Worst place ever! These people burned my best friend upper lip with hot wax and I went and my eyebrows was burned with hot wax. They’re extending unprofessional and obviously not know how to use wax properly. Go at your own risk! Good luck!

I have been going here for 1 year and today was my last time!!!! I’m sooo angry UPI is very aggressive if you don’t want to get your brows threaded. I explained to her I get scabs after threading I want wax she burned me with the wax and pulled skin off my brow! She didn’t apologize she said it was my fault. Instead of letting her finish I left with the tint still on my brows I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I had a very bad experience at this place, I wish to give them 0 stars. The old lady who works there was so rude to me and my daughter. She didn’t give me a chance to tell her what I need to do for my daughter’s eyebrows and told her you are done without even asking if we like it or not, and she kept saying to me loudly “ your eyebrows are thin and doesn’t look good” in front of two customers. Another thing that was inappropriate was the way she asked for tips. I won’t go there anymore.
