First let me start by saying Mr Tony and his staff far exceeded my expectations. I went into the shop because of a crack in my bumper, I was informed that the entire bumper would need to be replaced. I was quoted a price and the part was ordered, the shipment ended up being delayed but the staff kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once my bumper came in my car was completed within 2 days as promised. Mr Tony also worked with me and my final bill was less than originally quoted,which I truly appreciate since this was something unexpected. Im very pleased with my car, It looks brand new !! I was also told by the staff that if I have any problems do not hesitate to bring my car in . I highly recommend this company if youre looking for a fair price, great customer service, and exceptional work.

The customer service at HWY. 51 is beyond superior. A lot places do NOT provide the service they do, they are caring, they make everything easy, they do whatever they can to help- to the point of picking up your car for you, and they are beyond professional in every aspect. They did an amazing job fixing my van after my hit and run. They took care of the insurance correspondences, their turn around time is the fastest I have ever seen, and they went above and beyond cleaning the outside of my car as well as spotlessly cleaning the inside of it. When I got it back and it looked like a brand new car. So I highly recommend them over all.

Brought my car in for new front bumper. Tony was great to deal with from the first time we met. Left the car with Tony, he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Quality Honda parts used for repair. Only took 2 days once parts arrived, and that included Memorial Day holiday. We received the car back, totally satisfied. The car was even washed, and protective mats were used inside. The best was they even detailed the headlights !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Considering the horrible luck that we had with getting into an accident, working with Tony and his team at HWY 51 Collison Center was the silver lining in the whole situation. They were quick to get an assessment and quote ready for the insurance company and got the work done in a decent amount of time once approved. When i got the car back and there was a small adjustment that needed to be made all i had to do was call Tony and he took care of it. Throughout the entire process i felt at ease knowing that they were knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies and that they would shoot for the best outcome possible concerning quality parts and lowest cost.
