and never got any answer back from them.So we had to go to their office in a while and a guy who did not even know what was going on told me that place is gone.That was it. We just lost $70 and opportunity cost and time like that which held us on the place so that we lost chances to find other places.Not reliable and irresponsible estate.
We have one apartment managed by this group. We have to regularly beg for communication and financial statements. They lowered our rent without consulting us. Been trying to reach them for six weeks now with no response by phone or email. Avoid at all costs.

My husband and I rented a house through Home in Laramie (property managed by Jeanette) for almost a year. We made a few requests for repairs when we moved in and they sent over a repairman who went above and beyond in fixing our problems.We decided to terminate our lease early and Jeanette was wonderful at helping us navigate through the process of subleasing and buying a home. Highly recommend!
This place is very unprofessional keeps rentals up and available when not available anymore but still takes the app fee then lies about available property’s then when you ask about availability they are still available they are not knowledgeable of their jobs and incredibly rude.
My daughter rented a place from Home in Laramie. She paid 4 months rent in advance on a regular basis, yet Jeanette managed to lose her rent monthly and send several calls and texts stating rent was late even though it was paid months in advance.Contacting a live human in the office was a constant trial and responses were slow all year.Jeanette managed to lose the record of my daughters deposit and then proceeded to try and bill her for repairs that were not done.Maybe the other people in the Home in Laramie office are more professional and better at keeping records, but Jeanette was a constant pain to contact and deal with. If you do rent from her, demand reciepts and keep meticulous records because she is incapable or unwilling to do so.
Jarin managed my husband’s property in Laramie. When my husband passed away, Jarin said he’d help me as much as he could. He did quote the opposite. He never told me the renter moved out, I had to hire a lawyer to get the remaining rent that was paid, which he still hasn’t delivered any receipts or proof any money transfers, and he just completely stopped all communication. DO NOT go through this company for anything. He said he’d help me sell my house and we’d maybe get 85K for it, I sold it through a different company for 165K. It takes a special kind of evil to take advantage of a military family that lost their husband/father at 41 years old. Lack of communication, moral standard, professionalism, and over all couth. He should be embarrassed. I see my fellow victims of his business agree reading his reviews.
Awful customer service and communication
I wouldnt recommend renting from them. They do not respond quickly (if at all) to phone calls and emails. Never their during their business hours. They do not respond to service requests quickly and wouldnt tell us when they would be coming. Overall very neglectful especially to tenants of their houses rather than their apartments.

Home In Laramie did a fantastic job of helping with a property management problem involving a bad tenant and a prior poor property management company. Our property now looks great, updates were accomplished and a well-qualified tenant has moved in. I am grateful and so appreciative of the great advice and assistance that the whole staff provided. I highly recommend the property management service at Home In Laramie.

We have a rental that we got through this company. When we moved in nothing was done or cleaned. We took two truckloads of trash from the backyard. The maintaince guy was there the first week as we were trying to get moved in . There are still items not fixed and we are on our second month. We asked for a compensation on the rent and were denied and told that things would eventually get fixed or cleaned.
I was here to help a friend, the staffs are super friendly, and the deal is good.
