We were looking for a gas fireplace and “googled” for our nearest vendor. Discovered Pine Tree with 5 star reviews and decided to visit. Greeted by Tricia whom we found very helpful and knowledgeable. There are many more units on display here than what I had anticipated. We ended up making a cash and carry purchase as I felt that I could DIY this project. Well..... it turned out to be a bit more than anticipated. I thought since I had decided to do this myself I may not get a very helpful response, but decided to call Pine Tree for a possible consult. Wow was I surprised! Big thanks to Tricia, Ashley, Brandon, and Curtis for their very courteous, knowledgeable and timely service after the sale. 5 stars ? - YOU BET !

From scheduling our initial service call to the follow-through after installation, our experience with Pine Tree Heating & Air Conditioning has been totally wonderful! Kurtis was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He was thorough in trying to revive our previous AC unit. When it was determined a replacement was needed, he chose the perfect unit for our house based on comfort, efficiency, and longevity. On the day of install, they arrived promptly and everyone was so nice and respectful. They skillfully and cleanly installed the new AC unit. I highly recommend this business!

Overpriced, $80 for a 30 minute visit. They might not even find the problem in that time and you need to schedule another. If that sounds good, choose these guys.Brandon quit without really knowing the problem. Then said a different truck with almost triple the hourly cost would be needed to diagnose more about the problem. $80 for nothing, and 2 hours at $175 each for the special truck to find out if the AC is overcharged or compressor bad.We wanted a paper report with possible costs to fix, for a small claims case against the previous home owner. Only handed us an invoice for the 30 minute visit. Cant use this to ask for damages on what was claimed to be a working AC unit.Time to try Kapala or some other bigger outfit.

From the sale to the installation they were knowledgeable, on time, communicated well, did quality work, and gave thorough training on the controls. EXCELLANT SERVICE! On time for scheduled air conditioning install. The installers were here when I was told they would be. I never had to wait or wonder if they were coming or when. Friendly service personnel. Three installers all addressed me, said goodmorning and very friendly. Personal quotes, not by computer or email when I called for a unit replacement. My questions were answered and information was given that I wasnt even aware of. All around the best service you can get from start to finish from Pine Tree. Ive used them in the past for my furnace and air maintenance and Ill continue to use them for the quality, care, professionalism, and integrity.

When I say exceptional customer service, it almost feels like I need a word better than exceptional! Back in December 2019, we had a new furnace installed as part of a partial remodeling of our home. The unit was a new model for 2020 and we were one of the first customers to get it. The guys showed up around 9:00 am and got to work. They ran in to a few unexpected issues (our home is rather old and the owner prior to us was a wannabe DIY guy that couldnt quite hack it). They called in some reinforcements... then some more... then the owner... then electricians. It was wild.When my mom came home on her lunch break to check everything out, she was understandably nervous seeing 9-10 men working in her hallway for what we thought was a simple installation. The owner assured her that they were taking care of everything and that our unit would be installed properly and safely, at no additional cost - not for the extra hours nor the fee for the electricians to come out.These guys worked non-stop to get to the bottom of the issue. They worked through lunch, never once complaining about how long an install was taking. They ended up getting everything figured out and working correctly just after 4:00 pm! A full workday for ONE customer. I had overheard them saying they had other appointments in Davison they would have to adjust and was floored, yet thankful, they were determined to get this job done right.My only regret is that I didnt offer the guys lunch while they were here all day long. Sorry guys - Ill get you next time, should we need service again!

Very pleased with their work. They took their boots off when they came in which i thought was great. They repaired my gas fireplace and didnt sell me parts I didnt need. They were very thorough and answered any questions. Id highly recommend and Ill be using them again for any heating or cooling work in my home.

Im just finishing a renovation and wanted my furnace inspected before cold weather. I called Pine Tree Heating and scheduled an appointment. Kurtis arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional. I have an older LP gas furnace (12 yrs) and was a bit concerned about its operation. He did a complete inspection and cleaning and found no problems. No one wants furnace problems or the cost of replacing a system but when the time comes I will definitely call Pine Tree Heating. Great service, great price, top notch business.

The girl who sold me the parts took them out of the package and explained how to install them. Armed with the advance installation information the fix went perfectly fine. Love Pine tree heating and cooling. They have helped with either furnace issues, or replacement in my last two houses. One was a late call when my furnace quit working in the middle of winter and my house dropped to fifty degrees. Within an hour someone was there and gave me a temporary fix until we could get a new furnace ordered. Super accommodating, and very friendly- they are my go-to people- I highly reccommend!

Very impressed. contacted pine tree today for service at 9am.. set an appointment for 1 pm. the technician called me within an hour and dicussed my problem. he informed me my carrier furnace had a well know problem with the heat exchanger that might be covered under warranty. he said he dont want to come out and just take my money. he suggested i call a authorized carrier service. he suggested a company that also has a 5 star rating. they came out and confirmed what Curtis told me over the phone. thankfully part was covered under warranty. i will never buy a carrier again. the one i have was replaced from a recalled one. nothing but problems. when i am in a position to replace it completely i will call pine tree. i never heard of anyone not wanting to come out and just take your money, thank you pine tree.

I had Pine Tree install my wood burning insert (fireplace/quadrafire 7100), heating and cooling on a new build. The total cost for the whole job was around $37K and it was worth every penny. $37K may sound like a lot but you get what you pay for. My home is the pinnacle of comfort because of the following services. One, the wood burning insert very effectively and safely heats up the upper levels of my home which is about 3200 square feet. The basement (1600 square feet unfinished) is quite comfortable and has a blower from the fireplace heating that as well. If the fireplace isnt quite hitting all the areas in the house, pine tree designed and installed a 4 zone climate system all automated so I dont have to touch it after setting the thermostats. The four zones are, the basement (we keep that a bit cooler 68 right now), the main floor (fireplace keeps the heat off here), the upper floor where the kids sleep, (fireplace keeps the heat off here) and finally the bonus room which is further away from the fireplace but is still hit efficiently from the furnace to ensure even temperatures throughout the house. Also Pine Tree was able to route the cold air return through the firebox of the fireplace which allows for warming of the circulating air without exposure to the actual fire. All Amana appliances which are whisper quiet, (yes I heard them test the air conditioner in early March) and super efficient and are energy star rated. Pine Tree also did all the gas hook ups in the house as well as the dryer venting which was not easy given the configuration of the house. This in my opinion was a big job that was carefully constructed, well planned and executed to perfection. Art, Curtis Brandon, Kory, Kyle and the lynchpin of the operation Trish, performed their jobs with professionalism and class all while dealing with my constant questioning throughout the process. So again when someone asks how much, I tell them, they may ask why. I just reply my goodness why not? Go nowhere else to have your heating and cooling done.

Pine Tree was absolutely wonderful from their first service call to installing my new furnace. My sump pump overflowed the morning they got here------they helped with the squeegee, fans, etc... Totally outstanding customer service.
