I was in town for business for about 2 weeks and Ryan was extremely accommodating in getting me set up with a key card to use for the duration of my visit. The gym was open from 5am to 11pm and also included a shower room which was great for cleaning up in the mornings before heading off to work. The gym may seem small but it has everything you need whether you are lifting heavy or just trying to get a quick cardio session in on the elliptical, rower or tred mil.

By far the cleanest and well kept gym in town. Perfect spot to workout no matter what your goals in fitness are. The owners are professional and accommodating, you can tell they take pride in this establishment and care for people well. I’ve been a member for a year now and this place will always have my business.

Great gym and atmosphere and extremely clean. They were awesome in accommodating me as I needed a month membership while working in Lapeer. Highly recommend!

Best gym ive been part of!!. The owners care about the people and are always making it better as time goes on. Very clean and well organized. Im happy to be part of this gym community. Everyone is nice and can provide support or advice if needed.

This fitness center is one of the few that has availability to where there isnt consistent crowds. I also like that the equipment is brand new and well maintained. The staff is amazing thank you Ryan and Trish for bringing such greatness and health to the community!! I feel that I can succeed with my fitness goals with this team throughout my new year, and even more. Thanks again!
