Business misleading as it represents itself as being from ones hometown (its not). Was able to make an appointment only to receive a call the night prior that a tech could not be found for repair - meaning that the business set up an appointment not knowing whether they could actually cover said appointment. In addition, hold for the amount of service call placed on credit card prior to appointment. So a hold for the service call is placed on ones credit card - without the ability to confirm that service will actually occur. Finally, initial call make on a Friday. Appointment set on Tuesday. Cancellation call (from company) received on Monday night. Thus, because customer is led to believe that the service call will actually occur time is lost with respect to looking for a repair person.

In the name Laplace Appliance Repair and they do not service Laplace.

Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable, communicated well and did a great job fixing my fridge which is an Electrolux. Thank you, I will recommend.

Whenever I am in Laplace this is the only place I call for help with my appliance. Recently I called them to check on my ice maker. They replaced I believe an inlet valve and it is working again. I am happy with this company.

I called to make an appointment with this company because they advertise open 24hours. Beware the company that answers the phone is not the same as listed on here. They booked my appointment for Saturday and then called me that morning saying the technician can not come out because he dont have the experience working on my brand of appliances. You mean to tell me when I called and booked the appointment you didnt have his qualifications right in front of you. I had to cancel because I dont have the kind of job to take off on a weekday. The problem comes in because this company charged my bank account on advance for some reason and it wont dropped off until next week. So I have to wait until the money gets back on my card to book anyone else. This is not a local company so dont be fooled like I was.

I called to have my refrigerator looked at, as I believe it is not freezing right. He advised it would be Monday before they could get with me. I expressed surprise, at which point he laughed at me and hung up. Will not call.
