He had the parts in his truck, Very unusual for an A & E technician. I was surprised and happy that my dryer was fixed the same day.
Great Service - Nice Guy - Up front and honest
Technician was great. However, their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen of ANYWHERE. They fixed my stove with no issues, but when I requested a receipt, they kept saying they would send it. 3 months later, no receipt after FOUR calls. Always lip service (and yes, they had my correct email address on file because I received other service communications from them). Because of this, I lost out on my chance for reimbursement from my home warranty, so I had to eat the $500 cost. Im extremely upset. Steer clear from these guys. I wouldnt wish them on my worst enemy.
Very prompt with timing. The technician notified me about a 1/2 hour before our appointment time that he was on his way, through the texting notifications I could have even tracked his progress. He was extremely efficient and kept me in the loop with what was going on.
Appointment was cancelled. Price was more than half of what it would cost for a new appliance.
Technician was knowledgeable, personable and answered all my questions.
Brenden was not only professional, but very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be calling them again.
I couldnt talk to anyone locally. I was put off to talk to someone in Mexico. Why?
