I come here all the time never had bad service. I bought a new phone that went out and he fixed it saving me $348. I will forever come here!

The customer service there is absolutely awful! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. I went to go and get my screen fixed and the guy actually ended up breaking my phone and not taking responsibility for it. I asked if it was anything he could do about the whole situation and he became very angry and threw a phone across the room (breaking it might I add) and cursed another customer and me out. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

I went in there see how much to fix 2 phone one that is locked and other one won’t come on I go in he tell me one phone cost $15 And other one he check how much it would be keep say he has to fix over and over I try tell I’m not pay anything without know the price of phone but keep say he had fix it and he don’t open what say door or online he open when he feels like to I went there before it would close at many time it said open

I would tell everyone in St. John parish not to go to imobile this guy is telling people that he’s repairing your screen and actually he’s removing your mother board from your phone and putting it in another phone so please if you go there make sure you check your phone before you leave because this guy is a thief and a crook his business really needs to shut down because he giving people information to someone else so please if you go there please check your phone before you leave but if i we’re you i wouldn’t do business there at all.😈👿👿👿👿😈😈😈👺👺👺👺👺
