There is something very shady going on with the shipping and postal services around Lansing. My mom ordered a new iPhone and Fedex driver never delivered the phone to us and they sent us an email saying it was delivered. So, it was either stolen by the driver or it was given to a completely different address and it took us DAYS to get it replaced being on the phone 6+ hours everyday. The new delivery people are very careless they just throw packages by the entrance and dont get the right address. Please dont order anything expensive online unless you have security cameras by your entrance because going through the process of recovering is a headache!

I use their services once a week. They are always friendly and have speedy service.

At the UPS store, I waited 15 minutes to have my item packed and shipped. The store was crammed with people, I didnt get to see how my item was packed, and the cashier didnt have the best attitude.FedEd Office is the exact opposite. Plenty of room in the lobby. I was helped right away. The employee packed my item right in front of me, and the gentleman who helped me had a terrific and personable attitude. The FedEx Office is infinitely better than the UPS Store.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here. I run a small event business so I am constantly printing here. The staff is always so helpful and kind, even when I stop in minutes before closing they are nothing but happy to help. Big shoutout to Nicole and Mark!!! They are always so sweet and joyful when I stop in and ALWAYS go above and beyond. I recommend this store over staples any day!!

Great location for printing needs, but the south facing sign/canopy on the building has faded greatly and needs replacement.

I loooove this location and its staff, tho Molly is my favorite😜. She has a sense of humor that makes you feel right at home. Besides laughing she gets you in and out. The store manager is also great and helpful

Staff courteous, helpful and always accommodating. Parking set up immediately off of Saginaw Hwy not ideal, but side of store parking is fine.

I work as a remote technician and receive a lot of Fedex deliveries. Since the whole COVID thing shut down my normal method of receiving packages Ive been using this location. They are amazing, they have helped carry boxes to my car and always have a smile and good words. Thumbs up.

They offer a variety of self - serve print, copy, and fax options. Its a little pricey, but convenient on the rare occasion that I need to print something. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I had two packages plus a cane to carry in the store.Employee came out to greet me. Hisname is Mark. Everything went smoothly. It was good experience for he and I. Thank you, Mark and FedEx.AGAIN I HAD RETURN TO THE FEDEX. I SAW MARK, HE SAW ME. IT MADE OUR DAY. HE HELPED ME SEND ANOTHER PACKAGE, No problem he says ! Everything went SMOOTHLY, HES MY CHOICE AT THE FEDEX STORE. I SAY HE KNOWS THE BUSINESS, AND HE AIMS TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. I RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMAN IF YOU WANT 5 STAR QUALITY SERVICE. I called to get find out prices to print a few signs. They transferred me to customer service that wasn’t even local and I got transferred two more times and no one could answer my question.

I waited for 45 minutes to have a single return scanned and sent back. Instead of prioritizing the line the staff just made everyone stand around. I cannot believe bringing in one item could result in a 45 minute wait.

Stopped by here, used my laptop to design a poster (as PDF), used their WiFi (free) to download images, and printed a nice poster with their printer. Overall, it was a great mix.

I had about 50 hand-drawn pictures that I wanted to get scanned to digital form, so I brought them in and had the person working there look at them. She told me itd be about $50, but with a discount it would be maybe $25-40. Great, I thought, and ran home to get a storage device large enough for the files. I got back and was told it would be closer to $160 because they were different sizes and would have to be scanned by hand. There was no apology, not for the ridiculous swing in price nor for wasting my time dashing home and back, thinking I was all set. Mind you, she saw the pictures before she quoted me the price - she could see they were all different sizes. And I would understand if the price was a little different than the quote, and an apology would have gone a long way, but instead she just stared at me after telling me itd be more than $100 more than shed quoted me. I have no problem with the price - it costs what it costs - but the sheer lack of professionalism and product knowledge was astounding. Im taking my business to Staples.

I had a FedEx driver hit our buzzer to our apt and waited not even 15 seconds for me to get up and hit the buzzer before he took off with my package, that I paid extra to have expedited. I called this location and they couldn’t do anything about it. Why can’t people just do their jobs right?

I have always been able to get in and out of this FedEx location extremely quickly. The staff is always busy, but will stop and help you if you need it.I would also recommend using their online services if you can. If you are having something printed, you can upload it online and pick it up in the store in a jiffy.

Rob was very helpful and phenomenal at packaging. Shipped an 8’ long item with no trouble.

There has been several times that Ive stopped in to send a package or two and each time Ive been treated very very well. Recently Ive been hitting the copiers hard and heavy and again Ive had no troubles. The staff has even checked on me to see if I needed anything- great customer service!!

The store has seen an upgrade recently, but the staff is disinterested and often rude. Other FedEx locations in the area offer a better experience. Oh, and this locations expects to to wrap your package like its your job. I was forced to purchase an additional box to ship in even though the package was secure and THIS fedex regularly accepts similarly prepared items. Pass on this location.

They could not be nicer and are always friendly and courteous. If they are not waiting on someone, they will come to the door and carry in my heavy boxes.This is a clean and bright location, and their late hours are wonderful for me.

Worthless. The bald guy with a flap of skin for an ear was less than helpful when trying to get an estimate on shipping. He refused to lookup a zip code. Also the store is not handicap accessible. Never will go back and will go with UPS. Humanity loss some points today by this interaction.

I have always had a smooth experience. I use almost all of the elements of the store and staff will either check on me or assist if I ask for help. Yes, sometimes there is a wait if someone has a complicated order. This is because they are sometimes understaffed. I like this store.

I came in, went to the counter and it was 5 minutes before anyone helped me. After that service was great.

Ive worked with a number of different companies and vendors, this Fedex location does customer service right. Many more businesses would succeed if they took an example from the management of this particular facility.I have been working with them for a couple years and have conducted much business with them.

This is a convenient location and the man behind the counter was very helpful and personable.

Worst service ever. Took in three posters to have laminated. Waited 25 min in line( only two people ahead). Guy moved with the speed of reverse, ruined one of the posters that I cannot replace and still charged me for the other two. Never go back.

This dam place makes a habit of screwing up the address this is now the third time they entered wrong zip and sent it to the wrong address. then they wanna charge you 15.00 to fix their mistake.this place is horrible.

I visit here a lot. Most of the time I take care of what I need on my own but whenever I have questions or trouble figuring out how to complete a task, the employees help me with no problems
